Alhamdulillah Very Nice and Hygienic conditions, Though it's little far 3 KM from Haram Masjid, but also Available Free Bus Transportation from Hotel to Haram Makkah Al Mukarram for every 10 minutes which is ease and convenience for Hajis. The Best part you feel relaxed from chaos around Haram. All facilities available within building like salon mini grocery store Masjid for prayers and Buffet Restaurant for all within marginal prices.
Outside area is also developing with shopping outlets nearby hotel so that no visitors should miss any shopping items upon their visit.

Same experience very lovely place of worshipping Allah the most safe place on earth

Worst experience ever, I had a booking for a single room for one person, they provide me a room with five single beds and there was no space to move around, They don't even provide basic facilities No wifi, No handwash or soap available, no tissue in washroom, no towels provided, I open the closet and I find there a fridge plugged out, wasn't working may be from years, smells like ****. The mattress on the bed is literally of the worst quality, harder than a stone?
there is no phone provided to contact the reception about room service or any other concern.
Complained at the reception, but they don't pay any attention. Got my money succesfully wasted as I pay 150 sr per day.

لاتوجد خدمة خمسة افراد فى غرفة لاتعرف تتحرك بالغرفة لاتعرف تصلى بالغرفة بعيد عن الحرم. من الاخر خيار سئ.
