I did reviewed this place more than year ago and haven’t got a response from the management till this moment and should have a reflection of attitude don’t know what is the excuse but that’s why saying the service is very important and this is why they should show a respect to their audience is important as well.

good work Is the key for success.

Quality & Service are two faces for one currency.

My special gratitude to Nancy for her great job and swift response in service.

Unfortunately Nancy she left this place. And went to a competitor Restaurant.
With my review to this place as well.

I would like to bring up as well the valet parking “Matrix” for both people are working there are doing great job and having a wonderful service experience with everyone.

اكلت السوشي مره جميل وكمان السلطه كانت لذيذه غيره الخدمه والموظفين ماشاء الله كل شئ على أكمل وجه

The place is so fanceyyy they have so nice tables really crowded so u should reserve a table but if u go in the school days and work days like what I did we didn't reserve, I recommend sushi lobster crab salad lobster brioche and much more I won't write cause I'm lazy to write half of the stuff we ate but now for desserts I recommend chocolate fondue it's so yummy u can go there at like 8 or 7 or 9 ur choice hope u go there

I am one of the regular customers for a long time.but I don’t know the reception staff today. I think today they did not receive me because of the dress, although I entered in similar clothes 4 times before and the dress is not shorts, just Gucci pants and a Gucci T-shirt, but today pay attention to me and this is the last time I visit a restaurant that does not respect its customers

A fancy place like this I should atleast get the food faster!
I waited for 46 minutes to get the order.food is OK but nothing is so special about it

It remains one of the best options available. The service is OK and the food is mostly good.

Excellent ambiance, service is good, quality of food 7/10.
One issue though floor manager its bc I had my drink spilled on my close by a waiter and he/she didn’t even bother to pass by and offer any assistance or apologies.
I think for a 2400 SR meal a floor manager action is crucial.

The old Nozomi, the name changed but the food is almost the same. This is one of the best places in Jeddah. The food is immaculate

Too bad service.

Reserved a table a day ahead, and waited an hour before getting a table.asked to see the manager, no one showed up!

Comments on the Service,
1. Waiter poured water, and dripped outside the cup
2. Took the sou sauce, served two other tables, and put the soy sauce bottle back on our table
3. Served the salad, and not the silverware, got the sticks only, still no manager showed up.
4. Ordered 1 sushi plate, got 3 on the table, had 2 removed and serviced two other tables, then took one of the plates from the next table to serve a fourth table!
5. Almost done with food, the manager didn’t show up, asked two other waiters to meet him.

Totally disrespectful. Restaurants should respect their reservation or not take them at all.

I had a confirmed reservation and came on time but had to wait for an hour! Thats really disrespectful to your regulars. Thats a bad sign.

Not able to describe how the front staff are unprofessional, definitely you deserve less than one star.
I had a booking and they didn't allow me to enter saying there is no tables are available, they kept me waiting over a 35 minutes in the car.

The service is very bad waiting for 30 minutes and no one call although they inform you that your table will be reserved for only 15 minutes!

3-سوفت شيل كراب كان لذيذ و مقدم فوق صوص سبايسي مايونيز

4-واغيو سلايدرز طلب دسم و لذيذ وطعم اللحم مميز

5-جيوزا الدجاج طبق ممتاز مافيه ولا غلطة مليان نكهات الصلصلة المقدمة مع الطبق مثالية ورفعت الطبق طبق كامل

6-اويستر تمبورا طبق مو موجود فالمينيو اسالو عنه لذيذ جدا والايستر مطبوخ بطريقة رائعة والصلصة لذيذة

7-كاليفورنيا رول عادي و اقل من مستوى باقي الاكل ولا انصح فيه لان مافيه شي مميز

8-شان سان رول على العكس تماماً هنا الرول مميز ومن كثر ما هوا لذيذ ما يحتاج صويا صوص

9-بلاك كود الطبق الاكثر طلبا السمك مطبوخ بطريقة رائعة و التتبيلة رهيبة لكن للاسف ما عجبني السمك نفسه له رائحة غريبة (ريحة بحر) شفته الطبق الاضعف فالتجربة

