شركة غير محترمة و لا تحترم الزبائن. الطلبات تتأخر بالساعة و أكثر و لما تطلب إلغاء الطلب ما يرجعولك فلوسك. الحمد لله انه أصبح في شركات انظف و احسن. بعدين ما تقدر تكلمهم. ما في رقم و لا وسيلة اتصال. شئ مخزي

حتى النجمة كثيرة عليكم خدمة سيئة وسراقين المندوب رفض توصيل الطلب بعد ما دفعت الفلوس ووقف مكان بعيد ويقول اجي انا مسافة مشي ٣٠ دقيقة واستلم الطلب وبعد ساعتين ونص تواصلوا أسوأ خدمة عملاء ولما طلبت الغاء الطلب رفضوا يرجعون الفلوس لاني ما استلمت الطلب وحاولت اشتكي مافي اي وسيلة اتصال كيف شركة ما عندها رقم خدمة عملاء واحد هذا عدم احترام للعمل حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليكم والله لاشكيكم لوزارة التجارة واطلع فلوسي طرق ولا تحطون ايميل على تعليقي لأنكم ما تحلون المشكلة اصلا الله لا يسمحكم محادثات المندوب مازات موجودة وبرفع فيكم شكوى

Cheater Company, worst customer service, they will promise the refund to just make you to cancel your order, and then keep on waiting keep chatting with their representative and you won't get your money back

يقومون بإنهاء المحادثات بدون انتهاء الشكوى و حل المشكلة
لا يقرأون و لا يفهمون و يقومون فقط بإنهاء المحادثة
كمان كل الطلبات بها مشاكل

خدمة عملاء جداةسيئة
لا يوجد وسيله للتواصل ولا رقم ولا محادثه مباشرة
فقط يوجد رفع شكوى ليتم الرد خلال ٢٤ ساعه و للاسف لم يتم الرد للان خلال شهر
تم الغاء طلبي من شهر و لم تتم اعاده المبلغ للان ولا يوجد اي طريقه للتواصل و لا يوجد تجاوب في الشكوى و لا حتى يوجد رد في تطبيقات التواصل الاجتماعي

تطبيق غير احترافي تماما و لا يتوفر فيه اساسيات التواصل مع العميل لحل المشاكل

مرحبًا ، لقد اتصلت بشخص الخدمة الخاص بك منذ حوالي شهر واحد بالمعلومات المطلوبة للعمل مع شركتنا ، لكن موظفك ظل مشغولاً لمدة شهر واحد. الآن يقول إنه ليس لديه جهاز وسيأتي إلي عندما تم العثور على الجهاز.

أسوأ تطبيق وأسوأ خدمة عملاء، انتبهوا تدفعون بالبطاقة لان اذا ماوصلك الطلب انسى فلوسك ترجع لك ماعندهم اي طريقه للتواصل يردون رد تلقائي ان فيه خدمة عملاء بالتطبيق لكنهم يتجاهلون المحادثات والايميلات

I placed an order at 12: 45 and it’s 2: 34 still not received. There is no way to get in touch with customer service. Their application makes you wait forever to chat and instead shows that customer has an internet issue.

جدا تعاون غير بروفيشنال. اكثر من مره اتعامل معاهم وكل مره اقول بعطيهم فرصه. المشكلة الرئيسيه عندهم في التعامل مع اي مشكلة تواجه الطلب وتضطر تكلم call center تبدا
بس يصرفونك من غير ما يعطونك اسباب وينهون المحادثه وانت لسا ما فهمت الموضوع والمشكلة الحق يكون معك يا طلب ناقص يا المبلغ المسترد غير كامل مافيه اي تبرير وخدمة سيئة

The worst food app ever. They canceled my request and didn’t refund my money, even if you cobtact customer service they ignore you and close your request without solving it. Until now I didn’t recieve anythinf.the sad thing is your payment was already received by them. Moreover, the duration of giving the refund will eventually lose your patience

The other apps is more reliable and respectful.

