I'm a new biker and wanted to install my new bike on indoor trainer, the team was very supportive and they perfectly installed it and did the necessary adjustments & alignments for a smooth ride.

It’s inside a compound not a workshop in street. Plus they close by 6 pm not 7 pm. Last, he assumes that any customer should call them to allow them in!

Super professional, knowledgeable and friendly Jojo. Excellent service. It is my place to go for bike maintenance. Reasonable rates as well. Highly recommended.

I love this place. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A friend recommended them to me and I knew I was in good hands. Friendly experiences staff with knowledge of bikers needs. Had my road bike tuned up already and it's in tip top condition. Highly recommend!

Firstly, when I was setting up my trainer and it didn't come with a cassette I had no idea what I was going to do. Someone referred my to proservice and Jojo showed up at my house 10 MINUTES later and set up the whole bike and trainer. This speed of service is virtually unheard of in Jeddah, so I was very pleasantly surprised to say the least. Secondly, Jojo gave my bike some fitting tweaks and it really helped with my form and performance. I highly recommend this bike mechanic service, they teach you a lot and set you up for success.

By far the best Maintanace in Jeddah. Jojo is keen and always doing a great job. He is most definitely the go to guy for bike maintenance in jeddah.
