He was always quick to bring us what food we wanted, as well as extras that made our breakfast great. The food for breakfast was great with a large range of options and the service of everyone working there is great!

موقع الفندق رائع قريب من الحرم. الغرف جيده يبيلها تجديد الأثاث و عمل صيانه للدوره المياه أجلكم الله. الخدمه اكثر من رائعه. أخذنا مع الحجز الفطور. كان جدا رائع ومتنوع في مطعم النسيم عندهم وقام خدمتنا شاب لطيف اسمه عبدالرحمن ستار. بسراحه ماقصر خدمتنا وللي حولنا من ضيوف الرحمن

Housekeeping stuff Md Naeem is very helpful, friendly and cooperative. Always doing his work with a smile on his face and makes us feel welcome. His cleaning of our room, bathroom and the reception area is exceptional. He’s also careful to replenish any missing items in the room, like water, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.

الفندق بأبراج الساعه للأسف الشديد طلبت بطانيه احضروا لي بطانيات متسخه الغرف ضيقه جداً جداً لدرجة لااجد مكان للصلاه اوالإضاءه ضعيفه جداً دورات المياه ضيقه وتنبعث منها رائحه لايوجد عازل صوت بين الغرف تسمع أصوات الغرفه المجاوره وبوضوح وتنتشر رائحة الدخان من فتره لأخرى موظفين الفندق متعاونين اول تجربه ولن اكررها وسوف اغادر الفندق لغيره الأفطار ممتاز اود ان أُشكر الموظفه مبروكه الحربي على حسن تعاملهم واخلاصها بتقديم المساعده للنزلاء

Alhamdulillah very hospitable atmosphere up to date service and really enjoyed my stay. Room and bathroom clean very good staff yousuf so helpful and friendly inshallah we come back again in movenpick makkah.

I want to share my experience in Hajar restaurant in Movenpick Hotel
The food was tasty. Also the staff were amazing, kind and helpful specially Inran Ahmed and Aminul Islam and Mr nidal.

It's the best hotel near al haram I loved it and the view of Kaba wow amazing and the restaurants especially thanks to Fahad Mohammed nd the supervisor mr sameer alfi who've been very kind and humble person keep it up thank you:)

Alhamdulillah everything was very nice and the service at breakfast especially was impeccable. Abdul Sukkur gave 10/10 service. He served me and my wife karak chai every morning. There were some mornings where he had it ready for us before we sat down. Honestly, he was so good to us and we're so grateful. Inshallah if we come back to Makkah we will book Mövenpick again.

I had an amazing experience at Movenpick Makkah, thanks to the gentlemen Mr. Saud who served us with hiss great hospitality and care that made us even extend our stay; the food was so delicious and I would highly recommend this place to anyone and please leave the negativity and visit this place to experience their great service and hospitality! I am stay in movenpick hotel.room no 3133,3134 every day clean my room nicely. Room boy Sahajan and Nazmul both are my frend and floor supervisor Sahajan also Very good everybody are nice person innshalla
I will came back agen.

Check in took much more time
after check in, luggage took about one hour to be delivered to rooms
My car was parking in front of hotel gate and after check in, I went to take it and found a traffice receipt by 100 SR from traffic man who told me that the bell man who is responsible for parking told them that car isn't belonging to Movenpick guests, So, he add the receipt on my car
I extended one night and when come to reception asked my to pay first night again
very bad experience this time

الفندق 5 نجوم بكفاءة،الطعام شهي ومتنوع ،المنتسبين والخدمات شيء رائع جدا"،ومثال بسيط انغلقت لدي الخزنة الرقمية ليلا " فارسلوا لي خبير الى الطابق العاشر خلال دقيقة واحدة فقام بفتحها ولم يقع نظره لحظة واحدة على ما بداخل الخزنة. وعندما تتصل بالمطعم يصل الطعام طازج خلال خمسة دقائق رغم الطلبات الكثيرة

الصراحه اني تورطت بالفندق وهو اسواء فندق سكنته بحياتي وغشني الاسم. والموظفين السعوديين عيال حاره تبغى والا بكيفك.
افضلهم المدير المناوب متفهم سؤ الغندق. حمامات صغيره سيئه واثاث وديكور قديم فندق نجمه وحده كثيره عليه. اتوقع موفنبيك عندها تستر على بنقالي مستاجر الفندق.
لا تهمكم اراء الموظفين اللي يمدحون الفندق. انصح بعدم التفكير بالسكن فيه ولو بريال فندق زباله.
الهلتون وانجم وريجنسي افضل الف مره منه وبنفس السعر.

An amazin experience in Movenpic hotel Makkah, it's really close to Masjid Al Haram.the entire hotel had a very nice aesthetic and the rooms were nicely cleaned and comfortable. All the facilities including service, housekeeping, parking were also up to the mark.
I would like to thank Mr. #Nidal and Mr. #Bilal for there's amazing service staff.
They build the best of best team not only Makkah but also I have ever seen.
I am so appreciative that there exists a place that still values customer service throughout the hotel. The staff were phenomenal-as well as service was excellent.
Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind.
Specially I want to thank #Yasir for his nice and welcoming smile and Positively good behave
in Ice cream.its makes my first impression really wonderful.
Also want to thank Mr. #Alamin for his smart and gentle service in Al Diwan coffee lounge.
I would really recommend to stay at Movenpic hotel and will be coming back here again and again Insha'Allah.

