Good for family. Variety of Indian food available. North indian.south Indian.typical Hydrabadi delicious food. Must visit restaurant in Almuraba Riyadh area. Good ambience and service is quality of restaurant.
Good food. But terrible staff, poor customer service. Food arrived late, ordered for sizzler kebab platter but it wasn't on sizzler platter at all. Waiters not around to take orders, acted rude when asked to pack remaining food. Gave the bill way before we finished eating.
Message for the owner, sometimes average food with great customer service is much more satisfying experience than great food with poor service.
Food can be delivered or eaten at any restaurant, it is the experience that we pay a premium price for. And that wasn't worth the trouble.
Alacarte options should be a better choice. Thali like Rajasthani Thali are neither authentic nor tasty. The Donda Curry as part of thali was Stale (spoiled) foul smelling odour. As an excuse they replaced the dish with alu jeera again was half cooked potato's.
Raitha over sweetened, dal rice and some ithe rice (only god knows the name) even the novice chefs cook it better.
Dal Bati the authentic rajasthani item was a disaster.
Only good taste was the drumstick curry (best), chana curry (average), paneer curry (average)
I found this is the place where you can completely turn the traditional and authentic foods into a disaster. Forget your taste buds and stomach for the after affects.

I think onwer look back to the.resturant staff behavior very rude we took one tea and somosa was very chill we ask him why we are paying 3 sar for samosa and you give us cold somosa is that fair?
Good Resturant with nice taste. Superb ambiance, big dining area for both singles and family. Specially their biryani was awsome before now a days its quality got down. They serve specially indian hyderabadi cusine also some chinese and bbq taste great here as well as the desert served here are in authentic hyderabadi style. Service was good and clean and hygine environment. 1 star i have given less for the food quality differed from start of the restaurant.
Today visited for eating Chaat at lunch box restaurant. Pav bhaji was very bad.i ordered extra pav, they charging 5 riyal for single pav, the price of Pav (bun) is too high. I don't know on what basis they are charging this prices.

One of the worst restaurants serving Hyderabadi food. Very bad taste with limited meat pieces compared to the price they are charging. Went for lunch and there was no power and it was restored during our meal. Service is average yet they were requesting us to give a good rating and review.

مطعم هندي أصلي الأكل حار حتى لو تقولهم بدون فلفل كذا طبيعة أكلهم أكلهم لذيذ لكن حار أكلات هندية أصلية صراحة تفرق عن المطاعم الهندية الفخمة وأشوف انها أفضل لكن يعيبهم ان حاره مع اني قايل لهم بدون فلفل وبدون حراره فيه قسم ثاني للحلويات عنده حلويات هنديه غريبه جرب حلوى اسمها (بوري) فيها كل النكهات وماراح اجربها ثانية موب لانها موب لذيذه، يعني موب شينه ولكن ما تسوى اطلبها ثانية. جلسات عزاب وجلسات عوائل مستقلة وفيها بارتشن وستائر الديكور عادي وأقل من عادي لا توجد فخامة أبداً نظافة المكان متوسطة. ما يتكلمون عربي زين. الخدمة متوسطة.

Good place to have the hydrabadi food in riyadh. Its menu is good with more mutton dishes.some are authentic hydrabadi food.the interior design is simple and humble. The services are fast and easy. They are keeping the palace hygienic and tidy. Food is delicious. Last time when I visit i order hydrabadi mutton dum biriyani a family pack. It cost around 75 but it worth to have for 4 peoples. The texture and smell of biriyani is breath talking.i enjoyed the food.buffet is also available with different menus also
Had our Dinner last week. Ordered Family Mutton Dum Briyani, Butter Nan, butter chicken and other chicken starters. Dum Briyani was so nice and tasty but the quantity was so small and not to be called as Family pack. Butter chicken pathetic. Maybe it's prepared long time back. Nan and Chai was so nice. Overall experience unsatisfied Dinner.
Just tried the snacks section and concept is pretty good but taste was lacking in almost everything. Presentation is good and staff is also bit lazy in serving properly.
We had bad experience 17.09.21.had been for dinner with family for having thali. We ordered 4 thalies, 2 chicken and 2 fish thali, but attender did not inform that fish thali price is double than other chicken and veg. When I saw the bill, it was 45 riyal each where as other thali is 22 or 24 riyals. Moreover the curries were smelling bad as they were cooked in afternoon and same used ifor serving dinner also. Its waste of money. In Hotel line business customer satisfaction is the priority and not the profit
Ordered Chicken Boti, it was over cooked and burnt. Although I have had a enjoyable experience previously, however this time it was terribly disappointing.

