The service is very good and Dr.Naseeb so professional,i did botox with him,the result is amazing,also the gold facial was fantastic ,thank you kaya clinic

“It’s not worth it the money you pay”!
It’s more expensive than other clinics and still not professional, you don’t get what you paid for!
The dr. Confirmed to me after the consultation to have at least 50% improvements but after many painful sessions unfortunately barely 10%.
I regret each penny I paid there!

أكّد لي الدكتور بالحصول على نتيجه او اقلّه ٥٠٪؜ تحسّن بعد العلاج، الا ان هذا لم يتم ابداً بعد عدة جلسات مؤلمة ولا حتّى ١٠٪؜ تحسّن.

I unfortunately had a really bad experience at Kaya skin clinic. I approached them for hyperpigmentation and my skin has become worse after the treatment. I mentioned to Dr. Dina on many occasions that I didn’t think the treatment was working and was in fact making my skin worse, especially on my forehead. She ignored my concerns and said it was “redness” from the treatment. Of course I was right, because when I saw the other doctor working there after Dr. Dina mysteriously left, he confirmed that my skin was indeed worse. He recommended a completely different treatment and I was told I needed to pay an additional 5k. I am so disappointed. I refuse to pay for additional treatments as I have lost all faith in Kaya skin clinic. Don’t bother wasting your money and go elsewhere.

تجربتي مع المركز ممتازه. الليزر عندهم اكثر من جهاز يناسب انواع البشره. وايضاً عملت بلازما للشعر. للأمانه شغل احترافي ومواعيدهم مضبوطه. وشكري طبعا للدكتور نسيب اللي اتعامل معه من ٢٠١٠

من غباء اللي عندهم صار يطلع لي شعر فوجهي عشانهم كانو يشيلون الشعر والوبر بالشفرة قبل الجلسة حقتي
ما يعرفون يفرقون بين الوبر والشعر لين صار وجهي كله شعر حرفيا

It’s a wonderful place for most your cosmetic and dermal related treatments. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I am always helped by Maryam for my appointments and scheduling. Clean place with good equipments. Dr. Nasib is the specialist in this facility who is equally good and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Since I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments at the Urubah branch for the past seven months, my hair growth has decreased significantly. Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially Jenny, and strive to ensure that you have a positive experience. Considering this clinic is something I strongly recommend.

Best clinic and best staff in Riyadh, most important the personal attitude by Maryam and Roxana who extended their help and kindness.

حجزت موعد ووصلتني رساله للتاكيد جاني اتصال قبل الموعد بيوم انهم حجزو الموعد لمراجع ثاني ولا تاسفت ولا اعتذرت وعاملتني بكل بجاحه ويوم قلت لهم ان المشكله من عندهم قالت " مافي احد ما يغلط" وعطتني موعد الساعه خمسه ونص بعز زحمه الدوامات ورفضت وسالت لو في موعد ثاني كانت الموظفه ترد باجوبه جافه جدا واسلوبها غير لبق كاني انا الغلطانه وبعدين قالت في الساعه ثلاثه وافقت وقالت ااكد لك موعدك قلت مناسب ثلاثه قالت لا حق الساعه ثلاثه طلع مو موجود موعدك الساعه خمسه كاني انا الغبيه وقاعده اتعبها ويوم قلت لها انهم مو بروفيشنال اعطيها فرصه تعتذر " قالت السالفه مو كذا السالفه انه عندنا مراجعين كثار واكدناه لوحده ثانيه قبلك" يا حسافه الرسبشنست خربت عليهم باسلوبها

I went for a consultation with Dr Ameera and she started selling me
Morpheus 8 even before looking at my skin. When I insisted she recommend something for hydration - I was referred the magic facial. The experience and the facial overall was underwhelming. The therapist was poorly trained as I had to ask her several times time to cover my neck and to massage my face.

