Steak is okay, coffee is terrible, restroom is disgusting, and waitress is unprofessional.

من اقدم مطاعم الستيك العالمية واللذيذة التي لا تحتاج للمدح فارضه نفسها بعالم المطاعم. الاكل لذيذ جدا. والخدمه رائعة. والموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين. بالتوفيق

‏very bad experience with this branch of Steakhouse restaurant, that was last weekend the salad buffet was in a terrible condition, and the food was piled up on top of each other and all salad NOT fresh

‏I came to the restaurant after 6: 00 pm, so there are no offers at this time, and yet I received bad service.
‏Therefore, I do not advise anyone to go to this branch of the steakhouse. It is really ooold and the seats are rickety, and on top of that, you do not get good service or delicious food.

من أسوء فروع ستيك هاوس قديم والمقاعد متهالكه ومنطقه الالعاب ووسخه لم يتم صيانته منذ سنوات ، لا انصح بالذهاب اليه لانه خدمتهم ايضا وطعامهم سيء.

First time to be annoyed.we were 3 adults and 3 kids, and we ordered 3 main courses in lunch offer and got 3 kids' meals for free, but because one of the adults was late they added one soup and salad to the receipt without any notice, it was his soup and salad, all the problem that he came late after 6, just noticed after i paid, i talked to the manager and she said we can't return money back after paying, we were so annoyed, bad experience although we go there nearly every week.

خدمة اكثر من سيئة و خصوصا من مديرة المطعم اتمنى من اصحاب الشركة الانتباه من توضيف من هم ليس على المستوى المطلوب من الكفائة و الاحترام

أول زيارة لي انا و العائلة و بكل صدق كانت الأجواء رائع من اول البنات إللي بالاستقبال و الويتر و اخص بالشكر لمديرة الصالة (مروة الحربي) علي حسن الاستقبال و الترحاب و الضيافة
وشكر خاص للشركة علي توظيف بنات سعوديات بهذه الادب و الاحترام

Unfortunately it was worst visit order take more than 50 min and not served, bad service, unprofessional hospitality special from the manager. Its shame of you.

لا يوجد اجلال لربنا سبحانه وتعالى اواحترام للدين. الاغاني شغالة وقت الاذان بالرغم من طلبنا اغلاق الصوت كذة مرة.

Had the Premium Rib Eye, mac & cheese, and veggies. The steak and mac & cheese was pretty good, but the veggies needed some work. Kind of pricey for 2 people, but you have to pay to play. ‍️

اعشقه ستيك هاوس لي زبونه أكثر من عشر سنوات نظيف نفس الطعم ما تغير علي ومقارنه بمطاعم الامريكيه يعتبر معقوله كثير أسعاره

Staff attitude beyond imagination and I really enjoyed my lamb shank with mashed potatoes and veggies. I'm a steakhouse fan so I can go on and on

المكان قديم ولا انصح بهذا الفرع فرع طريق أنس افضل واشرح والخدمة فيه افضل وحتى الطعام افضل من هنا
النجمتين فقط على البوفيه او السلطات والشوربة لم تتغير لذيذة واعتقد لحم الغنم بكل الفروع لا تطلبه لحم بقر فقط طعمه لايتغير وجودتة لا تتأثر ويختارونه بعناية على عكس لحم الغنم لحم سوانكي مو بلدي نعيمي

Food is great. There is a play area for children. If you go for their lunch time deals you can't go wrong.

Well worth it.

The place is very relaxing, everything is excellent.the food, the staff and the ambience.the staff are very friendly and hospitable.i recommend this to everyone.go with your partner, your family and also your friends.

Steak house Riyadh is one of my favourite place when I go to Riyadh. Lunch deals are superb. Food is tasty. Staff is well trained. Salad bar is good. Live it

Husband loved the ribs and mashed potatoes. Tip: get yourself the Alfa Co.loyalty card. Perks everyday (ie: free soup and salad on Sundays; unlimited steaks on Tuesdays; free dessert on Wednesdays)

المطعم ازوره شبه يومي بوقت الغداء.

طبعا غني عن التعريف و من انظف المطاعم الموجودة بالسعودية.

يشتهر بالستيكات و أطباق الدجاج و الساندويشات المتنوعة.

عرض الغداء ب خمسين ريال شامل المشروب و الحساء و السلطة و ساندويتش من اختيارك.

أطباق الدجاج ب ٧٠ ريال بيكون عرض الغداء عليها.

Two days ago, I had dinner with my friends at midnight. I was really excited to try a real steak at Steakhouse especially in Saudi Arabia. The first thing that I didn’t like was the steak since it was sort of cold and it seemed like they prepared the food long time ago. Secondly, the majority of the professional restaurant will provide the steak with no sauce on the top. When I went there, the steak was covered with lots of sauce. Thirdly, I asked for buffet salad, the server said it is 24 for each person. I said okay thanks we don’t want. Three minutes later, he said you’ll can get it for free because they were almost closed. Actually, I felt humiliated for his non-acceptable behavior which shows us that if we don’t eat the salad, they will waste it, and it shows the compared between us and junk. I am not targeting the restaurant but there are many bad things I had with this experience.
The only thing that I like is the decorations of the restaurant.

I highly recommended this restaurant if a person wants to lose his/her money for low quality.

Awful steak. I had the jack creek tenderloin. I asked for medium and I got uncooked. Then I complained and they brought out the same steak and it was awful. Wasn’t consistence. Some parts raw, rare, medium and even some parts well done.

For a place called steak house you would expect them to know their steaks and how to cook it. Shame!

Poor! Very poor.

I messaged the owner, as he requested, let’s see if he even responds. I won’t be holding my breath!

Very calssy american style restaurant which is trying to cover ranges of prices from 50 up to 90 SAR per person, including drinks.steak is the best that you can have there plus the open buffet for soup and salad with refill soft drinks which is the package they offer every day. There is a Wednesday offer which is a desert per table. Staff is very friendly and they only deserve 7 stars

Super friendly staff, I didn’t visit Steak house since a long time & definitely I was missing a lot.
