I have been going to dr nebojsa for 15 years. He is an excellent vet 10/10 would recommend him. Although I wouldn’t leave my pet in the clinic over night, some staff members might mistreat the animals.

Recommended by friends.the best service so far! Came this morning to treat fungal infection towards my cat. Dr Hassan was so friendly.i hope this clinic practicing hygenic treatment to our pets.i’m pretty sure the previous petshop where i went is the source of this fungal since i’ve only 1 cat at home.i guess they are sharing instruments which is not hygenic from one to anothers. Reasonable price as well

خدمة سيئة و شكلهم مو متعلمين بس هدفهم ياخدوا فلوس و يكذبوا و يلفوا و يدوروا نصيحة لاحد يجيب حيوانه الالبف عندهم مافي لا ذمة ولا ضمير حسبي الله عليهم

قطتي سوت عمليه ولادة عندهم وبعد العمليه كانت تمام جلست اسبوع عندهم كل شي تمام وفجاءه ماتت عندهم و مو عارفين السبب. انا لله وانا اليه راجعون. كانت احن وألطف قطة لي محبوبه للجميع.

وعدونا بوضع القط في قفص ووضعه في قفص ثاني ، غالي جدا جدا ، مستوى النظافة غير محبب ، والقط فضل جوعان طوال فترة الإقامة، ورجع البيت وجه عليه جرح ربما من مخالفة قطط اخرى ومعرفة، اعطيتهم مفارش واكل للقط ولم يستعملون ابدا ، استقبالهم جميل جدا ولكن العناية دون المستوى ، والأسعار باهظة جدا.

I had been going on and off to this vet for 6 years. Never again after my last visit. Ahumdulilah so many great vets have opened up in recent years.

أسوأ عيادة بيطرية … قطتي كانت حتموت بسبب الكشفية الخطأ وجات عدوى براغيث لقطتي بسبب عدم تغيير غطاء الكشف من حيوان لحيوان.

عالجو بستي كانت تعاني من مشاكل في الاخراج والتهابات واهتمو فيها وعطوفين جدا عالحيوانات الله يكتب اجرهم

(قتلة الحيونات الاليفة) اسوء عيادة بيطرية ، مافي احد فيها فاهم ولا عندهم ضمير ولا اخلاق و مستغلييييين تدفع مبلغ و قدره و بعدين يقولك الدكتور بعطيه ابره بس ترا بموت و هوا اصلاً يوم تسالو ايش المشكلة ما يعرف بس يقولك خلاص بعد يوم تعال (جهل - استغلال - غباء) انصح بأنهم يغلقو المكان افضل من تضيع الوقت ، الهمج الي شغالين هناك مو فاضين يقدمو الرعاية او الخدمة بشكل صحيح
ماخذين ترخيص كدا بس منظر …عشان الفلوس

My fat, desert cat "Badger" is a very healthy happy boy, thanks to them!

دكتور (حسان) افضل دكتور بجدة جدا ممتاز و صادق معك ماعنده استنزاف للمادة يهمة ان يعطيك الدواء الصحيح

One of the worse vet clinics i have ever went to. I went there because my dog had stomach issues and she was throwing up and the doctor gave me eye cream saying the problem is from her eyes. Dr. Hassan is an amateur. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional and aggressive with my dog. There was another patient waiting with me and he had a cat, leaving her to roam around in the waiting area and my dog was on a leash but the cat came close to my dog and my dog barked at her. The man was then yelling at me and my dog. The staff did nothing.
Please don't take your pets there.

لا اعرف عن باقي الخدمات، لكن كنا نحتاج الى صورة أشعة لرجل القطة لكن للاسف قال الدكتور بنفسه ان جهاز الاشعة الخاص بهم لا يظهر المفاصل جيدا.
ولكن لديهم دكتور متخصص في الجراحة وهذا شيء جيد

دكتور فاشل جداً جداً جداً الي اسمه حسان من تجربه شخصيه وديت له البغبغان تعبان تعب بسيط خلاني اراجع اسبوعين و اخر شي سوله عمليه جراحية خلف عينه و حط المشرط ع الطاوله و بدون بنج و ما خيط بعدها

I saw a video of someone who took a cat who most probably got hit by a car and in that video I saw that this clinic was taking good care of the cat.
May Allah reward you immensely.
Seeing the cat with a ruptured spine broke my heart.

