SEPHORA - Haifaa Mall

Very very bad store when i am in the cashier the cashier directly punch the item that I want not even asking me if what i will use to pay she directly punch as a cash and im only bringing Atm card the ending she escorted me in the atm machine to withdraw too much bad experience

The product is excellent but the attendant people is very bad

There are more than 5 employees, and the store was empty. Noone approached and asked me if i need anything. They were chatting and laughing. I approached 2 of the staff to get what i want, one said that its not available and the other was not sure. They were very unfriendly and they definitely have no experience in customer service.

لما جيت اشتري مسكرا حواجب من بنفت بالحجم الصغير عايرتني الموظفة بحجة تقنعني بالحجم الاكبر وقالتلي بالحرف "اذا ماعندك ميزانية هذ شي ثاني" بأسلوب وقح سيئ جدًا عيب عليها حقيقي الموظفات يعكسو وجه البراند ياليت تهتمو لانو الموظفات هما إنعكاسكم للمحل

طلبت من الموظفه عينة قالت اشتري اول قلت لها لا اعطتني عينة وحده اقولها الثانيه تقول لا مو مسموح واسلوبها مرا سيئ وخلتني اكلم المديرة وقالت لي يا تشتري واعطيك يا اطلعي معليش لازم يتغيرو اسلوبهم سيئ مرا وتعاملهم سيئ كأني طالبه العينة بفلوسها ترا من التستر مجانًا

مكان جميل وراقي وتعامل اكثر من جيد من قبل الموظفات ورداً على تعليق العميلة التي تقول لماذا لانتحدث اللغة الانجليزية انتي في بلدنا ولسنا مجبورين للتحدث بلغتكم عندما نكون في بلادكم سمتحدث بلغتكم وعندما تكونون في بلادنا تحدثو بلغتنا

Sephora in Haifaa mall doesn’t have professional staff.
They don’t speak English & can’t help you to choose the perfect product. Like in UAE they will try on you any product.
Here they will just stand and follow you all the time you are in store like security‍️.
Another issue whenever I use my Sephora points card even when I purchased 500 SAR +
They will never give me a tester I’m not talking about gift which they supposed to give us every 200 Points!
What’s wrong with you guys? You don’t know what profession work is? Shall I beg you for testers? Or remind you everytime?
My opinion you should change stuff & train them well so they will be professionals!

اكثر فرع يعجبني بس يعيبه مافيه ماركة شانيل والمسؤولة فيه اسمها رنيم قمة في الذوق واللطف والترحيب بالعميلات وتقديم المساعده في الشراء

هذا الفرع فيه موظفه مميزة اسمها وعد خالد في تعاملها معايا كانت حبيت اشكرها عبر الاراء هنا وتعرف الادارة بذلك اغلب الفروع امرها بصراحه بس هذي البنت ساعدتني في طلبي وكانت جدا متجاوبه واي احد يروح يسال عنها شكرا سيفورا
