It opened in 2011 and mainly it is famous for Lulu Hypermarket. It has a lot of parking space but still it is crowded on weekends and hard to find parking. Very popular among south asian and filipinos. Other than two Lulu stores, it has outlets for gold trading, garments, perfumes, shoes and household items. It has bank branch and remittance facility on ground floor. The food court is good and on first floor and there is coffee shop on ground floor. There are festivals also celebrated and the main entrance is decorated accordingly. Overall it is good place to visit.
