A hotel that deserves its 5 stars! Perfect location, opposite the haram in the abraje towers. An incredible stay, spacious room with attentive staff. I would like to personally thank Ms. Rawabi who was at reception and who facilitated all the procedures, the restaurant team in particular Moncef, Hamzah and Faisal. And the maintenance team, notably Alipo, who always left the rooms spotless. Finally, a big thank you to Mr. Director Talaat for his availability, his kindness and his attention. This hotel contributed enormously to ensuring that our pilgrimage was optimal. We will come back with pleasure during our next stay.stay from November 11 to 14 and from December 10 to 13.

We stayed here as a family in our first visit to Makkah. We booked a suite with Haram view. Seeing the Haram was great and practical, it allowed us to go schedule our visits before it gets so crowded.

The suite was great. The hotel staff is better than anything I’ve witnessed before. I used to travel a lot for work and stay at hotels all over the world. The genuine helpful-fulness of the staff here is nothing I’ve seen before. Room service is accommodating and responds promptly,
allowing you to make the best of your time in Makkah for Ibadah.

Stayed in room 928 stayed 4 nights wonderful experience, housekeeping did an amazing job, the bathroom was clean and the room smelt nice, it was our first time we will come back again and recommended people. Brother rizan was very helpful and will be there when you need him.

The hotel is near alharam making it easy to go for prayers.sevice and staff are cooperative and very helpful.the buffet is really good.i enjoyed my stay there and definitely i will try the hotel again

لقد أقمت في عشرات الفنادق في مكة المكرمة ، وكان سويسوتال على رأس قائمة أفضل التجارب على الإطلاق. كان الموظفون مضيافون للغاية وهناك لكل احتياجاتي. كان التدبير المنزلي مع فريق عمل محترف ، شكرًا خاصة للمشرف صالح سعيد ومنظف الغرفة أمين. أوصيت بهذا الفندق للجميع

One of the excellent hotel which I stay in Makkah room is very good which I stay cleanness of the room perfect bedding & room setup really superb also room aminities are good qualities which provides by housekeeping. تجربة لن تتكرر ،الفندق قدييييييييييم في الغرف والفرش وكل شئ،لا يوجد حوض بالغرفة للاستعمال اليومي،السعر مبااااااالغ فيه عالخدمات،الريسبشن جدا قديم والرائحة غير لطيفة أبدا وكأنها ريحة مطعم،الفندق ليس له مخرج مباشر من أبراج البيت مثل الفنادق الأخري،ولكن مخرجه المباشر من الشارع الجانبي
لا أرشحه لان الخدمات لا تقابل السعر أبدًا

I’ve been to this hotel more than once. The experience was amazing. The room service was very good. The place is very clean and staff is very nice. I Also would like to mention a specific staff that was very helpfully and made my experience so much better Abu Nasser. He works on both the 28 and 33 floor. He was very nice and very helpful. He did an excellent job with the room service. He made my experience in the hotel great. Can’t wait to come visit this hotel again and see Abu Nasser again!

الخدمة جداً جداً رائعة واسلوب الموظفة هنوف كان اكثر من رائع تستاهل اكثر من خمس انجم يعطيها العافية

الفندق بصراحة رائع وفخم والتجربة كانت قمة في الروعة من نظافة الفندق والترحيب الحار واستقبال الموظفين وأخص بالذكر الأخت رهف والأخت هنوف اللي قدموا لنا المساعدة والخدمة المطلوبة.
أنصح الجميع بالإقامة فيه بدون تفكير خصوصاً لو معاك عائلة يقدروا ينزلوا الحرم وانت متطمن، خطوتين وهم في الحرم، وعندهم بوفيه الإفطار منوع ولذيذ جداً.

موظفين الاستقبال جداً في قمه الذوق والاحترام وكان في الاستقبال هنوف ورغد في قمه الذوق والاحترام والفندق جداً جميل وراقي

Worst hotel ever we ordered an extra bed and they didn't bring it till 2 am and the bed was very dirty
I don't recommend anyone to stay in such hotel

من اجمل الفنادق التي زرتها من ناحيه الاستقبال كان لطيف جدا وسريع كان في استقبالي الاخت روابي مني لها الشكر على حسن تعاملها وموقع الفندق قريب من الحرم ويوجد مول ملاصق بالفندق ويتوفر فيه كل شي من سوبر ومطاعم واما من ناحية الغرفة فكانت في غاية النظافة شكرا للجميع الموظفين على حسن تعاملهم باخلاق عاليه. يستحق النجوم. وشكرا

The nearest hotel to kaabah door.for those that gonna bring oku family.i suggest to book here.u can also book for room view kaabah here. Hotel without iron.but really clean, excellent services.there's a lot of menu in restaurant.everything nice

I am staying at the Swissotel Makkah Al Maqam, Although I am writing this review for the Restaurant Al Khairate the buffet downstairs. I ate here and I am really happy with services that have been accommodated to me and my family. The young man that serves the chai named Saleh is doing a very great job he greeted me with hospitality and made sure all my needs were met this morning and gave me a great smile when I came in. Great employee. Overall the whole buffet is run well and greatly managed under Ahmed Agwa I talked to him about how much I enjoyed dining here and he greeted me with unmatched hospitality and made sure I was well satisfied here. He is a great guy. He is very good at what he does; a great supervisor. I would definitely come back here again.

