As always everything was 100% perfect, our waiter her name was Halah gave us the best attitude and service, thank you halah you are the best.the food was amazing as expected, the light was too dimmer than usual i dit not like it as much, i asked to lower the music and they did and i appreciated it so much

المطعم جلسته رايقة وفخمة وغااالي جدا مقارنة بالطعم انا طلبت ٣ اصناف دجاج بافلو وكرات مكرونة مقلية وسلطة لواو وعصير بيبسي ب٣٠٠ وشوي الدجاج كان سيئ وزفر - السلطة جيدة بس زي كل مرة مولذيذ
أفضل شي اكلته كرات مكرونة مقلية وباقي الاكل الله يكرم النعمة مايتاكل

من أفضل المطاعم في جده بس الكراسي ليست مريحه اما الخدمه اسطورية وخصوصا النادل محمد رزني من سيرلنكا في قمه المشاكل والتعاون.

مطعم عادي اجوائه ومظهره حلو. لكن شوي حر. الاطباق واحد ملحه زايد وواحد مافيه ملح. السلطة مو طعمه. يقدمون لك الاكل في صحون ثقيلة كبيرة وصحن حلى صغير مسطح تغرف فيه وتاكل. احلى شي العصير في كاسه كبيرة وتعيد تعبئتها مرة تاني.

ممتاز ممتاز الأكل كان مرا لذيذ و الخدمة سريعة. "محمد التركي" فعلياً خدمة ممتازة

If you're a cheesecake enthusiast or simply looking for a classic dessert that hits all the right notes, Cheesecake Factory's Classic Cheesecake with Strawberry is an excellent choice. It's a timeless treat that satisfies the sweet tooth and leaves a lasting impression.

I first wrote this review as 3 stars, however updated it to 4 stars for the outstanding service. We ordered the pasta da vinci, and it at first came dry and cold. After we reported that to the waiter, they took it at returned it to us hot, fresh, and good as new. We were pleasantly surprised to see they comped it on our bill without us asking, as it was also late.

The shrimp tempura was surprisingly delicious, i’d definitely order it again. Meanwhile, the mac and cheese balls were unsually dry and not as cheesy/saucy as usual.

Overall, I’d come back, as we came on a busy busy Friday afternoon and that maybe affected the quality of the food. However, a successful worldwide franchise should be able to maintain quality even on the busiest day of the week. Their service however, is never short of above and beyond.

The menu is overwhelming with lots of words. Please add pictures The prices are also quite expensive. The food took so long to come.

Overall experience is extraordinary with special thanks to the superstar; the waiter Mohammed Alturki. He served us with his kindness and professionalism.

We usually visit CF every weekend with family and friends, nice place to spend time with family & friends, same as CF US.

The place was good and enjoyed the cheesecakes. Totally worth it.

The cheesy fries are not upto the mark. Though I love the cheese, however the fries weren't thick and quality wasn't as great.

I tried many other cheesecakes and my personal favourite is Godiva cheesecake.it's just yum

للاسف كان مطعم رائع بس صار من اسواء المطاعم جانا تسمم من الاكل الدجاج واضح فيه غير مطبوخ صح وفيه طعم سيئ جداً وصارت اسعارهم مبالغ فيها

مصدومه انا من الزياره الاخيره غير راضيه ابدا عن الاطباق والخدمه طلبت سالمون مشوي وكان طبقي المفضل واعرف طريقه تقديمه اخر مره قدموه لي ماكان نفس الجوده ولا نفس اللذاذه وزوجي طلب اسكالوب دجاج مع مكرونه باستا وللاسف اشك ان هذاك الطبق طلع من مطبخهم طعمه غريب والدجاج لا يمت للدجاج باي صله فقط بقسماط ومقلي ماشفت دجاج والباستا مليانه صلصه حامضه لا طعم ولا شكل وطلعنا مصدومين زعلانين وجانا مغص بعدها والله العظيم ما ابالغ وطلب عصير وماوصلنا وانكتب في الفاتوره. هذي اخر مره ازورهم مستحيل ولن وابدا تكون لي زياره ثانيه عندهم مايستاهل ولا نجمه

