Terrible experience.
I tried to return an item at Sahara mall and they said it has to be returned via the same store where I bought it. I tried to buy something else there, but the system was down.
I went to the primary store to return the item, but they did not have cash!
I had to leave and come back the next day and still they didn't have cash!
The lady there was trying to fix the issue herself, but the store had no proper way for refunding the returned items.no available cash and no refunding through the bank!
And after a long wait, she found that the system is not working! Same issue with the computer system at Tala mall as it was at Sahara mall. I had to wait for almost an hour to be able to finish a process that should take few minutes.
I really regret buying anything from this store with such a complete disregard of people's time and commitments
. Worst experience I have ever encountered as a customer.
