I got my hair dyed with Lujain omran she’s a pro mashallah the only thing i wish she have time to answer all questions and help me choose the best that suits me because i paid about 1650 rial almost 500$ also i was in at 5: 00 pm and out at 9: 40pm didn’t have a cup of water not even lol but i loved my hair thank You!

انا اول مره اسلم شعري لاحد وبعد علاج مكثف وبعد مدح عن الاخصائية لجين من جد شغلها مرررتب وناعم وتفهم طلبك وفوق ذلك حسن تعاملها واهتمامها بالرغم من زحمة العميلات عندها التكنيك عندها في مره مبهر يعطيها الف عافيه طلعت من عندها مبسوطه وكل اللي حولي عجبهم شعري

صالون رائع وخدمة ممتازة واسعار معقولة ومتأكدة كل وحدة تدخل الصالون بتطلع راضية عن نفسها وكل الموجودين يخدمونك بكل حب أشكر شكر خاص السوبر فايزر بدور وعملت عند حنين النجار ميك اب وعند عليا الشمالي شعر
وكانت طلتي ولا أحلى من كذا أشكرهم شكر خاص
وأنصح بزيارة المكان لأنه جميل بجمال الموجودين فيه وأخلاقهم وتعاملهم راقي مكان يستحق الزيارة

افضل وحده في جده لجين عمران عملت صبغه عندها وبصراحه شغل اكثر من رائع مبدعه بمعنى الكلمه ماشاءالله يدها تنلف بحرير ماندمت ولا لحظه اني سلمت شعري ليها

حقيقي مرا شكرا من قلبي على تعامل خدمة العملاء بالاخص وجود كمية لباقة واهتمام والمساعدات جميعاً بلا استثناء والله العظيم فعليا يشلوكي من على الارض بتعاملهم واكيد شكرا للاخصائية الفنانه لجين عمران اللي تبغا صبغة فنانه تجي عندها لانه يدها ماشاء الله من الجنة انا جيت عشانها الصراحة واعجبت بالصالون واكيد مو اخر زيارة

مع الاخصائية سونيا ما تندم معاها تجمع ما بين الخبرة والذوق كل مره وكل سنة الله يسلم يدينك

مدام علا ذا بيست الصراحة مافي متل شغلها ابدا ولا غلطة ماتقدر تتكلم او تنتقض اي شي حرفيا ولا غلطة ماشاءالله عليها وبسمتها وبشاشتها تفتح. النفس مبروك عليكم مدام علا يالعنود اختيار جدا موفق

انا جيت على أساس انه صالون خمس نجوم ماجيت عشان حبوش يحطولي الصبغه والفرد تجي الهير ستايل تقول للحبشيه ايش تسويلك وتعمل الشغل الحبشيه

بعض موظفات كلود ماكسيم رائعات وهم الي جينا معاهم لكن الصالون محتاج يهتم بهاتف خدمه العنلاء تماما ما احد يرد ولاكثر من وقت وعلى الارقام الثلاثه. لايوجد احد يستقبلك عند الدخول والاهتمام بالعبايه تدخل ماتفهم فين تروح او تعمل ماذا اعتقد الرسبشن موقعها يحتاج ينظف للمدخل لاستقبال الداخلين والاهتمام بهم. لايوجد عرض للاسعار كما هو مطلوب من البلديه والفاتوره وحده باليد كل موظفه تكتب عليها خدمتها (غير منظم). الموقع ممتاز والاضائه ممتازه. القهوه التركي ممتازه. بالتوفيق

الصالون مرتب ولكن عدم الانتظام ب المواعيد ساعتين انتظظار عشان اصبغ احجز موعد وانتظر كل الوقت ذا ليه اشش فايدة الحجز والمواعيد ،، ثاني شي الاسعاااااار عندهم لسسسع يعني تعطيني اسعار ع الواتس ب اسعار الصبغات بعدين تصدمني بالصالون بسععععر ثاااااني اغلا بااضعاف السعر الموجود لازم يكونو صريحين مع الزباين يعني من البدايه قبل كل شي اعطيني اسعارك الصح ناسبني اوكي ماناسبني امشي مو انتظر ساعتين واسوي تست وتبدا فيني بعدين شعرك يكلف كذا وكذا سلامااات وليت الزياده شي بسيط شي يجلط وعلى عدااام شعر فوقها اتمنى تكونو اكثر وضوح وصدق مع العمييل كنت اقرا التعليقات ماصدقت بس جربت وتبت اول مره واخر زياره ان شاء الله لكم