ممتاز اكيد من مطاعمي المفضله وجربت اخر مره كوفي امريكي عندهم ماشاء الله رائع مع كيكة الجزر حلوة مررره

طلبت ستيك لحم بقري وبصراحة من الاخر لذيذ جدا المكان راقي يستاهل تصطحب اغلى الناس وتعزمه في هذا المكان وخسارة نسيت اصور الطبق لكن بكرر الزيارة واصوره

الاكل كالمعتاد لذيذ والاطباق ماشاء الله كبيرة
الخدمة بابتسامه لكن بطيئة
طلبناهم ٣ مرات عشان ناخذ الاطباق المتبقية والفاتورة!

المكان رايق والاكل لذيذ ويستحق التجربة ناقص نجمة فقط لانهم لخبطوا في الطلب وكمان سلطة الشمندر ما كانت مرضية للأغلبية

Best restaurant experience ever. All the staff are very friendly and the dishes comes fast, I’ve never ordered a dish and got disappointed.

الطعم عاااادي جداً ، وفيه مطاعم أقل جودة منه وتقدم أفضل طعم منه ، أخذت منه فوتشيني دجاج وربيان مقليه ، اما الأسعار غالية ومبالغ فيها جداً (لا يستحق التجربة)

المكان لطيف وحميمي وعائلي ومناسب للاحتفالات. فقط تدفع ثمن قطعة التشيز كيك او الحلا ويغنولك مجاناً. التشيز كيك بالرازبيري او التوت الازرق الذ شيء. البلاك كوفي عندهم جيده جدًا اعتقد يستخدمو نوع بن ممتاز.
سلطاتهم لذيذه جدا واطلاقهم الرئيسية ايضًا سواء ستيك او مكرونات. واغلب اطباقهم حجمها كبير تكفي لاكثر من شخص

Excellent place and service! With their menu was more aligned with the American menu - especially when it comes to appetizers - tamale cakes would be awesome

The food, location and overall atmosphere of the restaurant is top notch. Only downside is the waiting time on the weekends.

I would say one of my favorite restaurants in general. My favorite dishes would be the chicken piccata and the chicken pot pie. Favorite drink is the Arnold Palmer.

If you're there for lunch, the lunch portions are huge so don't be intimidated to order even if you're really hungry.

Delicious food with tons of varities. Paradise for cheese lovers.
Highly recommended to try at least once.

Good Food, But staff is not well trained, they insisted us to sit on a smaller table. We were 2 people and we wanted to sit on table for 4 person, however they denied us that and said we could only have 2 persons table which is small.

A good place to visit once in a while, the portions are good, the staff is polite, and the overall atmosphere is descent.

The issue is it's always crowded with a long wait, my recommandation is to visit during the middle of the week, unless you're willing to waste half an hour to 40mins of your life doing nothing and just waiting for a table to clear.

Lunch at The Cheesecake Factory

This place doesn't need an introduction. Its one of the best.

They have best trained staff. I have not seen such well trained staff in Jeddah (comment if u know better).

They have huge menu with variety of Steaks, burgers, pasta, grilled items of Chicken, beef and fish. Perhaps shrimps too. Variety of cocktails and mojitos. And as it's name says. Cheesecakes. And also other desserts.

Like it would take literally more than several visits to try everything. And I am sure every visit is an amazing experience.

Amazingly, their staff is trained to explain each dish and recommend as well.

Lunch portions are apparently smaller and cheaper; Grilled Salmon for 73 Sar while full portion is 113. But I must say even being called smaller. It was more than enough.that it didn't leave the room for dessert.

As good as it looks. The food also tastes delicious.
