Overall ok ok, not a wao feeling I got. Don't suggest to try paneer. Once is ok, can't go second time.

Quality, interior and quantity is good but taste is not upto the mark. They have to improve the taste. We ordered tandoori fish, preparation was good but taste is not good due to smell. When preparing boneless tandoori kind of dish, it would be good with hamour, king fish or salmon.

Tried second time on 30th June 22, for chicken hyd briyani and chicken fried rice - both are not good. Waste of money, no taste. They served a Hyderabad biriyani - outer layer only briyani rice and inside it was green color masala (podhina masala) that i never had in any Hyderabad restaurant.

Me and my friend Saudi visited last night order Matka chicken and prawn Masala rice Naan totally money waste we asked its prawn fresh waiter said yes but it's frozen less quantity both diss also Naan no warm, when we ask he was argue with our Saudi friend also charged more, supposed to complaint ministry for this negligence, very very bad not advisable

If you know what to order you will enjoy this restaurant at best.improved a lot these days. Mr. Avinash is handling this very well.
Repeated orders: Fish tikka, Darbar special fried rice, chicken manchow soup the best, ask for brown tandoori roti it is so wholesome.

Darbar has good staff.food is also amazing specially their naans.i have tried their buffet which has nice options and from noodles to rice everything is good.only issue is there is no washrooms and sitting could be a bit spacier.over all nice experience

Awkward Experience at other Branch.

Dear Awinash. Indeed it was not an uncommon instance. Check the reviews in the other Branch. Mire or less same feedback.

Probably that branch at Olaya spoiling your reputation.

Check with Basheer, how badly they were treated us. Indeed we were embarrassed in front our invited guests.

Good interior. Taste is average much expensive and quantity is very low.
Waiter are ask repeatedly about the taste but els nothing special not deserved even 1 visit.

Very bad experience. Because the food quality was very cheap but the price was too high. Soup with vegetable? And also find hair in the food. Too bad experience.

So we went for some shopping in the Lulu hypermarket, towards the end we thought of having dinner, so we went to this Darbar Restaurant. The manager lured us to have buffet (55SAR+ TAXES) instead of Ala Carte, and believe me that was the biggest mistake we did.

So talking about snacks, the kebabs were dry, the fish seemed like it was present since morning, the chicken tikka was hard and not at all juicy. The gobhi 65 was cold and the staff didnt heated it.

We eventually thought that lets have main course, that might be good, but again the main course was not worth at all. The chicken was again hard and tasteless. The mutton was just pure masala thats it.

We asked for a water bottle, and they refused water in a buffet. Absolute waste of money.

Famous in Indian cuisine located inside Lulu hyper Market first floor (Almuraba - mid of town) easy to access from all around while parking manageable (basement and outside) with little patience.
In terms of taste spicy but quite delicious while dominant taste is south Indian and we like their Barbecue items.
Restaurant target audience gentry so price tag is on higher side while serving size is quite small as compare to Saudi serving size.

Excellent restaurant with tasty multicusine recipes served here. Nice ambiance with seperate singles and family section. Nice tidy and clean restaurant. Their muglai dishes are good but disnt liked the ch8cken lollipop it was very hard in texture and dry need to inprove it. I visited many times here but on weekends the service is affwcted and staff mosplace the orders. Due to this i reduced 1 star. Its recommended to try here to taste the multicusine experience.

After long time back to Darbar Lulu Murabba. Indian food is ok. Chinese food is excellent they food served specially notices good staff. Thayer piloted and friendly. We will definitely go there soon with family

Ordered chicken BBQ platter and fried Daal (yellow lentils). Platter was better out of two as daal did not have enough spices.
As we always order Roti basket whenever we visit any such restaurant. Here it was also good but was not covering all the breads that are usual in basket.

Price is a bit high not too much so it's a try place for sure they would have some more delicious dishes in the menu to try.

Took parcel from this restaurant last night. As per waiters suggestion took Chicken biryani and mutton guna ghost. Quantity is less taste is worst. Gravy is tasteless. Only papad was good.

Friendly staff. Needs a lot of improvement, food looks fine yet taste is not acceptable.for many dishes.way of serving food shall be improved.cleaning of the table sheets.spoons etc. Some tiny little things required to be a better place for people to visit and enjoy eating.thank you

Me or any of my friends are never gonna visit this restaurant anymore. Had the worst ever experience.the restaurant staffs & manager are arrogant and very unprofessional. The food is below average. Always have your child age proof If you are having buffet.otherwise they will charge your toddler. Very very bad place to visit

This is about the Malabar restaurant next to Darbar. The food is not excellent, no flavour at all. Worst of all is there service. It like the waiters don't care at all. It took them 5 minutes for them to take more order. 10 minutes for them to give me a water bottle. It is the worst service I had in my entire life.

Not good.not bad.i ordered sour and hot soup (watery), Chinese fried rice (good), Russian salad (dislike) and aloo gobi (potatoes with carry).

Incident: I Have ordered chicken lollipop. They have removed the meat from the chicken thigh and covered it with extra raised flour batter and fried in order to make a feeling that the thigh size is as the original.

Good Indian food. Try fish Tikka masala. It's good. Chicken 65 is not so good, with red color added a d big peices. Biryani rice is ok. Overall as expected from a speciality restaurant, it's pricey.
Expected lacha parata to be made of wheat floor, but it was made of maida.

Worst experience. The restaurant manager has extremely unprofessional attitude. The waiting time for order was 90 minutes despite several reminders. And the food taste was below average.

The table cloth was all stained. No cleanliness.

Utterly poor service. I guess the waiter doesn't like working there aswell. Didn't feel welcomed by any of the staff, on a rather lovely Friday afternoon.
Quality and quantity of food - not that great either.

Ambience of the restaurant is good. Tasteless food /no flavour & not worthy of money. Im a biriyani lover but since I had biriyani here, I hate to eat biriyani anymore. Staffs are not attentive.

Food wasn't worth the money. I ate Mutton Kadai, which was pathetic. The taste of mutton was awful as no flavours added into it, the raw taste was dominating. Hospitality was mediocre.

Nice Indian restaurant, located in Riyadh avenue mall, near to sarvana bhavan. Clean and hygiene is maintained. Taste is good. Price is worth for quality and quantity of the dishes. Staff is good.

Worst taste and you pay for royal price and the staff are very rude. Be careful and think twice to go to this restaurant.

Today we gone for iftar buffet, hopeless place. The restaurant is clouded, but they keep food for 10 people and we are waiting for food. All the time serving bowl is empty. Price is also very high. Buffet is not for the price.

Average restaurant. Buffet system not worth of 50 SAR. Provide two types of chicken and mutton gravy with bone only in non-veg items. Max of items have chilled not hot.

Poor hygene. Poor aircondition. Poor service. Flies everywhere. Had to wait for long time before we are being given menu. Found a hair in soup. When complained they simply said they will replace. No tissue on table. When we asked for tissue we are being ignored. Order takers are very slow and suppiers are slower than them. High price at poor service. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

We went to the restuarent for our friends gathering and we choose the buffet dinner. Actually we thought the buffet has a so many varieties. But unfortunately there are less menu's and the food taste is OK. We were disappointed because it's not worth of money what we paid for the buffet.