السلام عليكم. اخي الكريم. انا مو مستوعب للان. ان خدمتكم لم تصل محافظة تثليث رغم مساحتها وعدد سكانها وبنفس الوقت تعتبر تثليث حلقة وصل بين من الذي ينزلون الرياض والعكس الكثير من نزلاء الفندق المسافرين يوميا لا يعرفون المطاعم ولا سواقين لخدمتهم اتمني منكم اعادة النظر في تثليث. وتقبلوا خالص تحياتي

Sometimes they take the money and you don’t get your order. Other times they politely give you a refund. Most of the time they simply don’t respond at all. Completely unpredictable, unprofessional and unreliable. Worst drivers ever. They can’t follow GPS. They can’t speak Arabic or English. They have no manners.

The delivery guy tag my order deliver but I did not receive my order and I pay for it using my card online, and I did not get refund and no answer to mycomplain. The deliver guy didn't contact me during my order. So sad it happened first time to have bad experience with hunger station we will not order again especially using card payment

I was working with hungerstaion 4 years,
But 15 days ago my I'd was closed for reason iqama profession, I accept if government don't allow I can't do anything but, hungerstaion take my around 600 riyals from my wallet, I call lot of time but no one help me, also there is no office for driver. Where I can go for help. Can anyone suggest me?

Already wrote on trip advisor the other day, though having been waiting now for like 3-4 days for the support to rectify the issue (When they say 24 hours), I’m left to post here.
Took an hour and a half to deliver after messaging support twice. For a McDonald’s order about 10 minutes away. The bag was open, half my fries eaten, everything cold and the McFlurry like a liquid…

TLDR: Riders can just get away with eating your food? And customer service do nothing

If request any order and you paid by card the coast delivery change multiply by 3, and he deduct from my account 2 times 3.75 sar without refund its really scammer, this company should be in justice court
They are thieves.beware

طلبت طلب فوق ١٠٠ ريال وحاني الطلب بارد وسئ جدا ولمن اشتكيت وكلمت خدمة العملاء يعوضوني ب ١٥ ريال … هل هذا تعويض للطلب الي طلبته او اشتري فيه كرتون موية واحطه بمسجد … للاسف تطبيق سئ ولاانصح فيه ابدا

Driver did not deliver but marked the order as delivered, customer service not willing to refund nor to let us go personally to pick up our food. No refund was done either. Driver number is +966543334247 order number 476827990.

I’m sure everyone here reviews them the worse because they come here with the least hope they’re left with after trying to reach someone that can really do a CUSTOMER SERVICE! I believe I’ve had the worst customer experience in all delivery applications I’ve ever tried.
I received the wrong order twice in a raw! And the customer service employee tells me to “have it”
They didn’t refund me or replace the order!
I believe this is so unprofessional!

هالتطبيق صار اسوء شي ممكن لاي عميل يجربه، مبلغ التوصيل غالي حداً و السايق يسحب عليك عادي، تجي ابي اتواصل مع هنقرستاشن يحتاج تعبي نموذج و هم يسحبون عليك ساعه على ما يتواصلون معاك. مبلغ التوصيل عالي و الخدمه ما في اسوئ منها. لا انصح باستخدامه

تطبيقات ثانيه مثل جاهر احسن في سرعه التوصيل و ارخص حتى اقل بنصف السعر من هنقر و خدمه العملاء عندهم خلال ١٠ دقايق بالكثير

My lazy HungerStation order took longer than 1hr. I ordered from Hamburgini, I was awarded 20sr because of the inconvenience. To my surprise I checked today to make an order and it had been deducted from my wallet. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional. When you contact customer service, it’s as if your talking to a man at his house dealing with your issue. Ridiculous

Very bad service, the worst ever, they got me wrong order and I refused to take it. They marked it delivered and deducted the amount from my wallet. I contacted them several times and they kept saying we will send the right order to you shortly. At the end, I received the order after two hours and half and after struggling with them. Lack of respect of the customers and my experience was extremely disappointed.

