Wonderful experience. we liked the food especially the wrap. Service was simply the best. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.

الجاج من جوا اسود والطعم سيء جدا جدا
والسلطة سيئه
حتى الكولا سخنة
اخر مرة اكل من عنده

الطلب وصلني ناقص والبطاطس يابس بارد الدجاج بدون اي طعم تجربه لن تتكرر الوجبة من نصيب قطط الشوارع الله يكرم النعمه

It's one of my worst experience. I visited with my family and all the tables are full with customer lefts nit a single table engage. I requested the staff to clean it but he did not bother I cleaned the table where I want to sit and manage to eat with my kids. Flys in all over the room.why I select to eat? First time my kids tried the food in Riyadh gallery mall and they loved it and this is why we came to Try again but this time over experience is not up to the standard of any level of food service industry.

I saw on 2 people working this branch, look like manpower shortage but what so ever is the case it should have a better and clean environment with nice staff.hope my feedback helps you to improve the missing things. I really wish that you guys deliver the best as expected. Thank you

دجاج مجمد لونه الداخلي غريب وطعمه سيء مليء بالزيت وتشعر أنه ناشف سعره غالي جدا لا يوجد خبز والثوم لازم تدفع ثمنها.

جربت المطعم اكثر من مره. المطعم جيد.
جودة الطعام فيه 7 من 10.
اسعاره من ماكدونالدز نسبياً.

طلبت وجبه فاملي فريندز، وكان المفروض يخيرني بين البطاطس و البطاطس المهروسه وماخيرني جاب بطاطس من كيفه، اقرو تفاصيل الوجبه قبل ملتطلبون+ مايجيب عيش مع الوجبه لازم تطلبونه

من أفضل مطاعم الدجاج المقلي دقة في تحضير الطلب و سرعة في التوصيل. الأسعار معقولة ليست رخيصة لكن يستحق التجربة أكثر من مرة

This is always crowded when I visit. Orders placed will take 15 - 20 minutes. Getting parking near by is also a problem here.
The chicken is tasty. Little Expensive compared to normal restaurants.

اسوء خدمة ممكن تشوفها كاشير يتكلم بطرف خشمه و يحط الطلب على كيفه و ما يقبل كاش حتى الاكل ناشف و ما يشبه اللي بالصورة (لحد يجي ذا الفرع بتتحسف)

Enjoy the cryspiness of these freshly cooked fried chicken very tasty and yet delicious.visit their branches and you will enjoy.

The chicken didn’t cooked well, fries came cold, the biscuit very mushy and raw inside, it’s really bad experience

Normal taste, nothing special and price is high, no reason to pay 27 SR for 3 pieces chicken meal and i can pay 15 SR to have a meal from AL-BAIK

I like the way the chicken is prepared, crispy and yet tender and juicy inside.i also love the warm soft biscuit that comes with it.

Service sucks in this branch. Nobody is even bothering to clean tables anymore when only 1 table is occupied. No wonder you don’t have any customers

Always great chicken, thier chicken is best to eat when it is freshly taken out from the oven. This is the best tip to enjoy the delicious chicken. Also thier burgers are good specials spicy ones

Best place to take out food and dine in. Nothing special really. Just eat their chiken and enjoy. However they should provide refillable drinks and gravy. That would be great.

أفضل مطعم من ناحيه الدجاج كان الطعم لذيذ جدا ومطهو بدقه استمتعت صراحه بطعم التكساس سوبريم كان طعمه لذيذ جدا بحيث انه دجاجهم يموعك بالأساس قبل نتكلم عن كل شي وكان السعر مناسب ٢٩ الوجبه وتشبع كبيره مره ️

I would give more star if weren't the the staff refusing to accept promo claim for the free snack from the online survey. I was a regular customer here and ate 4-5 times a month and started claiming free snack but lately on January they stop giving the promised snack, they want you to buy expensive meal in order to claim the snack. I usually ordering chicken meal without drinks and constantly getting free snack every survey I made monthly but lately they want you to get soft drinks or higher meal. After this I never come back and switch to KFC and Baba sultan just opposite of the store.
