worst experience ever! i've been in riyadh since 18 years and i never get worst haircut in my life like the one i got it from this place! the barber man don’t even know how to start the haircut and how to finish it! And after all that they refuse the network payment. They want cash payment only 65SR for hair, beard cut. can you imagine that i went to another barbershop directly after my visit to this stupid place. even one star too much on you.

Iam giving this salon for 5 star.because staffs are very good in female side. They are very friendly.

Worst experience. I went there for a hair cut and asked for layer cut. But the staff told me layer cut doesn't suit me and she did a u cut. She made my hair too short. I didn't like the hair cut at all, but the staff told it suits me. They don't care about our opinion. And the charges for haircut is too high compared to other parlors. Dont recommend this place at all.

The counter man is not good not good dealing but the staff ha very good the cashier guy was not a good dealing

Specifically asked for the kids haircut to not be too short since we were growing her hair out but they kept re assuring thru out the cut that it would not be and ended up making it into a boy cut. When we asked why It turned out that way they said we never stopped them. I took my neice for the cut and the hair dresser kept saying I wasn't the mother so I could not make a comment on it. The manager said they were handling with lot of hair so charged for an adult haircut for a 4 Yr old. 100% do not recommend.save your kids hair and your money too. Shoba made the haircut and she did not even offer a decent apology

Edit added: they keep stooping lower, instead of replying to my query they gave themselves a 5 star from Ms. Zianna Macarimbang (I assume one of the staff) and responded there stating lies saying I asked them to cut it more when in the salon they told me that I wasn’t near my niece and dint say anything (her mother was there and repeatedly told Shoba not to decrease the length to which she replied she’s only trimming and it looks short since the hair is wet). This isn’t just poor service it’s also extreme dishonesty by giving themselves a 5 star so the rating does not drop and replying with blatant lies. Well atleast they are honest they give themselves the review and most of the 5 stars are there own ratings and I did notice this with a lot of other clients aswell. In the name of replying they give themselves a 5 star and respond unlike other places that just click the response button. Save your time and money please.

Albinia has been my go-to place for a makeover since forever. They offer the best services with such lovely staffs. I adore how well they maintain their space, with 10/10 hygiene & quality products. I highly recommend this place if you ever need a glow-up:)

Highly recommend this place! Whenever I visit Riyadh I always visit this place and have always had a very good experience. Of all the places I’ve been to their facial is absolutely the best and my favourite. They take sufficient time, make sure you’re relaxed, plenty of steps even involving fresh fruits! I could see instant results unlike many places which don’t! Their instruments are sterilised and clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The parlour is always fully booked out which I believe is because of their quality of service

I had a haircut here a couple of years back. Back then I didn’t think the prices were fair, and customer service was not good either. Reason I’m writing this now is because my sister visited the place recently and also commented the same. Writing on behalf of her experience too. They don’t have to be great at hairstyling, but at least being kind to the customer is key.

Excellent service. Skilled workers. Very neat and well maintained. But expensive. Bit over costly.

My wife went inside to get a haircut for our daughter. The lady said 100 riyals first. Then after a few minutes changed the price to 120 riyals. Still wrapping my head around this. Management should look into the matter because that basically communicates a lack of integrity and basic decency.

P. S.apart from the above issue, they did a decent job on the haircut. I would’ve given 5 stars otherwise.

Stay away from this place! Bad hygiene and badly managed.

I came here for a haircut and shave. I was greeted rudely by members of staff. There was a weird appointment system that you could not book in advance (Saturday). I came in and booked in person but there was nowhere to sit and wait! Therefore, I left my number and walked around a very old mall that did not have any modern shops. They never called me, so I went back for a update and was told ‘ good timing there is a availability now’.

The quality of the haircuts was poor and half way through the haircut the shop filled with pungent raw sewage. The smell was so strong and bad that I wanted to vomit. I noticed they weren’t going to use fresh blade on my face and I had to stop them and ask them to change it. Very bad place - STAY AWAY.

They don’t accept any sort of cards - only cash.

One of the best beauty parlour in this area, located inside the riyadh avenue mall, charges are high compared to other parlors, but maybe because of their work a lot of people coming their. I didn't understand why they didnt accept card payments, they only allow cash payments thats a big problem. Now a days people all using digital payments tjey mist to cjange to card payments.

Its a good salon but with poor hygiene standards they don't change under sheets after each client near do they use separate tools or sanitise them after using on another client. If you're hygiene concerned and expecting peaceful salon visit here pls don't go you will regret me time by babies crying in back or technicians talking so much. Been here 3-4 times it's very crowded salon and no privacy even during facial. Technicians are very good service is quick response is good but please maintain hygiene standards it means alot. Thanks

I'd give negative stars if I could. Extremely rude staff, pathetic hygiene and poor customer experience.

The keralite beautician lady at Murabba branch (LULU) is rude and unfriendly towards people from other indian states. She is very friendly and helpful towards people of her own state i.e Kerala. The charges are high compared to the services offered. Go for other parlours as they are cheaper and their services and their behaviour are way better.

The piercer pierced my nose and used a butterfly back nose stud. It was so hard to get out and very hard to clean. For nose piercings, they should not use butterfly back nose studs as these types are used for earrings and very hard to remove. They didnt even use a needle for the nose, they used a gun instead. I paid a good amount to get it pierced and they did a bad job.

There's an Indian piercer who is really sweet and nice, but unfortunately I had a Filipino piercer who had a really bad attitude and was unnecessarily rude. It was very unwelcoming and I dont think I will ever go there again

Everything is top notch I always get my brows done from this place. But last time I had a very bad experience one of the technicians just botched up my eyebrows and she was very distracted and also wanted to rip off my eyebrows more. Im looking very weird now. Please look into it thank you!

My wife had done hair coloring today 3/08/2020 she had a very bad experience they put another color to paint the hair she had chosen another color to paint her hair she didnt like that color even 1% total waste of money and that cost her 600sar after coming home while washing she had burning sensation around neck when taken pic of neck she noticed burned skin may be the chemical in hair paint may caused that any way i told never again to visit this shop again she reached the shop around 1pm and left at 5pm til this 4hours she didnt even hot a drink as a service from the shop total rubbish the saloon is co ordinating im blaming the manager for in appropiate managing and not at all caring for customer never ever we will visit the shop in lulu albinia beauty parlour murabha riyadh.

One of the staff accidentally cut my finger without saying sorry. Really bad attitude. One day, i went for hair washing, but the service is really bad. The didn't wash properly and using really high temp for drying my hair. It almost burn my scalp!

It was awesome and it was very clean and the stafff were sooo kind that made me go again and again ️️

Got my haircut, i wanted more of A-line but they did more straight but still loved it.

Worst experience with my haircut, I HAD long hair, I asked them for a different front fringe and level from back, they had chopped my whole hair till my shoulder and said casually it will grow back, they didn't give me an idea how much hair I would loose before chopping it off, they hair murdered my hair. I feel so terrible.

The receptionist is unhelpful. When I went in a second time to ask detail about the specific haircut I want she referred me to the salon catalogue and left. The prices seem a bit unreasonable as well. Other than that I do like my haircut, the woman who cut my hair seemed experienced.
