واضع انه لسع جديد الفرع والأكل الصراحة كان حار ولذيذ والأفضل الموظفة السعودية بتسأل وتهتم إذا وصلك الاكل صحيح كل الشكر لها

من أسوء فروع ماكدونالدز. تأخر الطلب لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة مع انه قدامي ٢ زبائن فقط و طلبي كان بسيط. والموظف اقوله بالله استعجل يقول دقيقتين بس وكملت ٢٠ دقيقة البطاطس بارد و الكولا كان مجهزينه من اول طعمه كله ثلج وهذي ثاني مره اواجه نفس المشكلة.

فرع سيء جداً صديقتي طلبت شكن ماك ومرتين جابولها هوا طعمه سيء والدجاجه نفسها طعمها كانها مسخنه بس مو عاملينها فرش
في النهايه طلبنا ايس كريم صن داي وماك فلوري جابلنا هوا معبى نص الكاسه بس!

ما انصح بهذا الفرع روحوا فرع ثاني

Friendly & helpful female staff ️ Food was served hot, crunchy and tasty. Im Lovin’ it.

Reasonable prices.
Highly recommend.

The service is sooo slow even when the restaurant is not crowded I think that’s the only thing that should immediately change, everything else was good

موظفين غير مستعدين اي استقبال الناس وغير منظمين وموظفات القهوه تنظري الى الناس بكشره وتعجب ويبدو عليها الزعل او المرض خدمه سيئه ونظرات غير مويه وعدم ترتيب ولا يوجد لديهم خبره بمقابله الجمهور

Poor customer service. The tall guy is very disrespectful, he talk to the customer with bad comments and he’s very rude. The girl name TALA is very disrespectful too and she always has an attitude towards the customers. I hope management in this store train these employees or kick them out of the store. Cuz I’m not happy with these 2 employees at all. And I will have no longer coming again to this place at all.
I need to talk to the manager of this location. I will report this incident to the head department.the tall guy need to behave him self and I did not see any tag name on him. Can someone contact me cuz I need to report this incident to the head department! Or I will sent an email to the head department. Also the music at this store is very unprofessional unpleasant and has very bad language. Very unfortunate. I try to speak to Tala in English her English is bad I couldn’t understand. And the tall skinny guy I don’t think he understand any word in English at all. Again. It’s very poor customer service. I will report this to the ministry of trade too ……. Also the guy name Hakeem the tall guy he’s not good at all. He give the customer bad comments, he doesn’t know how to communicate with customer. My rate is 0/0. Not come again to this store. ……………….

صراحة فرع سيء لأبعد درجة لا يوجد قسم عوائل اهلك ياكلون قدام الشباب وتجهيز الطلبات جدا بطيء والجلسات جدا قليلة

فرع جميل جدا وديكورات بسيطه وجلساته الخارجيه رائعه والخدمه سريعه وممتازه وبه ماك كافيه. اشكر جميع العاملين فيه على اللطف والاخلاق.

الفرع سيئ في تجهيز الطلبات ودائماً يتأخر ويوجد به مشكلة في شاشات الطلب واذا تريد الطلب عبر التطبيق الخاص بهم لا يعمل ويقول الموظف طلبات عادية فقت

الموظفين غير متمكنين لسا. طلبي مرا اتاخر ولمن قلت لواحد من الموظفين قالي اقعدي واحنا نجبلك هوا. وقعدت واستنيت وبينادي على الارقام وبرضو ماقال رقمي واشرلو يسوي نفسو مو شايف في الاخير قالي الرجال التاني انو طلع الطلب ماعملوه

جيد جداً و خدمة سريعه جداً بس فيه مشكله الي هي الاغاني و المكان ضيق و لا يوجد قسمين للأفراد و العوائل وهذا شي ضايقني