انا جيت عشان لجين عمران و صبغت عندها وراضية عن النتيجة بس مبالغييييين في الاسعار كانت في لينا سنتر ارخص ونفس الشغل مع لجين واللي مااعجبني ان موظفة الاستقبال لما رحت لها وبدفع شككتني اني اكذب عليها ولا كلفت نفسها تروح تسأل كم السعر واضطريت اوقف عندها لحد ما المسؤولة اجبرتها وقالت حاسبيها وعلى ضمانتي لييييت المبلغ قليل عشان تشك ، مافي اي احترافييية

حبيت استقبال مشرفة الصالون مدام ندى واهتمامها وطبعاً انا صبغتي دايماً مع مدام لجين فنانه مايحتاج أتكلم عنها بس أسعار البادكير مرتفعه شويه

The staff are welcoming but the services are not the best.

The facial is ok but very pricey compared to other salons.

The pedicure and manicure are very basic, done on normal chairs not the the massage ones and agin the service is over priced.

Worst salon I have ever been to. The staff, especially the manager and receptionists are extremely rude and they have so much attitude. They kept giving me strange looks while i was waiting after my services. The receptionist didn’t even look up once while i was talking to her. None of the workers know how to speak in English except the mani/pedi ladies. Never coming back again until they improve their communication and style of dealing with customers.

Congratulations for having Iver the greatest hairstylist ever in Jeddah… if you ever need a haircut no body would understand hair like here… مبروك عليكم ايفر. استقطبتم افضل مسرحة شعر في جدة. حقيقي الي يحتاج احد يفهم شعره في القص يروح لأيفر

خدمتة الاستقبال اكثر من رائعة البنات عسسل احب اروح مكان احس اني مرحبه فيه? عملت الوالدة صبغة عند ام السعد صراحه ماما مايعجبها شي بس طلعت وهي مبسوطة النتيجه مرضيه متحمسه اجرب باقي الخدمات مهتمين بكل التفاصيل واسعارهم معقووله جدااً على خدمتهم الاكثر من رائعة

I wish If there is an option to give zero star, after my visit I understand why this salon has so many negative reviews. Overpriced and service worth not even for half of the price we paid.

عملت حمام مغربي رائع، وشعري عملته لي فطومة عسللل وروحها حلللوة بنات الأستقبال لطيفات، كنت ماخذة موعد ودخلت بنفس الوقت، اسعارهم جداً معقولة، المكان مريح نفسياً، بعيد الزيارة

صالون رائع انصح فيه بشدة عملت خدمة واحده فقط (فرنش رجل ويد) شفت زباينهم جاهزين وفوقها موظفات الاستقبال بشوشات وراقيات بالتعامل بشكل احترافي️

صالون سيءءءءء وتعامل الموظفات الي بالرسبيشن اسوء واسوء يعطونك فاتورة اعلى من السعر الاساسي ويباجحون ، لا تسكتون لهم وتدفعوا على عماكم

مو حاطين لوحه تسهل الوصول للمكان بس المكان جميل و الاستقبال و الخدمة فوق الممتاز و سريعين ماشاء الله بس قصيت شعري عند رقية و ماكان مضبوط تمام

The pedicure was HORRIBLE! My big toe got injured and infected from the bad aggressive specialist. It’s been 3 days and I’m having a hard time walking. I reached out to them about the problem and the response was cold and unhelpful

Best place for hair color! Very pleasant atmosphere, Extremely clean area. Quality service, Hair expert Ruqaiya is amazing! Truly talented stylist! She is so skilled and so sweet! Highly recommended!

ولكن تجربتي في البدكير والمنكير غير جيده العامله ليست على كفائه مناسبه للسعر
الجوده في العمل اهم من المكان لان القيمه تقدم مقابل الخدمه نفسها وللاسف لم اجد الخدمه بالمستوى المناسب

للأمانة انا وماما واخواتي وتقريبا كل بنات عائلة نتعامل مع خديجة ما شاءالله عليها مرره شاطرة ومستحيل تجاملك. طبعا انا جربت كلهم في الصالون غير خديجة لحد يدور. والاظافر جاسمن ممتازة.

I have had three haircuts with Ruqaya there and every time it was pretty good. But I won't go again.

The reason - I went there today, for the first time since lockdown started. I was asked to change my (reusable) mask to theirs (disposable) and put on a little flimsy robe (disposable), then a plastic sheet over it (disposable).

