If you want to get sick or you want to be a patient of high blood pressure, feel free to go this branch. The staff at this branch has absolutely no sense of service at all. They will keep moving from their seat, will not respect time of customers...

Rude and unprofessional employees. Do yourself a favor and bank at any other bank like SNB or ANB because Rajhi employees clearly receive no training on how to treat customers.

Visiting the branch was just a waste of time. I wanted to open an account with Al Inma Bank and tried few times online and was told the application couldn’t be done and I have to visit a branch. So I went there and and they told me it has to be done...

I couldn't open new account online so call center told me go to branch , they told me , you need to take an appointment for the branch and we don't have any appointment avaiable near today and you cannot make complaints until you have an opened...

The employees are sending the people to another government locations while they can solve it within 5 min! He just sent me to riyadh passports but i left to another branch and they solve it in 5 min ! Shame

Very poor service I visited in Thursday evening rearly 5 min my work but he didn't do that he told me come on Sunday again I'll visit on Sunday 45 km

تربيه سيئه. و موظفين لا يعملون عملهم. ليس عندهم ولا شي. لماذا لم تفعلون شي مع هذا الفرع ؟ نريد موظفون يحترم و يفعل عمله. وقسم النساء تعاملهم سيئ جداً

First of all there service is very bad and printing matching isn't working They're not friendly with customers and not able to solve your problems in short unprofessional For opening the new accounts i have been visited 5 times...