It shows you where The company is headed when they remove their customer service it is unimaginable how can anybody in the company thinks this is a positive thing to do just one thing to say Jahez number one customer service in my opinion try to learn from them

اسوء تطبيق و اسوء معاملة و اسوء موظفين و اسوء مناديب في العالم … كل احد يفكر يحمل التطبيق انصحه انه ما يفكر يتعامل معاهم و فيه تطبيقات انظف منهم في المعاملة و طريقة الطلب (جاهز / تو يو)

طلبت طلب و المطعم يبعد عني ٣ دقايق و ما وصلني الا بعدها بساعتين و ١٠ دقايق و غلطتي اني اخترت اطلب عن طريقهم لو رايحة برجلي ابركلي

و طبعا وصلني الاكل بارد و ما ينأكل و المندوب بيكلمني من ٣ ارقام و جي مع عيلته و اصحابه و كل شوية يكلمني من رقم.
وخدمة العملاء اسوء معاملة حتشوفوها.

حرام بس الفلوس اللي بتدفعوها على اعلاناتكم في النهاية على تطبيق فاشل

Today I had the worst experience because of poor app functionality, I'm so disappointed in hunger station! I ordered iced coffee but received hot coffee instead, only because even if you select coffees from the iced selection, for examples "iced latte", on the final invoice it shows "latte" only. When i returned the order and refused to accept it, the driver told me that this will be charged from his pocket! Such shameful policy on top of a pathetic app!

I paid 60 SAR, waited long time, then the driver stayed out of my house for less than 2 minutes, did not called, and he claimed the order was delivered!
1- I did not receive my order
2- They stole my money
3- I waited long time then ended up sleeping with no food

Even the customer service lied, he claimed that the driver said the truth even though he is not looking at the data to see how long the driver stayed out of my house

Worst company ever, and me and my family will never use this app ever!

When the driver picked my order from the restaurant, he went opposite of my location to another area in Riyadh. So I called him to confirm why, he said I have two orders from this restaurant! So I refused to take the order when he came and I said to him this is unacceptable. I texted HungerStation in twitter and through their application, but they did not give my money back. I just paid money for nothing, they stole my money and did not care.

I believe I am going to the court.

Order took 90 minutes, when it arrived it was missing ingredients in all 3 dishes, they said they can't help me - never using this app again, agent was Sulaiman B.

للاسف اخترت مطعم وطلع سيء قيمت المطعم وتواصلو معي الاخوان قالو خدمة عملاء ونهتم وافادني الموظف (وليته استخار قبلها) بان نعوضك قيمة الطلب وشكلهم توهقو وصارو يقولو صور الاكل صور مدري ايش طيب الشكوى لها شهر كيف اصور الاكل!

انتظر بس يلغون الطلب عشان امسح البرنامج

أسوأ تطبيق لتوصيل الطلبات في المملكة على الإطلاق دعم فني بدون قيمة وغاية في الاستفزاز وليس لديهم الا الردود الآلية او نأسف لهذا الموقف. للأسف ما في تقييم من صفر وأقل تقييم من واحد فقط

طلبت عن طريقهم جاني الاكل منكب في الكيس والعلب مفقعة وانا دافع اونلاين، السواق رفض يرجع الاكل يقول مو مسؤوليتي ومافيه رقم خدمة عملاء، تواصلت معهم في الابلكيشن المحادثة تنتهي آلياً كل شوي كأنهم يذلونك وتواصلت ايميل محد يرد بالايام وفي النهاية بعد اسبوع من التطنيش حطوا لي في المحفظة نصف قيمة الطلب حتى مو كامل مع انه كلها ١٣٠ ريال هذا وانا مرسل لهم صور الاكل المكبوب! ابداً مو محترفين واخر تعامل لي معهم الصراحة.

