Food court isn't well organized and not well serviced, crowded and the staff are not customers oriented. Some stores are not open like Rajihi exchange.
I went 3km on foot to exchange money and when i reached it was closed permanently without them deleting their online presence inside the mall

Worst customer service.cash counter personnel in the ladies counter has no manners at all.we are paying for the products not taking it for free.just because he is saudi it doesn't give him authority to insult customers.

سلسلة متاجر مميزة. رائعه بمعنى الكلمة. منظمه تنظيم يستحق الإشادة. يحتوي تقريباً على كل ما يحتاجه الشخص من مواد غذائية وغيرها. نبدأ بالايجابيات حول هذا المتجر. نظافة مشهود لها حتى مع زحمة الناس إلا أن العربات الخاصة بالنظافة تقوم بعملها. توفير عربات التسوق وعدم انقطاعها. تنسيق وترتيب الرفوف والاقسام بشكل أكثر من رائع. توفر الخضار والفواكه دون انقطاع رغم زحمة المكان. توفر عدد 31 كاشير محاسبة تقريبا وهذا مريح جدا للعميل. رغم وجود المخابز والمطعم إلا أنت لا تكاد تشم الروائح مما يدل على وجود نظام تهوية ممتاز. عروض بشكل متكرر. مواقف معدة بشكل جيد. بالنسبة للسلبيات حقيقة لا تكاد تذكر أمام هذه الإيجابيات لكني سأذكر غلاء الأسعار في بعض الخضروات والفواكه لدرجة غير مقبولة أحيانا. من أراد الاستماع بالتسوق بشكل أفضل فعليه بالتسوق وسط الأسبوع وتجنب نهاية الأسبوع أو التسوق في الفترة الصباحية.

جيدجدا لكن غير متوفر فيه حليب ايتمايل وبعض الكماليات اسعارها غاليه خذ فقط وانتبه من الاسعار

Very good supermarket, so many things to buy. Not crowded on weekdays but week ends I advice not to go there. Long lines and few people to serve you.

I like this supermarket they have low price. But sometimes i wont go there because there is a lot of people. Even in the counter.

Lulu Hyper Market, not only in Murabba but all over KSA is the best place to buy grocery but Lulu is worse for cloths & Shoes, The selections are one of the worse I have ever seen & also freaking expensive & only mall I have never seen any special offers, LULU signature offer is Half Pay Back

Simply the best hypermarket in KSA. It has imported, vegan friendly stuff and the cooked meals are great too

Just visited Lulu yesterday, you can easily notice that they have raised the prices, such an indecent behavior specially during those hard days

بصراحة العاملين هناك طلبت منهم بعض من قطع الكيك لم يضعوا لي بعض القطع ونسوها ووضعوا جزء فقط منها والاسوأ انها خربانة وليست طازجة طعمها سيئ جدا

V bad experience with from one security who was in front of gate just after Pizza hut
I reached in front of that gate at 7.50am and security told me Lulu will open at 9 o clock only. So he can't open
Then I go through the main gate T the time Lulu store opened
