Pakistan International Airlines office

They don't answer the phone calls. They pick up the phone just to hang it up without answering. When I visited the office, the two guys were chit-chating, sitting, and doing nothing as if there were no clients.
No need of this office, as it is a burden on our aconomy. There are many private agencies that give efficient and satisfactory services.

Don't use this airline very dangerous and always delaying flights

even i don't want to give star because of no star i cant post

I'm Mudassr Riaz, My flight was delayed in jeddah. I visited PIA Jeddah office where Dear Mr. Imran deal with professional atitude and much supportive. So' Dear Imran i am very thankful to you.

My flight was divert in Islamabad due to fog situation in lahore. I visited PIA Jeddah office where Mr. Imran deal with professional atitude and much supportive. Great gentleman.

All international PIA departures from Jeddah Is from Hajj terminal due to high traffic or overload so confirm before going to Airport from PIA OFFICE AND FLIGHT STATUS AS WELL

Extremely unsataisified by the most unethical and mismanaged, lying management i have ever faced.
Imran Waheed Country Manager Saudia arabia and Sales Manager Raja Qamar.
These guys are very big lying faces of PIA in Jeddah.
My flight got cancelled and was after 2 days, my Hotel wont let me stay extra as they were fully booked and same with the neighbouring hotels. I called Raja Qamar and Imran Waheed (who are the main representatives of PIA)
they told me to come to airport on your flight time and you will be sent to Hotel provided by PIA.
The lying Raja Qamar said that dont worry we have 100s of workers at airports and they will
Assist you. When i went to airport with my mother there was nobody and we waited 8hrs at airport just sitting. 2 people came in the evening and we waiting whole day for them.
During this I called countless times both Imran waheed (country manager) and Raja qamar (sales manager) and nobody picked up.
Imran waheed said once he picked that cab is coming to pick you up and we waited for 5 hrs and nobody came and he never picked up my call again. I called him atleast 50 times.
Thus we ended up waiting whole day for the PIA staff to come to airport.

At Airport PIA staff Muhammad Sher said that Imran waheed and Raja qamar are liars and lunatics they have no authority blah blah so we will send you on a different flight transiting from different place and will not give you hotel. Our flight was after 12 hrs and we stayed whole day on airport. When asked for refreshment, Mohammad sher said my boss said there is no refreshment provided by PIA. Though its written on the PIA site that refreshment and hotel will be provided where there is long wait.

Will never ever fly again with PIA and will always tell everyone to avoid it.

Note the names of these Liars who are defaming and devaluing PIA on international level.

Pathetic service. I am a pakistani but i will be honest that their service is not at all good. And there is only a single person as a representative.

It was my first experience with PIA but it was good, cooperative staff and comparatively local offices it was much better

Very cooperative representative. Experience here is / would usually be time consuming as there’s only one representative attending customers.

I am not sure if they relocated, but when I visted their office at this location 2 months ago, it was such a bad experiance. The place was way understafed, there was only one customer service agent. The ticket system to determine whos turn it is to serve was not working and the agent was relying on his memory. The waiting area was vary limited, I was standing the entire time.