اذا مو اسوء عياده بيطريه تمر عليكم بكل المقاييس اشك ان الدكاتره اللي عندهم ماخذين شهادات سباكين او شي غير شهاده الطب البيطري استغلاليين لابعد درجه

I took my cat to them.she was not able to poop or eat. They told me there was a blockage and kept on giving injections and fluids. They did xray in which they found there is something stuck in her stomach but still they ignored it and kept on giving medicines to let the poop out.i took her regularly to them. It seems they were just making money. It was a toy stuck in her intestine which poisoned her body during the one week. She became so weak, i took her to another clinic. The doctors their did immediate surgery but they told that thing had damaged her body organs and poisoned her body. Still they tried and did her surgery. She survived few days but her kidney was damaged due to tahlia clinic vets negligence. They delayed her surgery due to which her organs got damaged. My cat is no more with us. She left me today because of tahlia clinic’s vet negligence.
Never ever take your sick cat to them.
They are only good for grooming cats.
Those vets are good for nothing.

العياده جداً سيئه للامانه وتعاملهم مو كويس وما يعطونك مجال تعرف ايش في حيوانك والدكتور نيبوشا ما كان يرد على اسئلتنا واستفسارنا راجعت عنده٨ مرات وكل مره يعطيها نفس الابر ونفس المغذيه بدون مايعرف من ايش تعاني وبالنهايه وديناها عياده ثانيه وطلع مرضها خطير وماتت! وكذا مره كان مهتم للفلوس اكثر من روح الحيوان اللي قدامه ودايما العياده ريحتها دم لسوء التنظيف اتمنى اي احد عنده حيوان مريض لاااا يوديهم عندهم

The prices are very reasonable but the doctors are not that informative and usually are in a rush.

للامانة في البداية كانت عيادة جدًا ممتازة تهمهم صحة الحيوان قبل المادة و تعاملت معاهم لمدة و لكن للاسف في الفترة الاخيرة صارت جدًا سيئة دكتور حسان ما صار زي اول بس همه المادة و ما يكشف على الحيوان كويس و يمكسهم بقوة و العيادة ماهي معقمة كويس يعني لمن يروشو الحيوان يستخدمو منشفة قديمة و لمن يكشفو عليها يحطوها على الحديد على طول دون تعقيم او شاش تحته و قطتي وديتها عنده اول لان كنت شاكة انها مريضة كان بس يشوفها حتى ما يمسكها و لا يسوي اجراءات الفحص اللازمة و يقولي فيها اكتئاب و لمن رحت عيادة ثانية طلع فيها بلاوي و كويس لحقنا عليها و لا كانت بتروح فيها

اسواء دكتور حسان في تعامل مع الطيور ودايما كلامه مو ثابت كل كم يوم يعطيك كلام غير الأول بوصف الحاله يقلك سوي كذا وبعدها يقلك غلط لازم تسوي كذا المشكله يكذب نفسه ويناقض نفسه وهذا دليل جهل وسوء مهنه وخبره لاكن الله حسيبه في هذي الحيوانات ويعطي جرعات بنج عاليه جدا قد تتسبب في مشاكل ثانويه غير مرض الطير لاكن باذن الله دوام الحال من المحال سيتم التواصل مع الجهه المختصه

Seeing reviews people are posting is really concerning.
Yesterday I took my dog there (his first time there) the doctor was definitely too pushy and kinda aggressive towards him. The doctor gave his diagnoses in like 5 seconds! And prescribed medications without explaining a lot of things.

Good veterinarian clinic. Courteous staff. Knowledgeable doctor. I took my female cat here for spaying surgery. Happy with the outcome. Small clean incision. Laparoscopic technic. Could be a little pricey. But then again you get what you pay for.
Also if you are planning on exporting a pet to Europe or North America. Good place to get the shots and paperwork going

I don’t know about the other doctors, but I’d never let my cat go near what I’d call a butcher (dr nebosja) the European doctor. He handled my kitten in a way I could have not imagined, there was absolutely no mercy or gentleness when it comes to him dealing with pets, even as I was curious to know what exactly happened to my kitten he kept dodging the questions in a very rude way. He even made questionable racial remarks towards my helper, all in all there is nothing professional about this behavior

The doctors are vry good and nice specially Doc. Hassan Ebrahim.although its xpensive to bring ur pet there for them to treat.i hope they give more special discount for helping starycats.and also hope they gonna have more petfoods and toys for cats.keep up thegood work.

Vet was initially nice, but then when asked about the fatal diagnosis of the stray kitten I brought in (name of disease and specific symptoms) he just chalked it up to his experience and couldn't recall the name. No tests or stool samples were requested. Watching the assistant give the kitten a deep bath was an agonizing and traumatizing experience - the kitten was extremely gentle with me whenever I gave him a bath but this assistant was unnecessarily forcefulwith him. I had to look up "fatal feline viruses" to figure out what the disease was. Turns out these kinds of diseases (FiV) are hard enough to diagnose and just looking at and feeling an abdominal distension is not enough. The kitten is still alive and has a chance of survival (he is happy and thriving). I hope I can take him to a better vet.

