Was their for the ortho Dr.Hashim. Had a great experience with him treating my son's hand fracture. The staffs are helpful. The only issue is the crowd inside the clinic since it's near batha market.

Its been a great experience and doctor also very nice & polite and and all ladies work there all very professional and espacialy Dr. SHAHED thank you and god bless you all

Poor customer service. Telephone operator/receptionist (pakistani/indian/bangali). I called to inquire and get information but instead answering and be polite hes way of communicating is rude. Dont you know phone etiquette? You should not be on that position.

Dr. Sujit baran haren this doctor totally worst person.behaviour not good.with nurse also same.what is my problem this docor can't listen properly. My experience totally bad.avoid this doctor.please take action immediately for this doctor. Tell him to make his behaviour good.

Very bad services and very bad staff with rude attitude. Never see this kind of gesture in my whole life!

مستوصف فاشل والمسؤولين اللي فيه فشلة جداً جداً.
دكتور العظام فاشل بما تعنيه الكلمه ما يكلمك مايعطيك وجه يكتبلك مهدأ ويقول لك انقلع رحت المستشفى وطلع عندي انزلاق وهو قاعد يستهبل يكتب لي مهدأ إذا ما تعرف تعالج قول ما أعرف
وحق التأمين اللي فوق بالمكتب فاشل والله مايعطوك وجه ولا يتكلموا معاك وش هالنفسيات أنا مستغرب من هالعينات يا صاحب المستوصف جرب يوم سوي نفسك مريض وروح شوف اسلوب المستوصف حقك.
والله النجمة كثيرة عليهم بس عشان حارس الأمن يستاهل محترم وأخلاق وراقي بالتعامل.

I think if you want to put money in a thief's pocket, go to them. I had insurance, took money for diabetes and various tests 172SR and separated 35SR. I asked why, they said that if you don't have diabetes, you have to pay that money to the insurance company. And if there is diabetes then the money will be returned. The report says I have diabetes. When I went for my 35SRA, I was told that I would not get the same money back. Didn't give me any more money. So I am telling my Bangladeshi brothers, don't go near them.

Very very bad service at safa makkah clinic.exir clinc in batha is better than safa makkah polyclinics. Indian doctor Dr. Shafia is good in Exir polyclinic for GP and female problems.

Its a wonder of medical service. We love this medical. We are happy to come here for any problem. Thanks safa makkah

Got PCR test for family,
Result in less than 12 hours.

Yesterday I went for PCR test at 7.00 pm and could able to complete it within half an hour. Received the report today morning at 8.00am. Appreciate their support through WhatsApp before and after the service. Keep doing the good works.

The clinic was convienen, the lady on the reception really helpful and the door bodyguard was very friendly, the clinic is seems a new, they spread all the sterilized, anyway I’ve faced one issue the radiologist clinic wasn’t assistance like others, the asked us to wait more then 20 mints for nothing there’s no case before us, I’ve really got dissatisfied.

اسعاره اقل من غيره يحتاج بعض النظافة فيه اغلب التخصصات
يوجد فيه تحليل كورنا معترف دوليا من اجل السفر بسعر ٣٥٠ اقل سعر ممكن تحصله والنتيجة خلال ٢٥ ساعة يعطوك نتيجة مختومة
يمكن اجراء كثير من الفحوصات

لو فيه اكثر من خمس نجوم سويتها لهم
فحصت عندهم كورنا وتقفل طياران واتصلت فيه يكنسله وتجاوب معي وكنسله قبل فحص معا ان مالي حق اكنسل شكرا جدا

جالسه ادق ع الرقم الموجود من صباح الى الان مايردون او مشغول او خارج الخدمه. كيف تبون نحجز ،؟؟ هل الدكتور عقيل موجود عندكم او لا

طريقة الكشف خاطئة وينبني عليها العلاج الخطأ
الحكومي أفضل طلبوا شرب ماء وكشف مرتين قبل وبعد وجاءت النتيجة مطابقة للواقع

سيء جدا. لا انصح بالتعامل معه. مايربطون نتيجة الفحص مع الجهات الحكومية. وتحتاج الى متابعه معهم وعدة مراجاعات. علماً انهم غير متجاوبين اطلاقا في الرد على الهاتف. وحال تكرار الاتصال يقوم الموظف برفع السماعه واغلاق الخط. من اسوأ مايمكن التعامل معه

انتبهوا منهم سويت لعمالي فحص شهادته صحية اخذوا الفلوس ولا ارسلوا للبلديه ولا جت الشهادة وان شاءالله وزارة الصحة تجيب حقي منهم

مستوصف معظم رواده من العماله لعمل فحوصات العمل والرخصه فحص تجديد الرخصة يكلف ٦٣ ريال يرسل بشكل الكتروني

Very good hospital. Nice staff. Good doctors and good environment

Doctors are good. But o got worst experience from. Assistant male nurse who is with eye specialist. Visit dr. For eye pain and got follow up date after a week. But after 4 days get worst and went as an emergency. But he did not allow me to see. In emergency case also need pre booking. It's not free servoce also. Very bad behavior from this person.