At the billing the cashier billed me 35 bucks for Plain dosa.upon askin if he billed me for plain or masala dosa.he said there is no difference between both. I jus gave him that stare and then he returned 5 riyals back to me.saying sorry i forgot.
Anyways.we thought we wud be served with worlds best dosa today.but it was opposite.very thick rubbery dosa.not to forget the rubbery vadas too.
Never goin there again.pls have south indian at Asian Food Khazana Restaurant or Malaz restaurant for quarter of the price n excellent taste.
Worst experience ever.visited 1st time and its last time also.we ordered to bring their speciality. Mutton Carahi, Motton Biryani, Fish and Mango Lassi. Lassi was ok but all other dishes was below average. Disappointed and not recommended.
I am a big fan of South Indian Dosa Idly and Vada. So when Sarvana Bahavan was shut down. I was pretty devastated. I had recently seen about Lunch Box on a facebook post. (PS. This review is for the South Indian section of Lunch Box.) To be honest, food isn't that great. It's okay-ish. It doesn't have the authentic south indian flavor. It seemed as if someone was trying their best. The only good item was the soft and fluffy puris. I had ordered a mix plate of Idli and Vada as Dosas weren't available. I ordered Paneer 65 and chapatis. The size of chapatis was shocking. It was the size of a palm. I am rating this restaurant 3 stars on the basis of cleanliness and staff cooperation. One more thing I'd like to point out is that the music is pretty loud in there. People wana eat in peace. Play decent music that suits the ambience of the place.
Lunch box is a very nice place to have authentic Indian food. I specially like Murg bahar, tava gosht, cheat items, but the new South indian restaurant food is really bad and will kill lunch box brand in very near future. The food is filled with lots of unnecessary spices. I think to keep the lunch box reputation the owners should think about improving south Indian food quality.
Over priced and poor taste South Indian food. 14 riyals for 4 idlis with the worst coconut chutney and poor taste of sambar. Wada was below average. Save your time and money and go to better restaurants not far away!
The biryani is superb. It is one of the nicest tasting biryani around. Beside the biryani, all their food items are really good. The menu is slightly pricy for its placing category but something that may be acceptable.
Not good at all first time we tried and gol gappas were not fresh so hard and was not eatable matka tea was good but too pricey will not visit again it was a disappointment
Two single biryani parcel was worst ever. Mutton was hard, mostly bones. Only colored oil laced rice. No softness at all. When called haroon was sorry. He said next time it will be good, as if we eat every day. Expensive biryani. Tasteless, flavorless.

مطعم هندي يقدم المأكولات على طريقة حيدر اباد فيه قسم عوائل، مريت قدامهم صدفه وشدني المحل، المحل عباره عن قسمين واحد مطعم والثاني يقدم اطباق السناك زي السمبوسه وبعض الشغلات الشبيهه، جربت الشاي الحليب يقدمونه في كوب فخار وطعمه بطل ب الكوب ب 6 ريال! الموظفين محترمين وودودين جداً، عموماً انا للحين ما جربت الاطباق لكن شفت زحمه الهنود عرفت انه مميز واكيد اكلهم طيب، لي عوده لهم بإذن الله
One of kind to get back to the shaadi wala khaana if someone misses it back home, Hyderabad, India. Everything is absolutely lip smacking awesome. Good quantity served. The chaat is absolutely gobsmacking for the taste buds! Ice Gola was the winner for taste buds!

Just tried chat section which is suitable for vegetarians. The pani puri shots is must try dish. Ice gola is really cool in hot summer. Little expensive.
Today I went to try their recently opened-chat section, it was pathetic to see curry leaves in samosa, pao bhaji and chole bhature. It’s my kind advice, if you don’t know how to prepare North Indian cuisine kindly don’t try your hands in it. It’s not a trial and error method. We as customers are paying you more than what you actually deserve. Your staff don’t have basic etiquettes of serving food. All these snacks were useless. Neither they had glasses, tissues, Ac wasn’t working. Moreover the tandoori chai was like a third class tea which has been has been brewing for ages. The funny part was Chole bhature which tasted like oval shaped pooris. If you can’t maintain the quality kindly shut it down. Don’t fool the people in the name of Indian food.

I ordered malai boti which was very hard to chew. The chicken sheek kebab was soft but no taste. Chicken do tawa it was ok. Saudi champaign was very bad. All the waiters were down stairs and nobody care about customers. I asked the waiter to bring extra bread 2 times. He severed us after we ate the food. Wrost table service. Bread should arrive within few seconds if you go to a good place. Specially when you are paying a lot of money!
Pathetically slow service, waiters were mixing the orders. Did not deliver what you you actully ordered. And what you order came late each time you need to remind waiter for each remaining stuff. Take cash with you. After eating the meal ypu may came to know debit/credit card span machine not working. Food is too expensive, you can get much better quality of food with half price From Khana Khazana Family Resturant. Worst Experience.