THEY KILLED MY KITTEN! We brought a small, fragile kitten from the street here. They handled it very roughly, and held it in the air when putting an injection in the poor kitten. They said it needed a shower, and when they gave it a shower, the water spray was so harsh on the cat. They were not being gentle with it at all. After the shower they put rose powder on the kitten! Absolutely unnecessary. We brought it home and tried to feed it, but it wouldn’t eat and a few minutes later it died. Please do not bring your kittens here. They’re so unprofessional!

والله انصحكم لا تروحولها الدكتور ما يعرف ولا شي بس يجيب كلام من راسو وثاني شي بستي الي فيها فطريات راح حلقها فوق عيونها وجرحها ونزل دم ورحت كلمتو قام قلي عادي هذا طبيعي وفين الطبيعي في الموضوع ماعرف والمناشف حق الترويش مو نظيفة ومعاملة الدكتور سيئة كل ما اكلمو شي عن البسة يقوم يقولي لاتجيبي كلام من الناس اسمعيني واسمعو يخرف كلام ما سمعتو من قبل وانا قارئة وعارفه ويحسبني بلها المهم انصحكم نصيحة لا تروحلو وترا مو معقمة الاماكن

haven’t really tried visiting the vet I can go to them to buy Supplies and so, their prices are fair comparing to other places

there was one incident that really affected my rating
I took him to shave his hair, they paralyzed him and everything then he had a shower and we went home feeling happy
After one day, i found him wounded all over his legs and a rash appeared on his back which took several days to heal.

A good place to take your vet to, but be careful.

قطتي انفقعت عينها ووديتها عياده (قالو عمليه وعملوها لي حكايه وانو لازم تبات عندهم.) رحت لذي العياده الدكتور ممتاز مجرد مرهم وحمدالله ضمرت لا عمليه ولا غيره

كانت عياده ممتازه وللأسف الأن ماديه بحت ولا يهمهم سلامة الحيوان يعطون ادويه غير ضروريه والفحص غير دقيق غير الأخلاق السيئة ، جبت لهم قطه للتطعيم طلع فيها بلاوي فقط عشان الدفع وعرضتها ع كم دكتور قالوا مافيها شي حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

The doctor and the staff are very polite and respectful.

My cat’s leg was injured and the doctor yanked him out of the carrier by the collar, scaring him. He slammed the cat on its back and the cat freaked out, scratching, hissing, running around the room trying to escape. It was very upsetting how he was treated (no attempt to make him feel calm or safe from the beginning). I won’t go back there because of that experience. That said, they were very quick about everything and the other staff were very nice and helpful. Still not going back though.

Really good clinic and Pets shop, Dr. Nebojsa is a good doctor has good experience and gentle hands in dealing with pets and doing surgeries for your pets, He provides a free consultations when ever you need it but still real examination is much better to check up the pets.in General the clinic is clean and has good rate in hygiene, staff are friendly.

They are nothing but a SCAM and a PET KILLER. Unfortunately we have learned this the hard way by bringing in our beloved cat for a simple dental cleaning. This mistake of bringing him into this specific vet has caused him to lose his life he died because the vet (Hassan) has damaged his airways and that ultimately resulted in a heart failure. Practitioners are inexperienced, lack sympathy and a scam it seemed like another day another dead pet in their books. They are inhumane as many people has suffered from them in the past. How could possibly a beautiful healthy cat comes in for a dental cleaning pays with his own life? I ADVISE YOU NOT TO EVER VISIT THIS VETERINARY if you want your pet to leave alive.

My cat have full from third floor, I went to vet to check here, the vet was very professional and quick

المشكله التي نواجهها بصفة عامة هي غلا اسعار هذه العيادات المتخصصة في الحيونات الاليفه حيث ان فيح ملف للقطط عند مراجعة الطبيب البيطري تكلف 150 ريال وتختلف من عيادة الي عيادة لكن لا تقل عن 100 ريال وبعد فتح الملف تدخل في دوامة الاعلاجات الآخر والله يرعاكم اينما كنت

دكتور حسان رائع و طيب و مهتم والموظفين جميعهم بشوشين.
سويت عندهم كشفية و اشعة و ابرة فيتامين و اخذت فيتامينات ب ٣٠٠ ريال تقريبا.
الاحترافية و الاهتمام بالسعر ذا مستحيل تلقاهم في مكان ثاني.

اسعارهم معقولة و ممتازة و كل شي متوفر عندهم.

اشكرهم من اعماق قلبي.

