Excellent place. Handled my scared huskies well during grooming & shower.

Also has good wet & dry cat & dog food. As well as beds for them & cat scratchers. And collars & leashes. And adorable bowls & coasters
One Coaster even looks like a cat we have.

I’m very pleased with their grooming service. Friendly, professional and super kind staff! All of them! My Pomeranian is an epileptic dog, who gets seizures around strangers, but not with Melvin who was super caring and kind. The entire team are completely professionally friendly!

Place really comfortable, staff are welcome, but sometimes they didn't give me receipt if I pay by cash allready 2 times.

First time here and loved the place.groomed my puppy and bought some stuff it's a really good place for your pets little expensive but really good teething toys as my baby loves to eat everything and accessories, good staff especially Mr. Sheikh, he knows everything about the products and pets take his second opinions when it comes to vet.inshallah will come again

They don’t groom puppy below 6 month old. They are saying they move too much. But the accessories is nice there just not for puppy nipping. It breaks easily.
For cats there is too much collection of toys.
When you are here please ask for Mr. Abdul, he is very friendly guy with the customers.

Good place for grooming and imported pet supplies the only problem they start grooming after 12pm and always busy schedule

Worst place to ever go to. The employees doesnt understand the difference between a hair cut and a shave. Thier manager has the worst customer service skill ever.

تم زيارة المكان وتم الدفع للعناية الكاملة للقط وتفاجأنا بتدني مستوى الخدمة حيث أنه يمنع الدخول لمكان العناية بالقطط وهذا أمر مقلق وغير مريح بعد ذلك استلمنا القط ولم يتم عمل الحلاقة كاملة لأطرافه الاربعه هذا غير انه لم يتم تنظيف اذنين القط ازعجنا هذا كثيراً ولن نعود مرة اخرى وسيتم التحذير من هذا المكان.

Good pet shop for cats and dogs supplies (mostly from the UK). Friendly staff with good customer service. Parking is an issue though, but they allow you to park in front of their store if available.

Prices are overrated and the quality isn't up to the prices. Shopping online with the same items is definitely an alternative better choice.

Would be my regular go to for my pets.

However, the Pakistani/Saudi I don't know cashier is kinda rude and grumpy.

When I first walked in it looked like the cutest shop for my pets the workers where extremely kind

Great shop. Can get pet supplies, like collars, bed, engraved tag's. Also wash pets, cats, dogs.

Amazing place. I took my puppy for a full grooming and I’m so happy I picked this place. The shop itself is so cute and very clean. The staff are all very nice and welcoming to us and to the pup. I dropped him for one hour and he was so happy, clean and beautiful when I came back. They are very well stocked with everything you need for your pet as well as some very cute extras such as clothes. I also got a tag for my dog which you can engrave with his name and phone number right there on the spot in less than 5 minutes. Yes, you might pay more here then in other places but it’s so very worth it! For the cleaniness, the treatment and overall experience i give 5 stars and I will always go back. I really wish they had a vet as well.
