Tasteless, pathetic sandwich they not even cooked simply served directly from refrigerator.Worst experience, money wastage. Heavily priced and I would strongly recommend- Dont Eat and order from this restaurant, it will be a complete wastage of money and disappointment.
I ordered momos fried and steamed. The staff there, the currently cooked momos which is steamed one, just fry one side in the oven, then give it to us and say, this is the fried momos. The customers who come in front of you are people who have little awareness and knowledge about food. Staff understand that. The behavior of the staff is like this, eat if you want. Give the staff proper training on how to treat the customer in a good manner. Thank you.

Bed service they need only money but they never focus in service. See how the plate is full no one care to remove it for the next customer. Owner and manager please you need to improve your service standard
Poor service. Missing staff at the counter. No cleanliness in the seating area.getting orders wrong. Fighting with customers. Pomegranate is ground with seed to make juice. Strange smell in momos. Couldn’t finish.
Worst, stingy, rude, useless staff and the place is obviously on the verge of bankruptcy as they dont even give tissues or clean their place, only God knows how badly they are making their food, dont risk you health by going there, there are much better options in the same mall itsel.
I had ordered LB special Matka lassi and what I got was just regular yogurt mixed with sugar, which had not even dissolved properly. It was so thick that Sipping it through the straw was impossible. When I complained about it, they took the glass back and mixed some cold water to it and gave it back. It was just pathetic! There was no ‘Matka’ and it was definitely not Lassi. 20 SAR for that! Lunchbox owners if you are reading this, you should definitely monitor what is happening there.
Don’t waste your time for chaat here.we tried the basic of all.samosa chaat and Chana chaat.it was served freezing cold.literally.every ingredient was cold.so disappointing.for 15 SAR, it does nit worth at all.more than the quality, it’s surprising to know that lunch box does not know how a chaat is supposed to be served …

I love Indian food and one of them are this. Its a new store open inside lulu muraba. First time I tried it. And I love it. I love spicy food though. But this is tolerable kind of spicy.
Would not recommend. The cashier was on her phone talking instead of taking orders. I had ordered a papdi chaat and it tasted nothing like the original. Had a different yet unpleasing taste. In original they also add pomegranate but they did not. Was very excited to see a proper Indian chaat express but Red cherry chats are still best in Riyadh.
Seeking Kaala Katha in Chuski category made us excitied but after ordering the liquid used in it was giving medicine smell. Not at all good. Not even worth of price they are charging.
Food quality and taste is according to the price but not the atmosphere, the old family section has no AC and lights are off because apparently it generates heat. The new family section has no separation its all open and loud bollywood love songs play in the background which makes u feel wierd while eating especially with family and gives dhaba vibes. Would really prefer chill music or lofi hiphop or any calm dining music in a low volume. But nevertheless amazing hyderabadi cuisine.
