Unbelievable level of no decency or respect of customer time. Around 6 Premier Relationship Managers just moving around telling customers to wait with nobody seems to care about actually getting anything done.
It is strange. I need bank statement of 2020 year. Bank staff said that PDF is not possible. So, I'll have to get the printed bank statement then scan again, and send to the office as required. It is just waste of papers and modern banking. Every other bank is giving PDF to registered Email.
I've had the best experience and the best staff ever at this branch today.
I had some complicated issue, and I've received different answers at some other different branches.
For expats, banking system in overseas can be confusing, make you feel nervous and unsure. I was absolutely one of them.
Mr. Bander Fayed Al Shammari is the best and kindest SAB staff I've ever met. He gave me very clear answers even though I didn't know how to explain my situation well, he took time to listen to me. He didn't give up until my issues got sorted out. And his hospitality is extremely amazing. He never ever showed any frustrations on his face at all. Always smiling and that made me feel so relieved.
And Ms. Anwar Ayied Alenizy did such an amazing job. She worked through my complicated issue.
I've been living here for 2.5 years and really hats off to these two superstars.

Very poor service only 1 teller available in whole branch, very pathetic experience they collect your fund transfer and 60-90 mins they come & say system is down, and specially on Saturday their system is down. Bank need to improve alot for better experience.
I have visited this branch twice now with my pregnant wife (it’s her account), and they didn’t solve our issue. Cannot access money on our account for over a week now. Branch doesn’t know why, they refer to Call Center and Call center keep referring to the branch. Endless circle, I will close the account and go other bank. Nice work with rebranding but actual work needs to be done inside
I had a terrible experience when I tried to open a bank account at SABB. The unhelpful staff and management made the process extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Despite being asked to visit a branch with a reference number generated from their website, the staff did not follow their own online system and kept telling me to try opening the account with my phone.
I wasted hours in brunch trying to get the account opened, and I left the bank feeling completely dissatisfied with the service I received. The staff showed no interest in assisting me and seemed more interested in playing with their phones.
Overall, I would not recommend SABB to anyone looking to open a bank account. The unhelpful staff and poor management made the process extremely frustrating and time-consuming, and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for their banking needs.
To be honest I don't know what should I say about this Branch worst service ever I seen, I never experience before this type of service I went to there at 9: 15am but unfortunately they're open 9: 30, once open the Branch I am the first person took the token, but again unfortunately I waiting more than 30 minutes, bcuz they'll give purity for Saudi customer's once I asked them what's going on, literally just premium customer,
اسوأ بنك جايين الشركة ومعطينا عرض على القروض 0.49 حولت راتبي عليهم واتواصل مع الموظف اللي معطينا العرض ويلجس يماطل بالكلام ويحولني على شخص ثاني جلست مايقارب الاسبوعين بالاخير تتواصل معي وحدة وتقولي العرض 0.99! قلت امنا بالله مومشكلة وانتظر اسبوع تقريباً بالاخير يتواصلون معي يقولون الخطاب اللي جايبه لابد يتعدل ولكن بنحاول مع الادارة وانتظر حول الاسبوع واتواصل مع المناديب ولا فيه رد! والان انا بالبنك ابسوي اخلاء طرف. بــنك فاشل عقيم يجيب المرض
يا زين الامن الخارجي للفرع هذا يفتحون النفس يخدمونك في المواقف السيارات مبتسمين مرحين يسلمون زي الناس الي تعرفك زين ، تدخل البنك اجواء من شباب و بنات سعوديه اتخيلهم مثل النحل مترابطين حركين و يرحبون فيك بكل حب طبعا فلوسي عندهم ما اعرف أول هم محترفين اصلا ، ان شا الله يتممون امري معهم
Very slow service. Only one person at the teller window—on her mobile phone the entire time. Also, the deposit atm was not working nor the machine that gives customer numbers. This is how SABB treats its customers? Going inside the bank to make a deposit is an ancient practice!
One of the worst banking experiences with their Premier department. Absolutely atrocious customer service and behavior. The entire team must be let go and replaced. Unprofessional, lazy and incompetent. Strongly advise against expats banking with SABB Premier at this branch. Shame!
Incredibly tedious and incompetent staff. I went there in the morning to get a bank account and they asked me to fill an online form, which I did in 5minutes and included all the relevant information. After that, it took them close to 2h to complete the process (essentially taking a few photocopies and printing the account and card contract). They gave me my debit card right there and after I arrived home (in taxi) I realised they didn't give me the pin or explain how to activate. Unbelievably unprofessional, and I was in the Premier section!

This is my second time here and the customer service is absolutely terrible. They just make you wait without telling you what they are doing to sort the problems outs. You just get passed on from one person to another and no one is prepared to take any responsibility and try to sort the problems out. I dread it every time when I have to visit this bank - so disappointing!