10-والحلا ايتون ميس حلو العرض الي يسووه وقت تقديم الطلب والحلا منعش ولذيذ ولكن فيه قطع مارشميلو وقطع جيلي خربت قوام الحلا وقللت من متعة الطبق و قطع الجيلي جدا قاسي و المارشميلو صار رطب كانه انكب عليه ماء

بشكل عام المطعم جداً مميز واجواء المطعم جميلة والخدمة رائعة اكيد ما حتكون زيارتي الاخيرة وانصح فيه وبشدة

مشروب كامل ولا غلطة بداية من التقديم مرة رهيييييب انتهاء بالطعم قد ايش لذيذ ومنعش وكل شي واضح طعمه ولكن بدون ما يطغى

طبق اخر مثالي ولا غلطة الدجاج مطبوخ كما يجب النكهات خرافية طعم الشوي واضح الدجاج طري و الصوص المقدم معاه كمل الطبق

هذا الطبق ما اعرف ايش ممكن اكتب عنه الصوص خيالي والبطاطس مرة رهيبة وقطعة اللحم مطبوخة زي ما طلبت ولكن اللحم مافيه طعم ابدا بشكل عام الطبق عادي وما حكررة

10-رز بالفطر
هذا الطبق مفاجأة بالنسبة لي انفجار من النكهات مليان مكونات وكل مكون واضح ورغم اني ما احب الكمأة الا انه عجبني

11-كريم بروليه
كان نهاية سعيدة ااااخ قد ايش لذيذ وشكله جميل حبيت المانجو سفير الموجودة حرفيًا حفلة فالفم ️️️

بشكل عام الاكل ممتاز والتجربة كلها خيالية

مطعم شيك جدا الجمبري كان تحفه السوشي ممتاز و العصير مهيتو ده رائع اما الواغيو كان بارد و معجبنيش خالص.

So unprofessional! Staff are so rude, we waited for one hour even though we had a reservation, they would let some people in even without reservations! Never seen a restaurant with this attitude. Don’t go unless you want to be treated this way. There are so many places much more worth visiting than this restaurant. I would rate this place even less than a star.

Nice atmosphere and good tasting food. IMO it's a little overpriced for the size of the portions.

Excellent place for a special occasion like an anniversary or a birthday, they have a wife variety of foods for all tastes and the drinks are exquisite. Bare in mind the prices are steep but you get what you pay for

I love this restaurant and it is one of my favorite restaurants all the staff is amazing and very busy restaurant but I love it thanks to the amazing manager Mahmoud️

Interesting restaurant with Japanese dishes mixed with Italian such as burrata. The food is good in a sophisticated ambiance. Good service as well.

Nice atmosphere, delicious food but you should know what you want to order.
I recommend Mix berries mojito, Spring Chicken, Wagyu fillet and Crispy duck & watermelon.
The restaurant is highly recommended.

المطعم جيد ولكن اخر تجربة كانت سيئة للغاية حجزنا الساعة ١١ يقلي والله لسة الطاولات فل وانتظرنا ساعة اضافية لا والعذر يقول ما اقدر اقل للناس يطلعو. وقت الحجز واضح انه الطاولة حدها ساعتين

تجربة جداً سيئة ومعاملة اسوأ من موظف الاستقبال (البخاري) فهو لايمت للذوق والادب بصله ويفتقر للّباقة وصلنا للمطعم باول تجربة له واستقبلنا الموظف عند الباب ورفض دخولنا قطعيا مبيناً ان المطعم بنظام الحجز كان من المفترض ان يوضح المطعم ذلك سواءً في قوقل او لافته على باب المطعم منعاً لاحراج الزبائن.

جودة الطعام اختلفت عن السابق مطعم نزومي. و لازالت الاسعار لم تتغير مرتفعه مهما كانت الشريحة المستهدفة

Very small quantity of food.even the sushi it should be enough for 2 but it barley enough for 1 person.and the prices are ridiculously high.i ended up feeling hungry this place is not worth it even the light is so dim u can’t see clearly. & the sliders are so overrated fr.

They have a policy of not allowing guests in even if they have empty tables. You need to call in and make a reservation.
Reception only handles reservations and have no visibility on table availability.

