The shop has a variety of Scuba gears and accessories, as well as diving and snorkeling sports essential equipments. Mr. Ashraf was so professional and helpful.

At the back of the shop were training and PADI courses are held, the swimming pool was great in size with shade to make the training even more convenient during the summer days. My experience generally was great on my 1st PADI open water course. However, great attention should be paid to the toilet and shower area.

We visited the shop 2 times during the advertised “open” times and it was closed. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I was buying some starter equipment for scuba diving in other shops in Jeddah and was quite disappointed about the service they provide. Then, I got several recommendations to go to Scuba Master, and I did. The selection and quality of the products were rocking me. But the highlight was Eyad. He actually supported my BCD and regulator purchases in the most professional way. He provided many information about the products, rated the fit to my body and even assembled and checked the regulator for direct usage. Both thumbs up. For any further equipment shopping, there is only one choice for me: Scuba Master. Keep on going, guys!

Unprofessional. I bought a lot of stuff for diving from them. And my computer became broken after short time (5-7 dives). Even from begging battery was shown half charge. Which I noticed them.
When came back to return or replace they told me they don’t know when it will be replaced or repaired. Just give it back.
The attitude towards buyers not professional. Policy and regulations regarding their own company (SCUBAPRO) unknown.

A very good shop, for sure one of the best in Jeddah. The service is excellent and Eyad will welcome you on a very nice way. He knows perfectly his domain and will advice you for your needs. He provides high quality items.

بعيدا عن كونه وكيل سكوبابرو وأسعارها المرتفعة وهي بصراحة تستحق لجودتها. الموظفون خاصة إياد لديهم معرفة واطلاع في منهجيات الغوص، كما لديهم معرفة بالاجهزة والفروقات بينها بشكل علمي، وليس مجرد كلام لا يسمن ولا يغني من جوع كما هي حال البعض. وفوق هذا كله، المعلومات التي قد تستغرق منك وقتا للحصول عليها، تجدها هنا على طبق من ذهب حتى لو لم تشتر. شيئا. أنا أقول هذا الكلام من واقع تجربة.