We took our kitty for her first vaccination. The doctor was very friendly as well as the staff.
It was a very smooth transaction. We went right after maghrib prayer and we didn’t have to wait long. In and out! I will take her back for other shots/services in three weeks. The prices are not bad. And it’s close to where we live. All in all I’m pleased with this clinic.

والله عيادة ولا اروع انا هاذي اول مرة اروح عيادة بيطرية توقعت مع احترامي وساخة المحل يا سمح الله وكثيير اشياء ولكن عكست وجهة نظري ١٨٠ درجة والله خالفو كل توقعاتي الله يعطيهم العافية

عياده سيئه بسبب دكتور عندهم اسمه حسان يتعامل مع الزبون بمنتهى قله الادب وماعنده صبر يشرح للعميل طريقه العلاج كانه احنا الي بنشتغل عنده مو دافعين فلوس عشان علاج حيوانتنا، اخر تعامل مع العياده رغم انه سنين اتعامل معاهم لكن بسبب هذا الدكتور حيكون اخر تعامل

Worst service ever! I brought my cat because I wanted to shave his hair and I they asked if I wanted a sedative and I told them if he needs it give him. They took him to a very dirty room and a very unprofessional worker sheaved his hair poorly and tortured him. And he was in a rush and he kept telling me he needed to go and it was a very very bad experience. After the finished I thought he was gonna give him a shower because I specifically asked for a shave and shower and he refused to shower him. Alsoooo my cat had lice and he didn’t tell me anything about it! Worstttttttt service and clinic ever and I honestly think they should close.

They were very helpful and careful with the animals and they’re the only vet I take my pets too

I am not sure where to start.
To sum up what I want to say, if they can't even treat their customers right how can we expect them to treat the pets in the right way!
VERY RUDE! And VERY INEXPERIENCED!
The vet is asking his assistant if they can perform a surgery? Ridiculous! What are you supposed to be doing there exactly? Watch videos on your phone? Because that's exactly what he was doing since we walked in until we walked out!
No words can describe the inhumane treatment to our pet.
I hope that this clinic would be closed soon as only then they won't be able to harm more pets!

2 thumbs up to Dis vet clinic in jeddah who only entertained and give attention to our poor cat who needs medical sutures due to lacerated wounds and considered it as an emergency! My cat was so weak already and dying. We tried to go europian vet clinic first but dey will only entertain clients with appointments dey dont accept emergency cases! We also tried Royal vet clinic (since these two clinics mentioned was with high rates and most recommended) but unfortunately we need to wait for our turn among those a lot of clients who went first just for consultation and vaccination! But in this clinic, Dr hassan a palestinian gave emergency treament right away and prioritized us. Alhamdulillah my cat is recovering now and i hope he will get well soon.in Shaa Allah.

انا اسف عشان بكتب الكومنت والتجربة دي للدكتور حسان بعد تعامل 10 سنين
للاسف كنت مفتكر انو العيادة كويسة والدكتور حسان فاهم كويس لكن بنيت كل الافكار هذي من تجارب بسيطة مثل حلاقة تطعيمات ارتفاع حرارة الخ.
وثقت فيه وسلمته قطتي يعمل لها عملية ازالة الرحم بسبب التهاب فالرحم وبعد مااستلمت القطة بدا ينزل منها دم ولما رجعت له قام وغسل مكان الدم والجرح بمويا! وبدا انتفاخ بطن القطة وكل يوم يعطيها مضادات حيوية لدرجة انه مايعطيها بنفسه يكلم الممرض يعطيها وللاسف ماادري ايش سار لها سارت ماتتحرك لكن بس تشرب مويا ماابالغ انها شربت صحنين فنفس اليوم يعني قاعده عالصحن تشرب وانا اصب وهي تشرب! وماتروح الحمام ولما ارجع له يزيدها مضاد حيوي لين ماتت
بعد ١٠ سنين انا اعتبره انو هو قتلها حرفياً لانه ماكان مهتم ولا فاهم ايش بيصير معها وكل مااسأل واقول شي يحاول يضيعني بالكلام ويقول طبيعي ويطمني بالكلام واطلع من عنده متطمن ومرتاح!
لين اليوم مو عارف سبب وفاتها ولكن هذي الاحتمالات واردة ، السبب فشل كلوي بسبب مضادات حيوية خاطئة او فتح الغرز الداخلية ونزيف داخلي ، لان بطنها سارت زي البالونه من ثاني يوم ، والقطة عاشت بعد العملية ٦ ايام
اذا تحبو حيواناتكم لاتروحو للعيادة دي حقيقي غير للتطعيمات هم كويسين فيها بس
