راجعتهم لصيانة وتغير الزيت
بصراحه تعامل جميل جداً خصوصاً من الموظف عبدالعزيز
قمة بالأخلاق والرقي

والصيانه كانت سريعة جداً اقل من ساعة واستلمت السيارة

Worst customer service ever! I changed oil at this branch and after a while I got a message that my engine oil level below minimum! I went back for top up but they said I must pay 75 Riyal for top up! For god sake I paid over 1000 riyal for oil change for the service but unfortunately they dont care about customer service at all! I would rather change my oil at Castrol at less than half the price with genuine BMW approved oil rather than being ripped off at Naghi motors. I even spoke to their GM called Shams but he was useless! For 75 riyal they just lost an old loyal client. Trust me go to Castrol Auto service.

Each time I came for periodic maintenance. The service was offered undone in the time, but this time was super amazing and wonderful experience from Mr Naif Alkatheri he was fascinating the customer and ‏Explanation ‏ he is truly the employee of the year

One the worst experience ever. I officially booked an appointment for a full service check up, at the end the employee asked me to move to Khurais branch!

Best branch for bmw maintenance from quality and quick service side. There are the best staff especially Mr. Saleh.

قلة ادب ما يكلمونك الا من طرف خشمهم،ولا مواعيد زي الناس ولا اخلاق زي الناس.

أسوء صيانة دخلتها في حياتي ،، مواعيد مافيه ، تغيير الزيت حتى لو انك متخذ موعد مو اقل من ٥ ساعات ،، لاونج مخيس وفيه صراصير ووصخ موقع معفن ولا فيه لا موظفين وتطلب معلومه مايعطونك وكأنهم يتفضلون عليك

للأمانه وكلمت حق موظفين بشوشين واستقبال واسلوب راقي واخص الموظف الاخ / نايف نعم الرجل ونعم الاخلاق.
واشكر ايضاً الاستاذ / محمد شمس اخونا من الجنسيه المصريه نعم الرجل ونعم الاخلاق ونعم الاستقبال.
وايضاً العماله بشوشين وخدومين وتعاملهم راقي تعاملت معهم مرتين في هذا الفرع وكان فيه سرعه في الانجاز وتعامل طيب والشهاده لله

للاسف ورشة bmw بشارع الضباب بالرياض لا ترتقي بمستوى الشركة
١- تأخير في استلام السياره يصل الى ٧ ساعات عند غيار الزيت فقط.
٢- موظفين الاستقبال بعضهم وصل ٨. ٢٠ دقيقه، موظف واحد فقط موجود الساعة ٨.
٣- صالة الاستقبال لا تليق بعملاء bmw.
٤- اللاونج لا يليق بالعملاء التكييف سيئ جدا.

تعاملت مع هذا الفرع، ومع الفرع الرئيس بطريق خريص، لا مقارنة بينهما من حيث الموظفين وسرعة العمل، فرع خريص افضل بكثير.

مدير الصيانه محمد غير خدوم ويبرر عدم خدمته بدهاء. اسوء وكيل بيمر عليك لاانصح بهم اطلاقا لامنتجات ولا عقود اهررب. يفوز باسوء خدمه على الاطلاق

اليوم كنت في فرع الضباب وصلت على موعدي والإجراءات كانت سهلة و سريعة ، غيرت زيت المحرك و فحصت الكفرات خلال ساعة كانت السيارة جاهزة راضية تماماً عن الخدمة.
أشكر المهندس/نايف. والمهندس/صالح. على الاحترافية و حسن التعامل و رحابة الصدر و شكراً للأخوة موظفي الأمن على تعاونهم و للعاملين في صالة انتظار العملاء على حسن الضيافة Thank you BMW

I always maintain my car at Naghi BMW. Dhabab center offers good quick service however last two visit was below expectations (both at khurais and Dhabab center. Besides complaints with regards to waiting time and reporting issues. I was so disappointed that they didn't fill out the washer fluid! So sad because it should be 101 Maintinance.

وقت الصيانة طويل، لايتوفر خدمة سيارة بديلة ولاتوصيل، دخلت السيارة نظيفة وطلعت كلها غبار ووسخ، لايتوفر خدمة غسيل، تركت ساعتي في الدرج قلت شركة احترافية ماهي ورشة وسرقوها للأسف ومازلت بمطالبات لمراجعة الكاميرات.

