الريتز اكبر خيبه داقه حاجزه لضيوفي عندهم بوفيه واخر شي لما وصلوا ضيوفي قالوا نعتذر مافي الا مطعم ايطالي لا وكانو بيخلوني ادفع المبلغ حق البوفيه قبل يجون ضيوفي ايش يعني هي اجبار على مطعمكم الايطالي ولا ايش! فندق سيئ حتى لما ادق عليهم ماعندهم رد الا نعتذر منك وش اسوي باعتذاركم يعني! تفشلون بس ماخذ سمعه عالفاضي الله يخلي النارسيس قمة بالرقي

The Butcher’s Night buffet was top quality and didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly and attentive Seafood, meat, sides, salads, and desserts came in so many varieties it would take several visits to try it all. Our only complaint was the quality of the lamb chops, which were tough and fatty, but everything else we tried was delicious or beyond. The brisket was the best I’ve had in Riyadh. Thank you!

Yesterday I had a Ramadan buffet at Al Orjouan
restaurant and I’ve enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious, the seating was arranged very well, and the staff was nice. But honesty the main reason behind this pleasant experience was the great hospitality that I felt by Mr. Ziyad Alhagbani. He walked me to my table and supervised the staff to insure that all of my desires are met while I’m in the table, or walking around in the buffet, or even setting in the outside garden enjoying my Mango ice cream. He was very professional, welcoming, and made me feel like home. I’m very proud to know we have Saudi gentlemen meeting that high standard. Defiantly, I will give Al Orjouan restaurant multiple visits to re-enjoy the same experience, and I will ask for my table to be supervised by Mr. Alhagbani. Thank you Al Orjouan and Ritz-Carlton.

اتمنى تدريب وانتقاء موظفينكم قبل تعيينهم للتعامل مع العملاء.
جربت بوفيه الإفطار عندهم.
السعر جيد مقابل التنوع و الجودة. لكن الطعم ليس افضل شيء.
(الموظف المحترم اللي واقف على الخروف الكبسة ، بخيل لدرجة كأنه قاعد يعبي من مال أمه والله العظيم يتعمد احراج الناس اقسم بالله اعطاني قطعة لحم صغيرة لا تتجاوز حجم قطعة لحم مشاوي أوصال. ترى الناس جايين و دافعين فلوس يبو الشباب مو جايين ناخذ اكل من بيتكم. انتظرته لحد ما راح و جا واحد أفريقي محترم كان مراقب الوضع و زودلي الكمية. قلة أدب و قلة احترام. في المقابل كان في بنات يدلعوا حطلهم كميات كبيرة.)
الحلويات كانت جيدة عموما. بس ام علي تحتاج تحسين أكثر. و العوامة قاسية كذلك.
الآيسكريم يا ريت لو يتم إضافة مانجا و ليمون على النكهات.
المشروبات عجبتني ما عدا التمر الهندي.
البيبسي ما كان بارد. لازم تحط ثلج.

I had suhoor today their. The buffet was amazing and from different cuisines. Services was really five stars

Great food, such lovely peopel, l Asked if l can buy some bread, the chief came and said no mam but l will make a bag for free ready for you. We also enjoyed a coffee seating outside wirh the Look at the Fontane. We had a wonderful Dinner and evening. Thank you, surly we come back soon.

The food was very delicious and we are so lucky that this their menu was "Seafood nights" they really have an amazing options. The ambiance is so elegant and classy. Went for "Butcher Night" AKA Steak Night and it easy phenomenal! Excellent variety of meats to choose from as well as many other dishes. Service is fast, efficient, and done with a smile.

للأسف الموسيقى جدًا جدًا مزعجة ، حجزت ل8 اشخاص وقبل دخولي للمطعم طلبت منهم اغلاق الموسيقى اولاً لحرمتها اثناء الاكل وثانيًا لكوني أحب الهدوء والاستمتاع اثناء الاكل وللاسف تم الرفض وخرجت من المطعم

تجربة العشاء ليوم الاربعاء: الخدمة مميزة والطاقم خدوم بشكل رائع ، الاكل لذيذ واصناف كثيرة ومتنوعة ، طاولات الطعام مرتبة ومتباعدة ، يستاهل العنوه والعودة له مرة اخرى ، طبعا الفندق معروف بفخامته والنوافير الخارجية تستحق وقفة واكثر من صورة.

