The place I trust to leave my vehicle for maintenance. I go there to change oil and filter and other services based on maintenance schedule. This branch is big and has the wheel services. Also there is electrical cable charger for electric car.

حقيقة لا اعلم كيف ترسل لي الشركة عرض ٤ لتر زيت مع تغيير السيفون ولما حضرت ومسكت سرى طويل وحاء دوري يقولي العامل ما فيه تغيير سيفون وبعد ما عرضت عليه الرسالة قال ما فيه سيفون موجود رح كلم الشركة باسلوب جدا مستفز والله.
قلت معليه غير ٨ لتر اربعه واربعه ويبقى ٢ لتر باخذهم معي قال لا اغير فقط اربعه عرض و٢ احسبهم عليك بالسعر العادي
بصراحة نوع من التحايل والتلاعب. للاسف وتعامل جدا سئ

تتلقى رسالة عرض تغيير زيت 4 لتر مع السيفون ب180 ريال وعندما تنتهي بعد انتظار طويل يضيف عليك مبلغ اضافي 65 ريال يقول هذا قيمة لتر زيت إضافي. معقوله السيفون يحتاج لتر إضافي! ؟ ثم لماذ لم يوضح في العرض ؟ على العموم تصل لقريب جدا من سعر الأيام العادية وأسعارهم في تزايد والملاحظة انه لايوجد تنظيم لدخول السيارات.

مسوين عرض على صيانة المكيف ورحت وياليت اني ما رحت عدمو التكيف عندي كان افضل اول ابي اشتكي بس اشتكي مين دلوني
وازيدكم تم فتح بلاغ في خدمة العملاء وقالوا ٤٨ ساعه ويتواصل معاك مدير الفرع والان عدا اسبوع وزياده

سيئة في نظام الدور لا يلتزموا بالدور بين الزبائن
ولا يوجد جميع انواع الفلاتر
يعني عرض مع فلتر مجانا غير صحيح

They don't accept to change oil if you buy it from third party, I think the oil of petromin is not good for the vehicles performance

Staff are very bad, after 30 minutes they said (oh your car is Mazda we're sorry we don't have an oil filter)

ممتازين بس لو يفكونك من الفلسفه الزايده يقعد يحاول قد مايقدر انك تسوي اشياء اضافيه وللمعلوميه ترا الاسعار يمديك تكاسر فيها ماعدا اسعار صيانة الوكاله

The technicians here doesn’t know even the basics and relied on me completely for wheel alignment. They don’t do Caster and Camber adjustment, without which your alignment is not even 50% accurate. Petromin must invest in training people on technical and customer service aspects. Two Filipinos in alignment section was smoking underneath my car while adjusting toe. Would never ever come here

Disappointing, I come here frequently. But recently they keep trying to sell me additional services in an aggressive way making it sound like your car is going to break unless you take the additional services that I stopped believing them and no longer do service there.

They are advertising for free oil filter but free oil filter not available! Air filter not available! Sending messages for 50% or 40% discount but reality is nothing! Please petromin don’t cheat with valuable customers! Thanks
