I am unable to get any responses from the company local or international offices, i have running project for some time now.i think this is a scam.somebody from CAS please contact me.customers please help to share any contact info if u have

When you finish your work with them they are not supporting you at all, even if you need to answer some questions about your design.

They have really bad customer service!

Thank you for embarking on this journey with us, your professional approach & support throughout the design process of our Villa in Riyadh was commendable, and it was indeed a wonderful experience.
Although 100% of the process was online the CAS design team were keen to understand and listen to our needs whilst showing great professionalism. I would definitely recommend to all.

It's a good idea to work with this company for reasons
1- Attention to the customer and speed of response, which is one of the main reasons for contracting with the company.
2- Understanding the customer's taste, requirements and needs, as well as communicating with the customer continuously with all available means, whether it is WhatsApp, e-mail, or through the Zoom program to understand the customer’s taste and needs
3- Knowing the customer’s budget for the construction in general to make the design beautiful according to the customer’s needs and budget
4- High flexibility, and does not show any pity, anger or resentment when the client changes his point of view in any part of the project, on the contrary, it makes you feel that you are important and that your project, take your time to understand and be convinced of it before final approval.
4- The contract is very important as the contract is clear to the customer and to everyone.
5- By looking at the companies close to them in the market, you find that they are outperforming them with something very, very important.
It is customer satisfaction, and from the beginning you feel that the only customer has a great interest in you regardless of some companies without mentioning their names.

ما يستاهلوا سعرهم، ومنتجهم مجرد صور غير قابلة للتطبيق. ما راح تحصل لهم ولا تصميم مطبق على أرض الواقع.

وانتبه من تفاصيل العقد. زي اللي يعطوك سيارة بدون مكينة، اذا تبغى المكينة ادفع زيادة، واذا دفعت يقولوا المسامير تدفع زيادة، واذا دفعت يقولوا التركيب زيادة. التصميم الخارجي ما يشمل السور، والتصميم الداخلي ما يشمل الأبعاد. والأثاث والرخام في التصميم من الخيال ما راح تلقاها ولا في المريخ. وتروح فلوسك على الفاضي.

We have had a great experience with CAS on designing the new HQ of Alojaimi Group in Dammam, Alojaimi tower was meant to reflect 50 years of the company's success, we were in the market searching for a designing partner for the project and CAS met the high requirements and elegance we were searching for.
A professional team that is keen to understand the client and provides support at each stage of the project. Working on a big project on distance was an unfamiliar concept before the covid-19 pandemic, but it went smoothly due to the level of support and professionalism of CAS team.
The quality of work was extraordinary and fine art, at the same time it was technically perfect, even with the issues that they faced and solved.
I would proudly recommend CAS for the quality of work and the experience that we had.

We had commissioned CAS Design, to provide the full package design service for our Villa in Riyadh. It was risky in our view having an internationally located team handling our project, as we feared restriction in communication and putting through our thoughts. However, the CAS team (led by Deniz and Mary) have made it a smooth professional experience, in which all of our requirements were discussed and delivered with innovation and precision of delivery. I would highly recommend them for both personal and business needs.

Our office, Abdulmohsin Sarhan Consulting Engineer & Safety Engineer Consultant, Abha Saudi Arabia, had the honor to sign the contract on behalf of the owner of Abha private international hospital Sheikh Abdullah Al-Thumairy with CAS Comelite Architecture, Structure And Interior Design, to carry out the interior design of the New Abha private Hospital project (300 beds). Things were facilitated between us, beginning with the preparation of the contract and agreement on all its technical and legal contents, and then the signing of the contract. A timetable was made that contained all project implementation activities.
Their interior designs for the project were full of creativity, distinction and high craftsmanship. After completing the implementation of the interior designs of the hospital project, the hospital will be distinguished and known for its inspiring interior designs, as well as the medical staff that provides distinguished and high-quality medical services at the southern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The outputs of their work were from 3D perspectives and detail design and specifications were the work of highly qualified engineers and designers. We paid all invoices on time, because in return, CAS did not delay in delivering the final outputs for each stage for the specified dates.
I recommend the owner of any project that seeks excellence and creativity in the interior design of his project to choose CAS.

I loved working with this architectural firm when designing my home. They listened to our needs and accommodated all of them. They were very professional in their approach. ببساطه عوامل الجذب والنجاح مع الشركه هذي ثلاثه
- الاسلوب الراقي و التواضع. كثير مصممين تواصلت معاهم قبل الشركه هذي يحسسونك بعدم الراحه و يتعاملون بفوقيه. يحسب ل cas
انهم يحترمون الزبون الى اقصى حد و يحاولون يفهمونه و مزاجه و امكانياته الماديه باسلوب جميل جدا.
- النقطه الثانيه عندهم مرونه كبيره في المساحات و الميزانيه. يصممون لاي مساحه و اي ميزانيه. الكثير من المصممين يشترط ميزانيه خياليه عشان يصمم لك. لكن الفنان هو الي يقدر يبدع باي ميزانيه موجوده و هذي ميزة

- اخيرا في نصف المشوار معهم و بسبب ضغوط البناء وانشغالي الدايم شديت معاهم على الاخر و صعبت متطلباتي و دققت في كل خطوه. بكل ذوق و احترافيه حسيت انهم فرغو لي احد اعضاء الفريق تتواصل معاي كل يومين ثلاثه و تتصل علي ع الاقل مره اسبوعيا عشان تتاكد كل متطلباتي تم تغطيتها. مع اني انا الي مشغول و لكن لم يمنعهم ذلك من متابعتي مره ومرتين وثلاث الى ان استجيب.

لو اضفت شيء اخيرا. سعرهم قريب من اسعار السوق ان لم يكن افضل. الا ان خدمتهم و تعاملهم افضل بكثير من الي قابلتهم او تواصلت معهم بالسوق المحلي.

التجربه كانت رائعه و النتيجه جدا مرضيه.

Where do I even begin with how INCREDIBLE CAS is, Our home is still in construction mode, but Rayna and Olena were able to show/give me vision of all the potential it has that I wouldn't have been able to see without them.

Rayna was fantastic! She openly listened to all of our concerns and provided various ideas and solutions for the project. They answered all of our design questions while implementing new ideas and layouts. Thanks to CAS team we feel confident in our choices and are so excited to complete our project.

I had my house designed by CAS.it’s almost 1,700m2, with outdoor landscapes and big majlis.
The design is astonishing and was to my expectations, Deniz and the team did amazing and creative designs in every corner and part of the house, new and well organized, well balanced between luxury and functionality.

They start with ideas/thoughts you dream of, they make sure they understand what you really want, they explain all sort of design styles, all options as well, then they take you in a very enjoyable journey, listen to your needs and comments, and end up of dreams come true.