يفوووز هذا اللاونچ او الكافيه الفخامه اللي فيه من تصميم وديكور واثاث والخدمه المتميزه. طلبت حلى و قهوتين وكان اروع جلسه لي مع المدام قبل سنه تقريباً او اكثر شوي في منتصف ايام الحجر واروع توقيت لان الخبر اللي تلقيته بنفس المكان وانا رايق كان اجمل خبر سمعته في حياتي.

ذهبت لتجربة البوفيه المفتوح ليوم الأربعاء وكانت التجربة كالتالي:
المميزات:
١- الأطعمة الطازجة التي تعد فورا أمامك لذيذة ورائعة
٢-المكان بالمنظر الخارجي جميل وفخم والطاولات بمقاعدها مريحة
٣-الأدوات نظيفة
٤- السلطات جدا متنوعة ورائعة

السلبيات والعيوب:
١- طاقم الخدمة زفت سيئ جدا يتأخر جدا في تلبية الطلب رغم عدم وجود ازدحام ، طلبت من أحد الويترز احضار مشروب غازي رد بكلمة جميلة ومعد شفته سحب ومشى!
٢- اذا طلبت توصيل الطعام لطاولتك عادي يضيع طاولتك ومعد يجيك واذا رحت له يقول لك اسف اخطيت برقم الطاولة او نسيته!
٣- انظر الصور فالديكور على الجدران قديم ويجيب لك الهم والفرش مدقوق ووصخ ما تكلفوا ينظفونه
٤- الكنافة اكرمكم الله زي ما تجدونه في الصورة جتني تقطر زبدة وزيت وحشوتها جبن مالح (فيتا)!
علما بأني معد الطبق ما علمني عن حشوتها او اصنافها.
٥- العصاير محدودة جدا لا تتحمس
مافيه الا ثلاث او اربع مخلطات عصاير خاصة بالفندق وماعندهم عصير طازج حسب رغبتك او حسب طلبك الخاص منيو محدد اعجبك والا خذ ببسي.
٦- الحلويات بشكل عام عندهم ضعيفة جدا والخدمة عندهم ضعيفة جدا لدرجة يخرب مزاجك ومتعة تجربتك تخيل حتى يحط لك الماء او المشروب عالطاولة ما يصبه لك في الكوب! حتى مايشيل الاطباق الفاضية ويترك طاولتك مليانة ومزحومة صحون فاضية.

٧- عند المحاسبة انتظرنا اكثر من اللازم يجيبون جهاز الشبكة والفاتورة يظنون انك ساكن بالفندق ومتعودين يسجلونها على رقم الغرفة وتأخر الموظف كثير

المستوى لا يرقى لخدمة خمس نجوم ابدا ولا حتى أربعة ولا أنصح بزيارته لمن يرغب بوجبة عشاء فاخرة خمس نجوم يوجد فنادق أخرى أفضل منه بمراحل.

It was a fine experience I went there for buffet food was good but there were not many vegetarian options it took a lot of time for Italian and Chinese sections to give us the food I had to go there 3 to 4 times to ask about the food but the bakery section was very very good would recommend to definitely try the bakery section staff was accommodating very helpful and rose drink was also good its a experience must try and the hotel is built very beautifully

Everyone, do not miss their Butcher's night for a good meaty dinner.

الضيوف كثير منهم غير ملتزم بالماسك على طاولة البوفيه ولا يتم تنبيههم لذلك.

Oh we had an amazing and captivating stay at the Ritz Carlton hotel! It was a memorable one becuase we just got married last thursday at the Philippine embassy and among the majestic five-star hotels in Saudi Arabia we chose to stay at The Ritz Carlton Riyadh for 3 days and 2 nights. All the staff were incredibly helpful, the room was clean and wonderful. Thanks to Jess and his team. Overall we really had a great experience! Please do yourself a favor and visit this lovely refined restaurant the service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience, especial Thanks to Pintu and Abdu:) both are very helpful and offered a great service. The food was absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best buffet restaurant in town! We would highly recommend to everyone!

