Party Pirates

Called this place to ask if they were open and told them I am on my way and they said ok. When I got here, shop is closed and they said they will be there in 20 mins. It’s been 30 mins. No show. Really bad service! They turn up and say they don’t have the key to open the door. I wanted to get stuff from here for a birthday and they have totally ruined my day! Absolutely pathetic! Don’t come to this shop!

Five stars for the shop. Staffs are professionals and friendly. They have best designs for all occasions.

They did a very good job in preparing our balloon backdrop design during our awarding ceremony. Their store has a lot of nice items that you can use for your next party. Their staff are also very nice and very accommodating. We will sure come back to them for our next party needs.