للاسف لا يوجد الا موظف واحد لصيانه و ايضاً عملنا حجز لصيانه قبلها ب اسبوع و اجي انتظر وينم خدمة زبائن بدون ارقام للاسف لا تليق بسمعة سياراة بي ام دبليو

خمس نجوم للشخص اللي خدمني شكرا له، لكن في واحد اسمه محمد اتوقع مدير الصيانه ، اسلوبه لايليق بأن يكون ضمن عائله بي ام دبليو، والسبب يقول انه صايم، طيب كلنا صايمين، ولا كل شي يرمى على الصيام، ذو الاخلاق الرفيعه لايتغير بسبب او اخر، وبسبب هذا الشخص ممكن ابحث عن بديل

لاتستحق وكالة بي ام دبليو هذا التقيم السيئ ولكن بسبب الصيانة البطيئة جداً جداً جعلني اضع هذا التقيم والزحمة كبيرة جداً والموظفين مضغوطين والتعامل سيئ

المركز جيد والموظفين جيدون لكن الشركه بجميع فروعها لديهم مشكله كبيره في موضوع التواصل وارقام الهاتف ارقام كثيره ولا احد يجيب على الاتصالات.

المكان جيد والشركه غنيه عن التعريف ولكن موظف قطع الغيار بالضباب يكون بالمساء ممتاز وبالنهار سئ جدآ. تجربتي معهم بالاسترداد سيئه جدآ بسبب الموظف.

للاسف شركه عريقه BMW وكيلها لا يتعامل مع العملاء بإحترافيه:
الموقع سيئ - عدد مهندسين الاسنقبال فقط ٢ لا يوجد مواقف تتسع للعدد الكبير من العملاء امام مركز الصيانه - فوضى في المواقف - استلام وتسليم السياره لتغيير الزيت للمكينه يستغرق ٥ ساعات

My God I’m shocked by how unprofessional they are. Only one service center in Riyadh for periodic maintenance? Like that’s beyond ridiculous! Oil change takes one full day and they asked me to come next day even though I arrived at 10: 00 am. A lot of people waiting in the queue and took them 45mins to call my number. No place to park your car outside upon arrival (only if you get very lucky). This is my first visit and first scheduled maintenance and I’m already regretting buying a service package from this dealer. The absolute worst.

اسوء شركة صيانه
سلمت سيارتي الصباح. وجيت الي مركز الصيانة الساعة ١٢: ٣٠ ظهر ورفض رجل الأمن يدخلني يقول فترة راحة. وجلست تقريبا نصف ساعة في الشمس.

عدم تنظيم المواعيد في الهاتف او عن طريق الموقع
من سبق لبق كانك في مخبز تميس مو وكالة سيارات فارهة ولازم تجي بدري عشان تاخذ رقم وكل الموضوع انتظار وعدم تفعيل المواعيد.
للاسف الخدمة سيئة والمفترض سحب الوكالة من الناغي

كيف بمثل هذا لهم وكاله في السعودية ؟
لا يوجد الا موظفّين وكلاهما يرمي عمله للآخر ، المكاتب فارغة ، انتظرت الكاشير لتسديد الخدمة 10 د بسبب انه رايح يفطر طال عمره ؟!

وماخذ رقم في الانتظار ويدخل شخص لديه حجز بعد 4 ساعات من الوقت الحالي يدخل مباشرة بلا رقم على الخدمة! شيء مخزي جدًا جدًا للأمانه!

Went for maintenance of my motorbike: great and quick service, excellent explanation of the job done, crystal clear cost of the service.

من اسوء الوكلات اللي ممكن تتعامل معها لا مو ظفين ولا شركة ولا خدمة وكالة كبيرة بالاخير مركز صيانة صغير يخدم الرياض كلها

Appointment is disaster; service and service time even for standard service is catastrophe and usually you find something wrong when you collect your car (major issue to bad smell or dirt)

للأسف الشديد مركز صيانه لايرتقي لأسم العلامة التجاريه BMW
استلمت السيارة بعد صيانتها دون تنظيف بعكس صيانة شركة لكزس التي تسلمك السيارة نظيفه ومعها كرتون مناديل بشعار الشركه ومعطر

وبعد استلام السيارة لاحظت إشارة نقص هواء احد الإطارات فأخبرت المهندس بذلك قال لي اذا مشيت تطفى الإشارة (تذكرت سالفة طف المودم وشغله)
رجعت لهم بعد مامشيت بالسيارة واكتشفوا وجود مسمار في الكفر وقالوا لي رح صلحه عند بنشر برا!