Outstanding service, very nice and professional staff, delicious food for either breakfast or snacks in Diwan. Mr. Bilal Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure that we will have the best experience ever, since it was our first time in Movenpick makkah. Our advice to everyone, whenever u travel Holy Makkah try to stay in Marvelloust Hotel Movenpick.

The room connected together you feel no especiality in your stay and we asked to change they told us all are the same and bad location which take along time to arrive and available parking except with fees 200 Riyals.
And also breakfast served at your room and there is any notification from their side before.

في البداية احب اقول ان هذي مو اول زيارة لي عندهم و بعض تاريخ الزيارات كان قبل مااسوي لي حساب بقوقل و اصير مرشد.
و هذا ان دل على شيء يدل على انهم خياري الاول.
الفندق له مميزات عدة الا وهي
طبعاً القرب من الحرم
ثانياً الاكل عندهم متنوع (سواءاً قبل لمن كان الوضع فيه بوفيه او الان لمن اصبح الاكل يجي للغرف)
ثالثاً و هذا أهم شيء وهو الادارة و الاستقبال.
بالنسبة لكذا فندق جربتهم على مدى السنين لمن يصير عندهم زحمة تختفي اللباقة بالاستقبال و استيعاب العميل.
بالنسبة لزيارتي هذي حجزت عن طريق وسيط
غرفتين متصلتين مع افطار
في موقف للسيارة لكن احنا وقفنا برى ماناسبنا السعر.
انتظرنا على مكتب الاستقبال خمس دقايق و عشر دقايق كانت التسجيل و الدخول للغرف.
كان عندي ملاحظة مااعجبتني بالغرف و طلبت تغييرها مرتين
و غيروها لي في الحال لمن تواصلت مع المدير المناوب الله يعطيه العافية.
و طلبت اشيك على الغرف قبل استلامها.
بالنسبة لخدمة الغرف طلبنا باليوم الاول برياني لحم ماانصحكم فيه. كنت سابقاً دايم اجرب برياني الدجاج اطعم و الذ بس حبيت اغير ، وصل الاكل مغلف من العلب لحد الملاعق. في خلال ثلث ساعة و فريش (طبعا لان الخضار اللي مزينة فيها كانت نضرة) و ريحته تشهي و الطعم لذيذة بس اللحم قاسي شوي و دسم جدا و.
و بالنسبة لوجبة الفطور جانا بنفس الشكل مغلف بالكامل و الكمية راهية ماشاء لكل شخص.
و الامر كان بنفس المستوى سواءاً من خدمة الغرف او الوجبات اللي وصلتنا.
لكن اخر يوم حصل سوء فهم بالنسبة لخيارات الفطور فاذا جيتو تسجلون طلبكم كونوا واضحين ايش تبون وايش ماتبون.
خدمة تنظيف الغرف تجي كل يوم تمدنا بالماء والشاي او المناديل و المعقمات اي طلب تنظيف ماقصروا.
المدير المناوب على طول يرد في حال الاتصال و كان عندنا ملاحظات.
علب التعقيم منتشرة في الاصنصير و الممرات.
في الغرف في سجادات للاستخدام للمرة الوحدة تاخذونها معاكم للحرم.

Very nice experience overall. Location is also great as its very close to Haram.
Apart from that it has a mall within (along with a big food court on 2 floors). For a family it is a recommended place to stay if you are planning for Umrah.

The Breakfast has very limited options, other hotels provide more options like, minced meat or meat balls etc with more and better bakery options and fruit.needs to improvement in this area. Also the checkin staff needs to provide correct info about rooms.and the building security is very poor, not cooperative at all.

I stayed here for 9 days, for Umra at the end of October 2018. The service was very satisfying.the size of the room is spacious, the bathroom is clean and the lift is available a lot. I highly recommend staying here.

The room smelled bad and was clear that the maintenance is not good, the door does not open easily using the room key and I should try many times before it opens.
The food quality degraded respect to the past, especially the breakfast was not at all of a 5 star hotel.
I think the quality this movenpick hotel is degrading each year more than the year before.

Check in was very slow.the service in the restaurant at reception floor was very slow also and bit expensive.the insurance deposit was not mentioned in the booking (300 SAR).

The Hotel very good location so close to the Haram
The customer service is very good at the front office.
The main restaurant food and service excellent, thank you to Mr Nidal the Food and Beverage manger and The Executive Chef Mr Mohammad Abu Ghazi.

Excellent place to stay. Entire staff is extremely friendly, co-operative and soft spoken. Room was spacious and simply superb. The best part is the location which is very close to Holy Haram. Breakfast was delicious with several varieties to chose from. On the negative side, the deposit of SAR 500 is returned back only in cash and not adjusted in credit card. Overall I am extremely satisfied customer.

Please do care of more bathroom cleaning. And have some Pakistani cuisine too. I live in Canada, but I like Pakistani cuisine.

Excellent experience, close to haram, room service is great, staff is very hospitable and quick in response. The reception staff was excellent in help too, especially Sultan Ali, Ibrahim and a trainee (Abdullah), they resolved my queries quickly even though though this confusion was created by another reception person Ammar, who instead of resolving a booking error created more confusion in it by not listening properly. Especially gave me rooms of with a door between to effect like suite. Breakfast menu is excellent and great in taste and quality. Highly recommend for staying
