If it turns to Al Showaier, maintenance response was so bad, I passed days without AC and fridge, after all they removed the maintenance from contract and raised the prices because they need your money.

Most important thing, they will deduct from your deposit as much as they can, believe me if they can take it all they will (e.g. 800 SAR will be deducted for painting even if the paint is still under good condition, and to add a cherry to the top of the cake the will add VAT for whatever they deduct without invoice, so painting a 40 m2 apartment = 920 SAR)
