Tamimi Markets

I went to Tamimi express Store to buy Milk. When i enter i ask the cashier, is Almarai Milk Tetra pack available he directly told me not available when i go and check the shelf there is 100 of different varaities of Milk categories are available when i came to billing i just ask him it's available why you said not avail the products, he was angry on me and very bad way he talk to me this is not my job dont ask me don't make to much drama he was saying and arguing with me, if this type of workers are available in the store definately people will get a very bad experience about Tamimi Markets so i'm requesting to the management kindly inform to your Staff & train them specially who work in the POS counter section behave good to their customers anywhere. THANK YOUf

+ staff is friendly and helpful
- Stock is very inconsistent (very frequently I can't find a cheese puff or a 7up)
- Lots of misplaced and missing price tags
- Very slow checkout during crowded hours
- Closing time is a little too early (12 AM)

I can’t trust to order anything from them anymore, i order two boxes and i paid for it.
And they only delivered one box.
I called the customers service more than 5 times, I even called the manger and send the receipt to him.and still they are make me a liar.it’s been one week until now…
never anything happened to me from any big market.
They are the worst…
I just want my money back

1. Prices are ridiculously high
2. Prices often do not match the tags (if those tags exist)
3. Inconsistent restocking. They are unable to keep their products consistent. Whatever is sold out, you may never see those products again.
Final note: rather than rearranging and relocating your products and wasting both your workers' and customers' time, how about spending one hour on checking what needs resupplying?

Expensive and very bad service. Most items without price tags and when they have it, is not right. The machines to check the the prices generally are not working. It is always a surprise at the cashier. I definitely think the manager is incompetent or need more people at work. The employees are ok, specially good at the delikatessen.

It shows here that the store is open until 12am, but I was told that my friend couldn't get in past 11pm. Maybe you should change the hours listed?

Tamimi is overall a convenient market in KAUST. But recently we noticed a number of problems which I like to mention

1. Many of us will agree that promotional staffs are mostly unavailable over the week. They are actually rare. You either do not promote or keep plenty of that stuff.

2. Many stuff is without the price tag or the price tag are misplaced. This is a very basic problem which should not occur with such a big market like Tamimi.

3. Often the orientation is changed. So it takes more time to find what we require.

It would be nice to see things corrected for customer convenience.
