بيربري فرع المملكة تم أغلاقه للتجديد والأن متواجدين في الفيصليه مول بوابه 1 ثاني محل مباشره بعد البوابة

للأسف شريت منهم قميص للعيد الماضي لطفلي وسافرت تفاجأت أن القطعه البلاستيك ماتم إزالتها مع العلم ماكان في المحل غيري

I’ll never ever visit this branch, poor service, the workers not organized and they treat us with no respect.

I’ve been a customer of Burberry for 3 years now and i haven’t seen such a poor service for Burberry like i’ve seen at this branch.

Great location! I don't shop too often at Burberry but their staff is great!
As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by someone right away who will help you during your whole visit or find someone who will help you during your visit.
If you need anything altered in any way, their tailor will come meet you and discuss everything with you. The tailoring is little or no cost and is also very fast. The tailor will also discuss her plans with you in case you want to make additional changes years down the road.
Once I had my wallet lost on vacation and my insurance was going to reimburse me for it but needed me to submit a receipt. I no longer had the receipt but I spoke to someone at the location who was able to pull up my receipt from years earlier and sent it directly to my insurance company and even verified it over the phone with them.
The main reason I purchase from Burberry is because of the customer service!
