الفندق جميل ونظيف ومرتب الخدمة ممتازة بشوشين كان عيد زواجي وما اخدت البكج فقاموا بتجهيز الغرفه بورد على السرير وكيكة صغيره وصحن فواكه مليان اشكرهم على ذلك. العيب الوحيد في الفندق الأكل كان جدا عايدي في البوفيه وبارد مو بوفيه يليق برتز كارلتون.

قمت بزيارة للكوفي الموجود بالفندق بصراحة استقبال جميل وفندق فخم جدا طلبت قهوة وحلا مذاق ولا اروع من قلب شكرا جزيلا للعاملين في الكوفي. محمد. مايك. تايسي. ولنا زيارة أخرى. واتمنى لكم التوفيق والنجاح.

مكان راقي وفخم ،، الاستقبال مميز جدا والاكل عادي 8/10 ولكن تصميم المكان وروعته يخلي الطعم احلى

This is a palace styled hotel. This property does care about Elite members, amazing!

We didn’t stay here, but I took a quick picture. From my past experiences, Ritz-Carlton’s are nice, but from the photos online it also looks very gaudy so I only gave it 4 stars.

اخذت قهوة في اللوبي (البهو) أعطيته 5 نجوم مش بإرادتي لو عليا اقل من ذلك المكان متكلف جدا واذا كحيت الناس تطالع فيك كأنك سويت خطأ مجرد احساس حقيقي فخامة مبالغ فيها وما حبيت ألوان المكان

Excellent location on Jeddah Corniche, an outstanding ritzy breakfast and very professional staff.

فندق عالمي. المواقف بها خدمه بإستطاعتك ترك السياره. وسوف يقوم النادل بتوقيفها في المواقف. انا تجريتي كانت في الدور الاول من الفندق كافيه اسعار متفاوته ولكن مكان اكثر من رائع. ابومعاذ

فندق روووووعه. وجميع الموظفين والعاملين فيه ناس رائعون ومميزون برقي تعاملهم وجمال اخلاقهم وحسن ادبهم. تجربة رائعه وجميله وفريده

المكان جميل جدا وتتعب وانت تقول من افضل الفنادق التي يحق لنا ان نفتخر بوجودها في مدينتنا الحبيبه جده
بصراحه حاولت ابحث عن اي عيب ولكن لم اجد طاقم جميل ودوود متعاون ويسعى في خدمتك بكل طاقه وحيويه وسعاده من البوابه الخارجيه وحتى اخر شخص تواجهه في هذا المكان. تحياتي لهم فردا فردا

Be prepared to be spoiled as you stay at the most luxurious hotel! Thursday and Friday evening meal is beyond description!

Facing the Jeddah Corniche, Very well maintained even though the building is old with very pleasant greeting staffs.

انا ما سكنت فيه بس حضرت حفلات و مناسبات خاصة الخدمة كانت جدا ممتازة و التعامل و الاكل لا يعلى عليه جدا ممتازة

مذاق الطعام سيء جدا. مالح جدا. والسمك فيه زنخ وكذلك التبولة
ولأول مرة يتفوق الريتز كارلتون على نفسه في سوء الطعام.

فندق عالمي. من أفخم فنادق المملكة و العالم. أشبه بقصر. يقع على الواجهة البحرية لكورنيش الحمرا. مساحته ضخمه. لوبي ضخم. الغرف العادية رائعه و مساحتها جيده. التجهيزات ممتازه

حاجة خرافية ، ديكور اثاث تنظيم قائمة طعام ، كلها من first class ، فندق مذهل.
شيء واحد استغرب منه ان بعض الأبواب وضعت لوحاته متدنية الجودة تماما بالذات قاعات الاحتفالات.

الكوفي بالميزانين واطلاله ع اللوبي والله ماتحسفت اني رحت مكان زي هذي المرة والقهوة مااعطيها نجمه بغض النظر عن السعر لكن مايستاهل اقسم بالله

Five Star and Luxury hotel in Al Hamra District Southern Corniche of Jeddah city, near by the sea with nice view of jeddah fountain.

The only weakness point that the hotel is not direct on the sea, it is on the east side of the street while the sea on the west side.

A very grand hotel indeed. This is truly a seven star hotel. Everything about it is grand. I had a company event there and it was awesome.

ياليت تتفضلون علي انا وعائلتي وتسكنونه ٣ أيام وبعدها أبشروا بالتقييم اللي يرضيكم.

The Ritz Carlton is a very fancy hotel, it's well decorated in a classic way. We went for the Iftar buffet in Jawhart Alqasr restaurant, and there are different kinds of starters like potato salad, Fattoush, smoked salmon, and so on, there are also main courses such as grilled fish, sweet and sour shrimp, cooked vegetables in tomato sauce, kabsa, beryani and much more, for desserts, that was the most interesting and delicious part, there are lots of yummies in the desserts section, like fruit tart, berries cake, chocolate cake, coffee cake, and some Arabic desserts. Add to this, there are lots of Ramadani drinks like kamar eddin, Laban and Jallab, there are fresh orange juice and strawberry as well. On the table, you will find Arabic coffee, dates, mixed nuts and dried fruit. You can also order turkish coffee, Cappuccino or latte after the Iftar. I really liked the place.

The place is grandeur and luxorius, with end to end carpet everywhere. The interiors looks are royal. However with camouflaged doors and lack of guidance, it becomes difficult to move about in the hotel at the banquet levels. It is confusing.

Had Iftar there. Great place for dining while it comes to ambiance. However, food variety has room for more improvement.

I had the worst dinner experience. And the incharged person was very tough and not friendly. Boufet very poor not to the level of Ritz Carlton

سريرهم مريييييييييييييييييييح جدا كأنك نايم على سحاب. الفطور منوع وتقليدي مافيه إضافة نفس الموجود في باقي الفنادق، في الغالب ماراح أكرر الزيارة بالنسبة لي كثير ٢٠٠٠ وعليها عشان بس أنام كم ساعة وباقي يومي أقضيه برا في عمل واجتماعات وتمشيه ما مداني أجرب الخدمة حتى

الفندق فخم ورائع جداً، الموظفين جداً جداً بشوشين ومحترمين بداية من الباب الى المقهى الى الريسبشن الكل لطيف، اسعار المقهى مناسبة جداً

المكان رائع ونظيف لكن يحتاج الى صيانه في الالعاب لان بعضها مكسر وخطر على الاطفال كما انه يوجد به بعض التحف الفنيه المتروكه بدون حمايه وهي خطره على الاطفال

فندق كلاسيكي غرفه جميله جدا واسعاره مرتفعة. المواقف بجوار الفندق والموظفين فالاستقبال تعاملهم كشر. حقيقة مااعجبني

Our stay was truly wonderful, we felt like we were in Heaven. 
We enjoyed the peace and quiet we needed, very high quality offered in all the facilities of your gorgeous hotel. This definitely added to the excellent service of the staff in every segment of your hotel. 
Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive, kind and professional. A very special thanks to the manager M Stewart, the receptionist, M Mohammed El Hariby and the manager of the restaurant, M Ahmed Helmy. 
I just wanted to let you know how much we valued that effort, how impressive and gracious and how greatly we appreciate everything that you personally and your staff did for us.