سيارات جبارة ولكن لا تزعلون فتقييمي لوكالتكم لما بعد البيع والصيانة لستوا الأخيس فقط بل الأزبل وبإمتياز. وياليت تهتمون بالزباين وتلبية احتياجاتهم والسماع لهم ⁧‫

وكيل سيء احذر من تشخيصهم فنسبة صحته ٥٠/٥٠ لاتثق بهم اغلب من ياتي لهم سواقين شيوخ وخدم تجار مايهمهم اجر الاصلاح
انا كان يظن اني لست صاحب السيارة ربما ظن اني سايق او موظف. اعطاني تقرير اعطال قيمة تصليحها ٣٥ الف رغم اني جايب سيارتي صيانه دوري ماشيه فقط ٢١ الف كيلو رفضت اي تصليح واكتفيت بتغير الزيت والفلاتر والى الان لم تخرب علي مازعم مظفهم انه عطلان اجل يقولي تانك البنزين يهرب!

فوكيل الناغي ليس كفؤ لبي ام دابليو

فقط صيانة سريعة فقط (زيت مكينة، زيت فرامل، فحمات، هوبات، ونحوها) طلبت يغيرون البطارية وقال لازم الفرع الرئيسي. ولا يوجد سيارات بديلة

Very very slow with no appointments, you have to come and wait for more than 2-3 hours till your turn comes.lack of resources. Only 3 resources are the front desk.

Please learn from other agencies, you represent BMW, you should be the best at customer service.
They have a break for one hour for prayer, they just through everything away and leave the customers.

When you are purchasing a BMW you are looking for a 5 stars services, we are spending a considerable amount of money to have a peace of mind.but unfortunately when you go for a regular maintenance you feel your self in a fish market, you get a number written on a piece of paper! Thier is no place or chair to wait and on top of that the AC are not running in the waiting +office area with an ambient temperature 48 deg.
BMW need to take into consideration this issues and to find a serious solution.
In some countries the team of BMW will come to your home to collect your car for maintenance.
In addition to the above, BMW must open other maintenance and services shops and location in Riyadh. I don't believe that A company like BMW in a big city like Riyadh she have only 2No maintenance locations.

It’s okay but I think prices are very high especially for simple fixes and spares, my agent always try to do things fast and he also calls me to say that car is ready.

They don’t offer repair or computer service and they send you to khurais branch.

I am ok except with the price.

اخذت موعد للصيانة في نفس اليوم عند حضوري للمركز واخذت رقم وكان رقمي 7 دون ان اتصل بالهاتف لحجز موعد للصيانة ولكن قم بالقدوم مبكرا لتقوم بتسليم سيارتك مبكرا. انتهت سيارتي بعد الساعة 1 ظهرا في نفس اليوم. تنبيه هذا المركز للصيانة السريعة الخفيفة فقط مثل تغير زيوت فلاتر فحمات ولاتوجد صالة مبيعات الا الاكسسوارات وقطع الغيار فقططط اما السيارات لاتوجد

BMW is a luxury car, so you’re expecting a excellent after sales services, but unfortunately it is far away from even normal services, as they are having very bad services, they are very slow in getting the car for the normal services, and there are only three employees to serve the customers and this number of employees is very low as in the Riyadh region there are only one branch to do the routine services for all BMW owners, I don’t recommend to buy a BMW car if you are willing to do your car routine services by them.

I believe that the worst decision I had ever taken was that I bought this car.

For example it took from me 2 hours waiting for just to have my number to be served, and this was in early morning, then for just changing the car oil it could take one day, so you will not get your car back in the same day instead you will get it on the next day.

I don’t blame the employees but I am blaming the Mohamed Yousuf Naghi for not having enough employees and branches to serve their customers and don’t care about customers, these routine services are not free and I am talking about myself I had paid more than 34K for this service package.

Finally I really like the BMW cars brand, but in Saudi Arabia I don’t recommend someone to buy it as the after sales services are very bad, and I wrote this feedback after owning the car for four years, and I never seen any enhancements but just going worse.

My car is 730,2014 model.

Excellent reception and professionalism, well trained staff and honest feedback on issues and appointments. I never had an issue with this center at all.

سوء استغلال لموظفي الصيانه لديه (يقوم الموظف بكل شي) ، مما ينعكس على تأخر تقديم الخدمه للعميل (الانتظار يتجاوز ٣ ساعات).

This place is getting worse every time I visit it. For the regular walk-in maintenance you have to wait at least two hours before you can talk to the agent!

My dream Car BMW X7. I8. Z1.all of BMW. Just give me one of the cars for me. Open my heart and you will find BMW engraved in it

I came at 11: 30 am for a small periodic maintenance (the second maintenance) and it takes them 1 day to finish the car. And when I tried to contact them to check if my car has finished I couldn't. The advisor mobile was closed and there is no answer for the branch telephone