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. I have enjoyed each time I've stayed there. Location is great. Many rooms have great views. Hotel has also great restaurants. Walking distance from a shopping mall, supermarket, food court and lots more. The hotel lobby is nice and staff is friendly. Parking can be hard sometimes.

للاسف خدعنا الفندق حجزنا عن طريق بوكنق وجميع حجوزاته غير قابل للاسترداد وعند وصولنا اكتشفنا ان الفندق مغلق ويقوم بتحويل النزلاء الى فندق سويس المقام الذي له موقع في بوكنق ايضا فتضطر ان تقبل به لان حجزك غير قابل للاسترداد

حجزت عن طريق ابلكيشن بوكينق وكان حجزي ثلاثة غرف مع اطلالة الحرم مع الاسف لما وصلت الساعة ٤ ما استلمت غير غرفة وحدة بحجة ان الغرف الثانية تحت التجهيز وجلست الين الساعه ٨ ولا سلّموني الغرفتين غير لما تواصلت مع السوبرفايزر وكانت بدون اطلالة وفندق سيء جدًا لحد يفكر يحجز فيه

Very convenient location close to Haram, very helpful and friendly staff, we were given Haram faced room without any extra charges a lovely view. Room are big and especially the luggage box room is very handy as it keeps your room clear of suitcases. Bath and toilets are very clean and spacious.
Only one area where there is room for improvement. The breakfast buffet has plenty of different items but if you are from South Asian subcontinent, then you will feel disappointed because mainly the dishes are either Arabic and some European. Also when it was busy, there was problem to find cutlery like teaspoons resulting in cold tea.
Overall a very good hotel and recommended to visit again.

I have booked the Swissotel Makkah through Expedia over a week ago. Since then, neither me or Expedia has been able to make any contact with Swissotel Makkah to ask some questions. We have made several attempts to call but there is no response. No one is answering the phone or responding to email. I have asked Expedia to raise this issue with Global reservations for the company as this is unacceptable. I have booked my ticket and hotel package through Expedia to visit for Umrah at the end of the month and am extremely insecure about my booking at this point. Based on some reviews from Booking.com, I am hearing that they are closed and relocating passengers to another property when they arrive however there is no such update on their corporate website or with Expedia. I will leave a follow up review once I receive a response from management regarding this issue.

ممتاز جدا وطاقم متعاون و ودود.
قريب من الحرم حوالي ١٢٠ متر على كلام الموظف.
نظيف وتكييفه ممتاز.
الافطار يوصل الغرفة يوجد افطار عربي و افطار أمريكي.
الغرفة نظيفة ودورة المياة نظيفة.
يوجد مياه وغلايه في الغرفة.
يوفر اطلاله بسيطة على الحرم.
يوجد واي فاي مجاني لكن بطيء نوعا ما.
بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز.

سيئ جدا. فيما يخص الاستقبال ومدير الفندق. تجربه لا اتمنى تكرارها. الفندق مقفل وتم تحويل الحجوزات على فندق آخر ولم يتم ابلاغنا حتى ولو برساله بسيطه. تم نقلنا لفندق سويس اوتيل المقام. نظافه سيئه واثاث قديم جدا ومهتري واستقبال سيئ

للأسف حجزت ودفعت عن بعد ولما حضرت للموقع لم أجد شيء لا فندق ولا غيره اتصلت على الرقم لا أحد يرد كل الفنادق التي بجواره ردوا ألا هو فندق أنجم وفندق المقام ألا ذا الفندق سويت أوتيل مكة لا وجود له ولا يرد على هاتفه

الموظف الخلوق جدا محمد الشريف حضرت مبكرا وحجزي كان غرفة مطلة ولسوء حظي لم تكن متوفرة وطلبت منا الموظة الانتظار وانتظرنا بعد ماشافنا الاستاذ محمد جالسين لفترة طويلة حاول يعرض علينا غرفة باربع السرة كانت الموظفة قد عرضتها علينا من قبل وكنا متخوفين ماتكون الاطلالة جميلة ويكون عليها رسوم وحل لنا الثلاث مشاكل اعطانا الغرفة بانورامية جدا جميلة وضم لنا السرير وشرح لنا ان مابياخذو رسوم علينا فقط لراحتنا فاحرجني واخجلني بكرمه واقنعني بعد ماكنت رافض الشكر له ولمديره مايحضرني اسمه

My first stay at Swisshotel Makkah. It was a wonderful short stay with a great, almost completely unobstructed (my fault!), view of the Kaaba. Haifa, Rawabi and Adel at reception were friendly, inviting and helpful and Ibrahim at room service was very accommodating and attentive. Very likely my go-to place for Makkah trips.