Horrible and the worst food delivery app eve, the delivery guy ate from my order, he ate one slice of my pizza and when sent to the customer care email, they literally did NOTHING! Even though i sent a photo evidence …. Never ever will order through this app again

سياسة غير واضحة كثير من التلاعب بإوقات واموال العملاء اسعار مرتفعة مقارنة بإسعار المطاعم بشكل مباشر يبدو انهم قررو جمع الاموال باي طريقة كانت حتى التموين ادخل كخدمة اضافية اننم اهتمو بعملاءكم ومطاعمكم وبعدين فكرو بزيادة نشاطكم قراري ان احذف البرنامج نهائياً بعد حل موضوعي معهم

they try to steal your money in every possible way, from the moment you place the order till the delivery
1st time order supposed to be without delivery fees then I was surprised that the delivery fee was added and the delivery man who was also making a lot of excuses that he doesn’t have change to return the amount of money that I was supposed to pay

This app is the worst application you could use to order anything. I had an order with Subw and after 30 mints of the order the driver call from subW and told me my order is missing items. With this app you pay directly with the order, with no way to cancel or directly contact personal on the app. My food arrived spoiled and not as ordered. And now they just apologised and refund me 20% of my order cost. Although it was all trash. Find apps that treat their client with respect and avoid hungerstation to aviod disappointment.

A lot of mistakes happening the last few months and the support team is not supportive, for your information people who are waiting there food for 45 min and delay for other 45 min because of your mistake you can not deal with them by asking telling them that they will have 17 riyals in there wallet and u close the conversation window, usually u as a support team should ask if the customer have any other questions or at least check that u have satisfied him with the service you have gave him.

HungerStation was very good at first. It is very good, but it has deteriorated.very very very bad servicing

Terrible terrible terrible experience! No hotline nothing your food will be roaming all over the city with a lousy driver and you can do nothing about it! Will pay the SAR17 delivery charges to Jahez and get a prompt excellent service and 24/7 hotline. Stay away from this app!

I ordered from torta and more, waited 2 hours for my cake. Then I called torta because it said it was still being prepared. Torta said they gave the order to the driver almost 2 hours prior. Ok, I called hunger station and was told the driver is unable to deliver my order? Well I know it was given to the driver because the Torta employee confirmed it was, that means the driver stole my order! And I just read comments on here of others also going through this issue when they ordered a cake? So hunger station refunded my order, which I'm still waiting for, and gave me 5 sar wallet cash. My time is worth more than 5 SAR for 2 hours of my wasted time. I'm deleting this application from my phone. I'm over it, there are plenty of other applications out there.

شهر كامل وانا اتواصل معهم بخصوص طلب لي كان ناقص ولا فيه فائده ابد ابد فقط هذا الرد الي وصلني وبعده ولا شي التطبيق للأسف سيئ ولا انصح فيه نهائيا.

I have been all around the world I never seen unprofessional delivery app like HungerStation they accept your order regardless the restaurant is closed or open and never believe the delivery time I tried this app bout 4 times the equation as following: (delivery time + 2 hours).
And when you try to call customer service they put u on hold for 2 more hours like your order time so you are wasting about 4-6 hours running behind HungerStation to get your money back.

Worst delivery app go to other ones.

للاسف تجربه سيئة من خدمة العملاء في تعاملهم لحل مشكلتي بتاريخ ٢٧/٨ ولحد الان لم اجد تجاوب وحل. طلبت من مطعم شاك برجر رقم الطلب 247511830 وبعد انتهاء مدة الانتظار اتصل علي المندوب وقال خلصت وجباتهم وبيرجعون فلوسك وقلت اوك وطلبت من مطعم اخر. بعدها بساعه اخرى اتصل مندوب اخر قال الطلب معي ورفضت استلمه لعدم حاجتي له ولانه تاخرو ساعتين وسبق قال المندوب الاول خلصت وجباتهم. رفعت تذكرة للدعم برقم 25629459 ويكتب انو انا استلمت الطلب! وانا ماستلمته واغلق التذكرة.
رفعت ٣ شكاوي بالايميل وكلهم حافظين نفس الجمله عادوها لي (وصلتني ملاحظتك من مطعم
شاك برجر بقيمة 132 ريال بتمنى يكون طلبك وصل في حال لم يتم استلام الطلب الرجاء تبليغنا لإتخاذ الإجراء اللازم, نعتذر عن الرد المتأخر)
ولما ابلغهم انو ماستلمت الطلب يختفون مافيه رد
ليش مافيه احد يتفاعل مع الشكاوي ؟؟ اجاوبهم انو ماستلمت الطلب ابسترجع فلوسي وكلهم يسحبون مايردون واضطر ارفع شكوى اخرى وهكذا!
لمنو اتصل اذا حتى الرقم الموحد ماتردون عليه!