السعر غالي ولكن المكان بدون أدنى تفكير يستحق وجميل وأكل لذيذ وهادي والموسيقى لطيفة وتعامل العاملين ايضًا شي يُشهد لهم به

رفض و احنا جايين من مسافة بعيدة جدا ولم يذكرو ضرورة الحجز ليلا ف موقع المطعم رعونة

هذا المطعم الي يقااال فاره غااالي جدااا ولكن كل شئ رائع على الإطلاق من أكل لخدمه لمكان عني لاأمانع بالعوده مرارا وتكرارا من الأخر بطل الابطااال

ديكور ممتاز جدا موقع ممتاز جدا بس مع الاسف الاكل سيء جدا جميع الاكل في المطعم وغالي جدا ولا يستحق هذه المبالغ الى يندفع فيه اقل من عادي

For appetizers, I would recommend the spicy edamame (it’s mildly spicy but adds a good flavor), popcorn shrimp and for wasabi lovers, I would order the volcano shrimp instead and lastly the Japanese crispy rice.

Gyozas are a must in any Japanese restaurant so remember to try their black cod & tiger prawn gyoza.

For Salads, I usually go with their crispy duck and watermelon salad but yesterday I was wowed by the grilled avocado salad (an absolute delicacy for truffle lovers) or maybe I was just too hungry.

For main dishes, I recommend the black cod, Chilean sea-bass with spiced rice (if you’re not ordering the sea-bass try their sautéed mushrooms rice).

Last but not least, just go with the fruit you like better, try the banana peanut crumble or the date cake and bonne appétit!

Who would have thought that their food is pretty amazing. At first i thought wow The most expensive Japanese restaurant in the middle east and its because of the Amazing and exquisite Quality done in their ingredients.
Their Manager was very polite, thoughtful and welcoming. I wish we would have more managers that were very understanding and experienced dealing with Saudi’s

واحد من اهم مطاعم جدة، راقي واكل فاخر. ديكور جيد، خدمة اقل من المطلوب والمتوقع من مطعم مثل هذا الاسم. بس لازم زيارات أخرى إِن شآءَ اٌلله.

The GM - hosts - servers very worst attitude, absolutely no respect for the guests desire, they need alot of learning & educating about how to treat the guests, the food is not good, the servers was so bad, my last visit for me of course! The worst experience i had in all jeddah.

Too much noise for nothing actually. Yes the food is very good, the service is fine, (the reception area people are horrible, we are guests, not their buddies!) the prices comparing to quality overall are far too expensive, I went 2 times and both times I had the same feeling.too much wanabe!

Hands down the best restaurant in Jeddah. Extremely pricey but cannot thank them enough. I cannot start on appreciating all their dishes but their mushroom rice is definitely to die for. Jeddah needs more places like this!

الأجواء خياليه لكن الاسعار مرتفعه والمطعم مستهدف للطبقه المخمليه بصراحه اعجبني الاستقبال وحسن التعامل

لذيذ و لكن كمياته جداً قليلة و محدودة. الطاولة ليس عليها نفرش او بساط. الملاعق و الأكواب تتزحلق هنا وهناك.

I have been there twice, once for lunch and the second time for dinner with my wife and we will defiantly repeat the experience.

The environment and atmosphere is awesome, staff are professional and friendly, sushi is fresh and really good, the food also is really good but I expected it to be slightly better, the place is a bit pricey but not over exaggerated.

My favourite Japanese fine dining restaurant, you have to try the duck watermelon salad plus the wagyu beef

This is Jeddah's fanciest resturant. So even with a 3 star rating it better than most places.

However looking at what this resturant is trying to be there is a consistency issue and quality issue with some of the dishes.

Given that I'd still come back when I need a fancy night out.

The waiters absolutely not well trained of how to manage the table and how to approach the guests for a restaurant considered fine cuisine. Nothing wow it’s just a fine cuisine with lovely atmosphere

The place is amazing 5 stars service so clean and neat waiters, the food is good but not the best, the fresh juices are amazing and real taste, I would like to visit again, but expensive.