اشكر الاستاذ محمد الشريف لتعاونه وتسهيل اجرائات الحجز والدخول المبكر عبر الجوال بعد رفض احدى الاخوات التواصل معي عند طلب ابنتي لم ارد من الوالد الدفع او معرفة سعر الحجز وكانت لدينا معضلة الاختبارات النهائية ونحتاج استلام الغرفة مبكرا بسبب الاختبارات ولم تكن متوفرة فساعدنا وسلمهم الغرف بجانب بعض مع اطلالة جميلة جدا واضاف لهم الفطور مع خصم وطلبت منه ارسال شخص لمساعدتهم بحكم انها اول سفرة لهم وارسل شخص معهم الى الغرف فشكرا له ولنا عودة باذن الله

I strongly recommend booking in Swissotel. All my family love this hotel when we visit Mecca for Ummrah

الاوتيل ممتاز وينصح فيه لكن لا يوجد اطلالات على الحرم فقط على الكعبة اذا حجزتوا في اداور مرتفعه حتى لو كان مكتوب بالبوكنق مثلاً.

الاكل ممتاز + الخدمة رائعة (اشكر الاستاذ امير متعاون جدًا ويحاول يرضي النزلاء بتجربتهم)

We stayed att Swissotel Makkah for 1 week, everything was great as expected, specially location. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of variety, but lacked a little bit variation, was almost same everyday.
Staff were very nice and helpful specially Mr Atif at concierge section. Duty manager Mr Fahad was very helpful and one of the main reasons of making my stay at hotel great. As long as he is working there i will always chose Swissotel.

Close to masjid and exit from the side aswell as inside the clock tower. Food was excellent. Service was good and foreign hotel staff was friendly, the arab staff not so much (learn english please).

But it was a good experience and I would stay here again.

Stayed here in 2017, was travelling with elderly parents to perform Umrah. The hotel was just brilliant, the location was around 300 yards from the Haram and ideal for the elderly travelling to and from the Haram performing the Umrah Rituals.

The cleanliness of the accommodation and facilities were next to none. We had a room facing the Kabbah, what an amazing site that was!

The buffet breakfast, “Well what can I say! The variety was amazing. I don’t think I could identify all the dishes they were so plentiful.

If shopping is a key feature of you pilgrim then rest assured you won’t get a better hotel than this! The back exit goes straight into the clock tower mall.

Hopefully will be blessed to visit again soon!

للاسف مستواه نزل من ناحيه النظافه وراح ارفع عليهم شكوى الاربعاء اللي راح تنظفت غرفتي وانسرق الذهب اللي معي كله وراح اخذ حقي منهم باذن الله

Went to this hotels asked at the desk if we would get a kabah view room the guy said its extra and that we did not book it. I was fine with that so it was not a problem then basically dont know how the guy took us to a kabah view room it was amazing and I really really appreciated it. On the 3rd day I paid to get the internet for my child to watch cartoons. My wife went down and paid for it with the payment came 3 devices. She only got the password on 1 device and the guy put the password into the phone so it could be used with the internet they told her to come back later with the other 2 devices and they will put the internet password in them 2. After prayer I came back and went down with the 2 devices for internet when I went down they were confused and claimed I had not had paid for internet. This was tragedy as one device was being used with the internet. Basically I came up took he device and showed them. When I showed them the internet working they went quite now they demanded for me to show them who took the money. At this point I told them. I dont want the internet as if you think I came all this way to lie and cheat you off money to get free internet. So I told him even though I paid for it I dont want the internet it's about principle I have not come on holiday to rob internet and get it for Free and clearly I have paid for it or else how would it work on 1 phone. I called my wife and she showed me the guy who she gave the money to. The manager got embarrassed and they boy said he accidentally forgot to put the money in the till. I walked off the next day they sent an envelope with the wifi password and complemetry drinks. After that the manger kept saying sorry. Man health with it in a good way said. Could have been worse

We spent almost 5 nights there with my family. Well i must say our over all expectations was pleasant. Check In and check out process was very smooth. Room cleaning service was quick enough. Located within the mall where you may find lot of shopping centers and shops. About 4-5 mins walk to haram. Requested for room have haram view which was about 300SR per night additionally. Breakfast was so good. All rooms and corridors have public address system where you can hear adhan and pray. However i must say elevators are so busy there and there are queues over there which needs improvement. Expecting to go there soon Insha Allah again and to have room with Haram View.

Stayed in Swissotel Makkah with my family and it was a great experience. Excellent customer services and very smooth check in process. Rooms were very cleaned and spacious. I must say that location is a bit far as compared to hotels on the front side of the mall. Almost 5 to 7 mins walk to haram

I've stayed in swissotel makkah many times breakfast is good beds are comfy just some times take alot of time bringing something

Stayed here for our Umrah trip, our stay was very unpleasant, rooms were very dark during day and toilets were very small and service was very poor. We also felt unwelcome there. Never going to stay here for our Future trips. We stayed in Hilton Makkah aswell and they are alot better.

This is probably one of the worst hotels to stay in Makkah. Their customer service at the front desk is awful. The rooms are not entirely clean either - we moved the centre table to make some room and there was rubbish and chewing stains under it.