In this one hour session, I had people walk in 3 times causing disturbance to the point that I had to ask the lady to leave. I conveyed this feedback to the main helpline and was promised a call back but it has been a week and I haven’t had anyone from customer service reach out.

Overall, I’d rate the clinic 3/10.
Strongly not recommended!

My experiences with kaya clinic has been mixed but ultimately I have left with the overwhelming feeling of regret and disappointment. I started with two sessions of cool sculpting therapy for both of my upper arms, each session 1 month apart. From my research on the website and Google I was made to believe that I would see a change between one to three months following the sessions. I followed the teachings given by the techs, who were kind and helpful, alongside going to the gym doing am workouts, yet still I saw no response in my arms when I looked in the mirror. I was not expecting a drastic change as I recognise the procedure is not the equivalent to surgery however I physically measured my arms using a tape measure throughout the journey with kaya clinic and didn't see a reduction of a single cm. The nurse I spoke at my repeat consultation was nice enough to offer me two sessions of venous therapy to help me see a difference in my arms. I had multiple experiences of the venous therapy being misbooked under another therapy or on a date when venous therapy wasn't available, resulting in me travelling into the clinic only to be turned away. During my second and final visit for the venous therapy I arrived on time and was given mixed information as to what they'd allocated on the system under my name, even after sending me a confirmation text the day before. I then waited for over an hour in the reception, 30 minutes of this by myself before I finally left without attending my appointment at which point the staff were under the misimpression that I'd had my session, which I hadn't. I finally gave up and went home. I came to kaya clinic to help resolve the issues I've had with my arms since a young teen through non surgical means and yet I've left feeling demoralised and worser than ever.

Vey bad experience! They burned me in the lazer session, i constantly told the lady that i was in pain she kept on going and convincing me with some weird reasons, now one day later and im all burned!

Update: after contacting them and telling them, they completely ignored me, so not only they burned me, they didn’t even try to do anything to fix it.
Extremely unprofessional!

I did face botox from kaya skin clinic with doctor Deena, i got a worst experience with her, it was very very bad, i didn't notice any changes, also she didn't advice post care treatment, , she is useless, don't go there, she doesn't know how to do botox

Bad organisation, i took an appointment at 7: 30 and when I arrived they said the doctor leaves at 6!

أسوأ عيادات بشرة ،، تعامل سيئ ، ادنى درجات النظافة ،. المخدات والمفارش قذرة ولم يتم تغيرها ، نهاية رمضان يقومون باستقبال العميلات داخل المكاتب ووضع البنج بدون عناية طبية وصحية
فقط من اجل حصر اكبر عدد من العميلات ،،
أنصح بعدم التعامل مع هذه العيادة لتدني مستوي النظافة والعناية الصحية.

Dr.nasim is a very good doctor. I have alopecia. I am taking treatment from him. By the grace of God, my hair has started to grow. If anyone has Alopecia, they can consult Dr. Nasim at Kaya Clinic without any hesitation. I will tell those who work at the reception to help them if the customer wants any help. I will give 5 after I don't get help because Nasim is a good doctor. ️

Kaya clinic is the best place to spend your time and get amazing results for your skin care, in addition to the Drs, reception and nursing staff are highly experienced, really an amazing place

Scheduling appointments is hectic and they’re always late, I came 30 minutes earlier and I’m 30 minutes more waiting for my scheduled service

I’ve been a client at Kaya Skin Clinic since 2012. Ever since, I’ve been receiving stellar service. Dr. Dina is the star of this clinic as she has been with me every step of the way. Mariam, Rana, Alaa and Sara have managed my appointments seamlessly. The nurses are excellent and made sure I’m taken care of from start to finish.