Visited the place for the first time on Thursday for buthers night. The place is absolutely amazing right from entering in the gate you re in awe of everything. But on contrary to that the food did not stand out for me, the service is top notch with good variety on salads, drinks and steaks. Do try it on any big occasion as it's hella expensive.

This place is certainly the best buffet on Fridays in the city. Expensive but worth it and the environment is great. It's my second time. Great selection of food, and desert. Everything there tastes delicious. Good seafood. There is also a nice jazz band playing to complement the atmosphere, just perfect. Kids love it too for the selection and the kids area. It deserves to be number 1.

My best place for dinners and brunch by far. The moment you step in you are warmly welcomed by Joshi and Ahmad who really make you feel at home.
Food is superb, everything is done in an artistic way that bursts with flavors. Chef Ajith and Chef Max served us the most amazing food experience ever.
All chefs and waiters are so dedicated and passionate in all means. They know how to make every family member including the kids feel so special.
If you want to indulge yourself and spend an enjoyable time with great food, service and ambience, then this is the only best destination in Riyadh.

أفضل بوفيه مريت عليه في حياتي. شي من الاخر صراحة

ماودي أنصح الناس فيه ثم يصيرون يزاحموننا

كانت تجربة لا بأس فيها
الاكل بعتبر جيد خاصة الاكلات البحرية اما اللحوم مستواها سيئ
وايضاً المشروبات ليس شاملة سعر البوفية

إجمالا حلو. الشخص ب٢٨٨ ريال مع الضريبة. مناسب للي يحب البحري. انخفاض تقييمي بسبب حركة سيئة جداً وأشوف فيها تلاعب، وهو أن المشروبات غير داخلة في المبلغ اللي تدفعه عن الشخص، ليس فقط العصيرات أو المشروبات الغازية، بل حتى المشروبات الساخنة، وهذا الشيء لا يتم إيضاحه لك قبل الدخول، والكارثة أن مبلغها عالي جداً جداً. كوب القهوة مثلا ب٥٠ ريال! لو أعادوا النظر في هذه السياسة سيكون أفضل

جميل من كل النواحي نظافه موظفين الاستقبال بشوشبن وابتسامتهم دائمه اكل لذيذ واطباق حديثه والحلو متنوع ولذيذ كانت تجربه رائعه

This is the best buffet i had in my entire life. Every thing was top notch quality. Amazing experience. The starters, salades, plates and desert. You will need to diet for 2 weeks after bit it will make you the meal.

Perfect for all. You can enjoy your luxury meal while your kids playing and have fun. Kids also enjoy making their own pizza.

Its beautiful with lots of food variety. Thanks to the staff, specifically Mahesh and Udaya for their hospitality.

في البدايه احب انوه انه يوجد العديد من المطاعم في الفندق: المطعم الهندي والايطالي والصيني وفي كوفي شوب في اللوبي هذي بعض الصور للفندق اترككم لتستمتعو فيها (اختمو اعجابكم ب ماشالله تبارك الله)

مطعم جميل جدا واكلة لذيذ وهو عباره عن بوفيه مفتوح السعر للشخص الواحد 250 ىيال لكن فيه ما لذ وطاب من المأكولات البحوية والبريه السوشي لمحبي السوشي موجود بجميع انواعه.

والسلطات والمقبلات واكيد ما ننسى الحلويات العربيه والغربيه والفاكهه.

Excited to visit this well known extremely magnificent place with my family, friends & colleagues. Had Brunch Buffet - absolutely delicious, well cooked food. Staff very attentive and always making sure you’re comfortable.

One of the worst buffet resturants ever! Low quality food (e.g. Steak was really greasy), not a wide variety of options to choose from, and even when I asked for a special-selection/blend beverage, I was told they don’t have the ingredients! Even when I tried to pay with my debit card, the machine didn’t work! Definitely not a “Ritzy” experience!

Restaurant is big, beautiful and the decoration is impressive. The food is nice with lots of variety and options for buffet. But could be better, specially the seafood.