Next to me, was a lady having her hair styled. NO MASK, NO COVER at all. I asked why and was told that it was the OWNER! I almost took a photo, but last second decided against it (nobody likes being photographed at the hairdressers).
It seems that their efforts to keep the place sanitised is on the surface only and the owner doesn't really care.

The more times I go this salon the more I fall in love with it.

I had a facial with Kauthar and my skin has never looked better! Highly recommend her for facials.

I also got my hair did with Fatma and it was beautiful.

I go there regularly for manicures and pedicures and they're excellent.

The service is great and their prices are quite reasonable. They're on time and the reception staff and the staff in general are very friendly.

This place is a BIG JOKE and rip off! It was my first time dying my hair not only did she manage to ruin my hair, and my experience BUT ALSO MY SHIRT, she completely stained it with bleach. Horrible horrible I don’t know how these people got to use the name Toni& Guy.such a Shame! Bogus

تجربة سيئة جداً ، تم حجز موعد مسبق لعمل باديكير ومانيكير وصلت قبل الموعد بدأت بالخدمة ذهبت العامله في منتصف الخدمة وجلست انتظر ل١٠ دقايق بدون اكمال الخدمة بعد نقاش مع المسؤولة هناك تفاجات بان العامله ذهبت لزيونه أخرى موعدها قبلي ولكن وصلت بعد موعدها بساعة قررو ان يتم خدمتها اولا ثم اكمال خدمتي خرجت بدون اكمال الخدمة موظفة الاستقبال بتقولي انتظري نص ساعه لتخلص منها

Loved the space. The staff were so friendly and I loved how they styled my hair! I Definitely recommend them

Very bad service unfortunately! Although the place is nice in terms of decoration. Staff are so inexperienced.

I had a good experience regardless of what the reviews say, then again each person has his own experience.
They were friendly and welcoming, washed trimmed and blow dried my hair for a VERY reasonable price unlike other places that charge 3 times the price for the same professionalism.
Yes I will go again.

Pedicure and manicure was awful by Arlene, she unnecessarily talks too much and hurt my fingers.

Absolutely wonderful salon. The staff is friendly and well trained. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. I went for a mani pedi with my daughter. It was undeniably the best I've had.

We were honored to be able to meet the manager. We had no idea she owned the place as she was so down to earth and took time to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Such a lovely day!

Excellent, excellent, excellent salon! Everything from the admin's organization, to great work and friendly attitude by all staff - makes this salon the best in Jeddah! The staff there truly cares about the customers' experience and valuable time.

In love with this salon its the best salon in jeddah in my opinion what’s not to like I mean they have quick service, prices are perfect, friendly staff, great atmosphere, have gd deals and packages and last but not least excellent on all their services what more can u ask for? No really I mean u go in tony&guy and u feel like its home.

My usual and favorite services:

Hair style: the curls omg the curls how could curls be so perfect and the best part is the curls stay I say this because my hair is the type that curls don’t stay for long but the only salon that could make it last is Toni&Guy I’m addicted to u.

Hair cut: I love that they actually listen to u if u say u don’t want to much cut off THEY LISTEN and do what u want plus it grows back healthier and stronger. What’s ur secret Toni&Guy?

Hair Color: One word “ PERFECTION” I’ve been all around the world and I think I colored my hair in every place I’ve been to until I met Toni&Guy jeddah wow mashallah never seen color so perfectly done and stay so long and not damage ur hair. Only Toni&Guy did that for me really guys the technique u guys do is amazing. Never coloring my hair anywhere else.

Meni/pedi: omg this lady is an artist she can make ur nails look like a million bucks and the colors they have ohh to die for not to mention Clean Clean And very clean equipments. Oh and the view while doing ur nails ️

Hair extensions: the lady is so fast and u don’t feel a thing plus it’s stays on ur hair like it’s a body part. Looks very natural had my extensions for 2 years no one even knew that it wasn’t my hair.

Facial: the vitamin C facial I call it the 3 R’: Relaxing, Refreshing and Reviving like all other facials u won’t see the results from the first time so what I did is I took a package and saw the results from the 2nd session I don’t know wither to talk about the glow or the clearness and smoothies. U must try it and u will know what I’m talking about.

Hair treatment GK: I’ve done this in another salon didn’t work out and was devastated BUT thanks to toni&guy this is the best treatment I’ve ever done imagine u just take a shower and dry ur hair and voilà Ur hair will look like u spent hours in the salon not to mention how thick and healthy my hair became.

I can just go on and on about the place u must go visit and experience what I’m talking about. The place is very close to every house on tahlia on top of vapianos restaurant.
