Rawdat Al Khalil Hotel

For people visiting from Pakistan: If you're agent suggest you to stay here please request a change. The owners and staff are always angry, no manners to talk to guests. The general ambience is very bad. There are plenty of other options please go for them.

Hotel rooms are Ok, distance from Haram is a bit far but the staff and owners behaviour is a huge Turn off.

Personal Experience: My agent from Pakistan paid the money in advance but at the time of checkout while we were leaving for the airport, the counter person told me to pay the money because he didnt knew the agent, the name was mentioned on the room slip. Another staff member came in and told me that it has been paid. Imagine the tension when you're leaving for the airport on your last day.

The hotel is good but very noisy, the cleaners are not trained when to clean. Rooms are very small and the reception and customer service team are low in ratings

Small room, much congested, temperature good, more than 10 mins walks from Al Haram. Worth less than paid.

The owner and management is very rude the room service does not exist, the only good thing is location.

Overall, not that good. (Distance aroung 1200 meters to HARM)
1. Bad staff behavior.
2. Rude & fight attitude of staff
3. Small hotel.
4. Small rooms.
5. Noisy rooms, as located on main road with heavy traffic.
6. Rooms were small but clean, AC & Heaters were working.

Its almost a 10 minutes walk from haram, but the hotel is good and all facilities are best, including wifi, washrooms bedrooms etc

Satisfied with the room and hotel staff is friendly. Almost 1 km from haram.
Shop's are on walking distance

First of all the hotel staff is rude and annoying. They don't clean rooms and washroom daily or weekly. They don't offer complimentary breakfast. Rawdat al Khalil don't give towels and water. Such a bad experience. I should not recommend this rawdat al Khalil.