Do not use this clinic. They could not provide the treatment because the doctor was partying all the time and could not be in the office for the appointment and they won’t refund my money! Stay away from this clinic

If you are going there, make sure you take a written statement from them that at the end of four or five sessions your skin will be all clean and flawless I took dermapan with vit C treament. I had asked Dr. Dina how many total sessions I need. She said four max if required one more we can add. But at the end of those sessions I dint have a clear skin. I asked for pore tightening and hyperpigmentation and old scar treatment fully. They convinced me that it will be all like flawless skin. But no.you would get rid rid of small pigmentation but not like how they promise you. They just ask u for money and then medicine costs so much more. Not worth it. It's good for skin care not for treatment of any skin issues. You better use the same money with some dermatologist fro.any specialized hospital. They will make it look like within 6 thousand riyals or so your treatment will be done fully you will be all glowing but end up spend spending 15k riyals or more. Including medication they recommend. Money making machine. And no proper results even after spending so much. Also I used to suggest Dr. Dina for a skin routine once treatment finishes n she promised she will giv me a proper routine but ended up suggesting me glycolic acid cream that too which I suggested her to prescribe. Allah will take care of all that hard earned money you made me spend on my skin and see how he will take it back from you. I will wait and watch for u to realise and never do this to anyone again

I have had one session of full body hair removal laser treatment. The first session was quite satisfactory and the vicinity was also well maintained. Will see how my remaining sessions go and provide a complete feedback.

الحقيقة أن الكوادر الطبية وموظفي الاستقبال في غاية الإحترام وحسن الخلق ولكن أعطيت نجمة واحدة للمالك أو بمعنى أصح صاحب العيادة ولذلك لعدم حرصه على توفير الأجهزة الضرورية مثل جهاز الليزر في جميع فروع العيادات بحيث يجبر المراجع بالتنقل بين الفروع للحصول على الجهاز وأيضاً حتى الجهاز المتوفر شبه تالف حيث باستمرار يتم الغاء موعد العميل بسبب عطل الجهاز وبدون الإهتمام بالضرر المترتب على العميل من ناحية تضيع وقته ولخبطة مواعيده

They are not accurate in time, you book a specific time but they serve you an hour later, I don't know what's the use of choosing my time!

I have been a customer of this branch for a year and a half. They hardly ever answer the phone to book an appointment, been calling them for 2 days, I’m definitely switching to their other branch.

Nice and social at the reception, although their prices are a bit high compared to the other clinics, but they know what they are doing.

It is impossible to contact to clinic for any appointment. It's disaster. I would recommend to Rawda Branch. They are active and listing to customer.

للأسف كان لدينا موعد ليزر وبعد دفع قيمة البكيج تفاجأت أن التي تقوم بالاجراء اخصائية وليس اخصائي لو كنت اعلم مسبقا لما تعاملت معهم فلا يوجد خصوصية للرجال في هذا المكان فهي عيادة نسائية بحته.
نرجو توفير اخصائي للرجال للحفاظ على الخصوصية مثل العيادات الاخرى

I had my dermamelan treatment for this clinic and as of now, my 14th day after the session, the result is good.
However i rated the clinic 2 stars coz of the long waiting time, like literally you will wait 45 mins to 1 hour (not my first time, i think they are habitually fine with this!) before you can enter the clinic.
I am a busy person and they should respect people’s time.

Today I did facial in Kaya Skin Clinic in Riyadh. It was very bad. Cosmetologist didn’t use any professional cosmetic, no scrub, no darsenval, very cheep mask at the end. I am so upset. I will never back again! I am don’t recommend anyone this clinic in Riyadh!

I did full body permanent hair removal in this clinic.
Paid for 6 sessions and did them all.

I am European with fair skin and darker hair so there shouldn't be any issues getting rid of unwanted hair. I don't have any problems, excessive hair growth, in fact I don't have much hair overall.

The laser used was not suitable for my skin as confirmed by another laser specialist and well sadly the hair grew back worse than before on some parts of my body. I am very, very disappointed.

There are any types of lasers out there and it seems they use one for every skin type.

Waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

The ladies working there are lovely though and so are the nurses but the laser machines and the staff knowledge is very poor.
