Pepper Tree Restaurant

One of the worst restaurant in Riyadh especially on service, previously it was pepper tree now renamed cherry. But the service quality same as previous one. Even they don’t know how treat guests. Totally bad experience and failed to serve foods properly. And not know how to treat customers too late service and bad taste and bad experience

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. It's a great experience. The ambiance is quite welcoming and charming. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard that too at an affordable range. Mouth watering delicacies of authentic South Indian Cuisines. For a romantic dinner they have a beautiful gallery and soft play area for kids.
Think about celebrations and they have a spacious banquet hall with balcony. Inspite of a few setbacks as commented by others, Cherries Team are going an extra mile to overcome the complaints and satisfy the unhappy customers.

They are serving worst quality beef. Tried their kappa biriyani, beef roast and pazham pori. Everything was not recommendable.

Pathetic experience overall. They are totally disorganised. Waiters no idea about the menu. They took more than 45 mins to serve. I saw more than 30 people in the kitchen and it was chaotic. Flavor less food.

Update 21 December, 2023 - ദുരന്തം - disaster, still the same, changes only on the name and wall papers, staff - same attitude. If someone from the management check the review, please comment your contact number.

The service is poor and unprofessional.
Food quality is also below average. Please train your staff, teach them how to behave to your customers.

I had
the dinner. The food was average. But the attitude of person who took the order was terrible. Such a worst experience

Since they recently took over from Pepper Tree, they still have to include more items.
The food was pretty basic nothing extraordinary.
However, an okay place to go with family and friends.
Hope they will include more variety and tasty cuisine.

Great food and ambience. Especially for families with kids
Food was delayed but I guess it's due to overcrowded customers.special thanks to Saifuddin for his service.

Not worth it i have ordered two parata 1 mutton masala 1 biriyani rice for lunch what i got was parata made for breakfast not fresh a simple mutton curry very less qty average taste and a scoop of ghee rice

Parata 1 riyal - it should be. 50 hala
mutton 20 riyal - it should be 10 riyal
biriyani rice 8 riyal - it hsould be 5 riyal

over priced for the food they offered/.

Food and service is not enough. It is good to try to make changes. It doesn't matter if the name has changed

Previously Peppertree restaurant. Recently management changed and renamed it as Cherries restaurant.

They just opened and I was told that they would be changing the menu very soon. However my experience was really bad. I was served cold food and it didn't suit my stomach as well.

Delicious food, number of varieties, great atmosphere for adults and also for kids with a nice play area and remarkable service with pleasant smile. All the very best…!

Good tea is available here, rest of the food is average quality, good service, good environment and clean restaurant. The price is a bit high. If you are looking for a good Ambiance this is a good option. Food is average.
