Dr. Writes diagnosis very less and thus labs does not approve all tests.
Process to get approval from hospital to insurance is quite hectic, Dr. Staff will send you ground floor to go and ask the Hospital staff to send request. Patient needs to take token and wait depending upon number of staff your number will come. Then he will ask the patient number or SMC file and just click the button to send insurance. Then await for insurance. Once insurance feedback comes then go back to counter and ask the status. If partial received and you ask from them then you need to go back to dr situated at first floor to write back to insurance. If Dr. is busy then wait for another 30 to 40 minutes and really remind again and again to nurse that Dr. needs to write back to insurance. Once it’s written then come to ground and again remind to hospital insurance counter to press the button to send the information. Once it’s send then wait and if it’s rejected or partial approval then keep continue from step-1. Highly disappointed

Useless hospital every doctor we met in this hospital was just not good enough to satisfy the patient, they need huge improvement in their dealing with patients, staff needs to improve alot in their services

Dr. Ahmad abdulaziz is worst in urology department, he deals with patients unprofessionaly, we paid his fees but didnt continue the circumcision with him

الانتظار في المختبر يتجاوز الساعتين فقط لكي يتم سحب الدم! يفترض توفير طاقم يستوعب عدد المرضى الذين يقومون بالمراجعة لديكم.

الدكتور ما يكلف نفسه يراجع طلبات التأمين ٣ زيارات
ومش قادرين نخلص موضوع اختبار بسيط
المختبر فجأة طفو الضو ويقلك صيانة تعالو يوم ثاني
تكلمهم بالجوال ما في اي استعلام متاح لا عن تأمين ولا مختبر ولا عيادة دكتور
بتحس اغلب الموظفين مجبورين عالدوام

خدمة الطواريء سيئة جدا لا انصح بها