Bad experience.me and my friends ordered and it was cancelled for not able to answer the call of delivery man.we called customer service for us to pick the food instead and she said they will deliver.after one hour waiting the order was cancelled and no refund.deleted this app and i will not order nor eat to all restaurants getting the service of this hunger station.

If it's possible to give 0 stars, I would have done so. Timer on the website is just for show - you think your food is coming in 99 minutes, then it resets, then it tells you it has arrived. Meanwhile, 8 hours later our food arrived. Driver left bag of groceries (including raw chicken!) hanging on the door of our neighbour's house, which we did not discover until the next morning. Complain to customer service and all they offer is credit to use their delivery service again - as if I would do that!

لم يتم توصيل الطلب ولم يرد المبلغ لنا ونحن نحاول التواصل معكم ولا لم يرد علينا حتى الان على الرغم من مرور يومين على الطلب الرجاء الرد علينا والا سوف يتم التبيلغ عليكم.

دخيل الله نبي رقم تواصل او دايركت. مو من المنطق ما اقدر أتواصل مع الدعم الفني الا لما يتم تحصيل كبتن وإذا المشكلة ان الطلب معلق لا تقدر تتواصل ولا تقدر تطلب من برنامج ثاني. حدثت البرنامج و حذفته و رجعته وما زال معلق.

It was very bad axperince my order came after 3hours and I refuse to take it and they refuse to cancel the order and refuse to give my money back. Very bad customer service, the have no respect for the costemers

Very bad experience. Just recently i order food online and the driver send me message but read it after 6 mins because i was busy no see it. I go down immediately i see the driver left around 25m and i call him by phone to go back but he refused and tell me my order is cancel because im late. I call the helpline of the hunger station refund team but they said they can not refund my payment because the food and driver was there and calling me but i did not respond.how come i am not there that i even call him by phone to come back but he refused. Now i remove the hunger station aplication from my mobile.

A bad service, when you receive an order that is completely different from what you really ordered and try to call them, they just do nothing apart from asking you about the problem. No respect for customers.

سيء لي ساعتين ونص انتظر طلبي. رفعت تذكرة شكوى وتم الرد بانه الطلب بالطريق وانتظر بعدها ساعه وربع وش هالمصخره. ليت تتعلمون من اوبر ايت او جاهز كيف يحترمون الزبون.

أناا كابتن في هنقرستيشن. وعارف العيب والمشكلة. ومعاياا حالياا مشكلة وهياا سبب معظم مشاكل العملاااء ولاكن الشركة ولااا هناااا. ف البطاطاا. ولو فيه مسؤول متابع افهمه.

They have a very bad customer services and their way of reporting ticket is ver outdated.
While all applications are focusing on customer experience they are focusing on making it worse!
They don’t replay on their call center and they close issued ticket with out solving the issue it seems unprofessional they are not startup anymore, however they still act as startup while another application is advancing!

It’s a terrible terrible service,
- app crashes
- you can’t manually enter your location
- menus are not updated with Resturants, you order your food and turns out it is No longer available.
- no call center, once you call no one picks up
- they canceled my order the first time.
- they sent my order missing the second time
- the drivers don’t speak a word of English or Arabic, they can’t use the location on the app for I don’t know what reason.
- oh and then they charge your card and ask you to pay cash for your food if it ever arrives.

Seriously just call your self starve station!
Maybe then it could be a better service.

I been charged of my debit card money taken, no order received, can't get hold of customer care don't use the service.
