The chalet was really nice and clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and respectful.

We rented this chalet for 5 days (form the 1st to the 5th of November 2022).
First of all, the chalet internally looks great and the owner was a nice gentleman.
Nevertheless, considering the extremely high price we paid, the following issues have been very disturbing:
1. The location (the biggest issue) : very isolated and far away from the city, no access to the sea in the whole area (if we knew this, we'd have definitely considered other places and options). Besides, if you don't drive and already have a car, this will be more problematic!
2. The Water System: no heating/cooling system for the water, if one takes a shower during the day, they will be burnt, whereas it's cold at night.
3. Privacy: some parts of the garden are exposed to neighbours. Not a 100% privacy.
4. Amenities & Facilities: No Microwave, Batteries of the Electrics are dead, not enough toilet tissues (yes, I know it's not an hotel), the water power of some showers was very weak, No WiFi (the owner sent us later a device without its charger, it became out of charge in a few hours), and others.
5. One key was given to us, and the second was with the guard. That gave us a touch of inconvenience and insecurity.
6. Pools were dirty, full of lizards and ants that bit the crab out of us! Also, I found one cockroach inside the room!
7. Check-out: the owner sent us the janitor/guard, who doesn't speak English nor Arabic, to check us out! It was really inconvenient and disrespectful from him!
In a nutshell, the chalet rent was about 1500 SAR/day, which is extremely expensive considering the aforementioned issues.
This chalet would be great for local people who already live in SA and want to buy their peace of mind in such area, but not for people coming from abroad like us ESPECIALLY for that money we paid which would have got us a suite in a five-star hotel, with an open buffet, automatic refill, in a nice area in Jeddah!
We've been robbed, but we also learned from this experience!

A very nice place! Host is very accommodating. 2 swimming pools, one for kids with slides which my kids enjoyed! Thank you Moments Chalet! We will back again soon!

الاستراحه ماشاء الله جميله ونظيفه وصاحبها متجاوب ويجيب على أي استفسار وقريبة من منطقه خدمات خلف البيك مباشره ، واحلى مافيها المكان شرح وواسع والجلسات الخارجيه كثيره والمسابح كبيره وواسعة ، يعيبها عدم وجود مجلس مستقل للرجال
