I came to avail the weekly offer as received by sms. Interior cleaning and tire polishing was not available. So what's the point in general advertising. The staff who attended was courteous thiugh

I think this Petromin needs a different staff. Very inexperienced! The guy there asks me what kind of oil I need for my car. I told him that usually when I go to Petromin, they are the ones who tell me what kind of oil and what kind of service I need just from my plate number. He was mad that I was teaching him his job and said no we don't do that at Petromin. I told him to try again and again with the plate number or my phone number, he wouldn't listen. So, I left!

Really nice behavior with customer, go to petromin when you change Engine oil because petromin have really good service and customer relations.
