Mazebox Escape Room

Wonderful staff, we played black and white mystery room, and it was really fun. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to try other rooms.

المكان سيئ للغايه يقعدون يقارنون نفسهم بـThe Escape Hotel وهم أبعد ما يكون عنو وأسعارو غاليه بالنسبه للي يقدمونه للأسف انا حتى نجمه ما اعطيهم حرام الشغل هذا

We were 10 mins late and the room was booked we had to go to another place and the service wasn’t amazing

Their rooms are well planned and everything seems to be high quality.
However the prices are too steep and they dont even offer good deals for groups, we went as a group of 5 and paid over 1000 riyals, which is quite expensive for 60 minutes or less.
I hated the fact that they charged us 2 riyals for the 50 halalas water bottles. I mean they couldve easily given them for free for the prices we were charged.
I think the owners should reconsider their prices and not be greedy.

تم تجربة غرفة حمام الدم تعتبر من اجمل تجارب الرعب مختلط مع الالغاز. موفق للجميع الاشخاص القائمين على الفكرة الجميلة

Went there two times and was really fun. The guy at the reception was very friendly and nice.
The games are challenging and cool.
Would Highly recommend it

Worst experience EVER!
Horrible customer service.
Extremely impolite, uncooperative and arrogant staff.
Rooms even though were pre booked were still not ready and they made us wait WITHOUT EVEN informing us that it will take time.
We were offered another room BLOODBATH, But when we went in and askedfor hint after 5 mins the hints they provided were in arabic, after continous requests that we need the hints in english as being an expat we neither speak nor understand arabic, they continued giving us hints in Arabic. We couldnt understand anything and We initially asked in the camera to let us out as playing an arabic room was useless, but after many requests they didnt respond and we literally screamed to let us out and knocked the door hard as we were handcuffed in the room but the staff took quite time to open and screamed on us for knocking so hard. They never provided any humble cooperation/assistance before we went inside, while we were inside or after we came out of the room.
The guy who claimed to be Abdul Aziz was highly arrogant, rude and loud. And literally scream talking to us ladies. A total jerk! He forcefully after alot of arguments gave our refund that too like literally banging the money on the reception.
Client dealing was Zero.
If you cant provide basic entertainment to expats who dont know or speak arabic for which you are charging so much, then kindly mention on your escape room website so as to save the time of people like us.
All in all A WORST PLACE AND AN EXTREMELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE THIS TIME!

Horrible experience! Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The supposed manager Abdul Aziz is a cheat. Never going back again. Certainly not for non-Arabic speakers.

It’s a shame really. We went there today and booked one of the rooms. Upon reaching there we were told to wait. After an hour of wait, we were told that the room we had booked was unavailable! We were given a choice for other rooms so we opted for ‘Blood Bath’. However when we got inside the room and asked for a hint 5 minutes into the game, the hint was given in Arabic language! This despite the fact that their website, other props at location are all in English. When we told them that we cannot understand Arabic, they said the hint could not be given in English! The manager Mr Abdul Aziz was super rude! And started shouting at us that he cannot give instruction or hint in Arabic. So we said we will not play and want a refund! He misbehaved and very impolitely replied that we cannot get a refund! When we asked to speak to his head, he suddenly returned to us our money but shouted all the time. He did not offer any apology for the almost 1.5 hours that we ‘wasted’ in this process. Not going there again EVER! And Mr Abdul Aziz needs a lesson in service and hospitality! Bad service ️

Pathetic customer service, the guy there at the reception Abdul Aziz was extremely rude, lazy and offensive. We were a group of 4 English speaking expat women. The receptionist there took the money from us, made us wait for an hour before rudely telling us, after our many queries, our booked room wasn’t ready and it will take them more time to fix it. They offered us another room. Throughout we were conversing with the guy in English. We had to go into another room, Blood Bath. After a few minutes we requested for hints and it started in Arabic. Nowhere on their website or at the center they told us they don’t take English speaking clients. We kept on knocking and showing then in camera to open the door, they didn’t listen. Then we knocked a little loudly to which he opened the door and shouted at us that we can’t knock hard.
Then we asked for a refund, after spending 10 min inside because we couldn’t understand arabic clues. He refused the refund. We asked him to talk to the manager which he didn’t let us and kept on smoking vape in front of us.
After we insisted time and again and said that we will talk to the manager, he threw the money on the counter. He kept on behaving horribly without any respect throughout.

We have been to maze box before as well but the staff a year ago was friendly and fantastic. We are never going back again.

بعض حلول اللغز غير مقنعه. حتى لما تعرف الحل اما معقدة
صعب يفهمها حتى الذكي. وبعضها حتى بعد ماتعرف الحل تلاقي ماهو واقعي. استخدام الرياضيات وتحويل عملات بطريقة غير واضحة. المكان حلو وافكرته حلو بس يحتاج تحسين في طرفك الالغاز

تجربة مختلفة وجديدة مررة مناسبة للعوايل ومجموعات الأصحاب، جربنا غرفة السجين بكوريا الشمالية. بصراحة أبدعوا في تفاصيل الغرفة وترتيب الأشياء حتى المؤثرات الصوتية حلوة كمان بدعوا فيها والألغاز كل ما تقدمت وحليت شيء يجيك الشيء اللي بعده أصعب. يحتاج أنكم تفكروا برا الصندوق وتنتبهوا لكل شيء حوليكم صغير وكبير. عندكم خمسة محاولات لطلب التلميحات. عتبي الوحيد السعر غالي لشخص واحد وتجربة ساعه بس، كان نفسنا نطلب وقت اضافي لكن ما قدرنا والتلميحات واضح أنها جاهزة يعني لو كان فيه تفاعل مثلا يكتبوا لنا لحظتها لايش نحتاج ننتبه كان ممكن نكون عرفنا لأنه وقفنا بلغز وجبنا الأرقام صح لكن ما عرفنا كيف نستخدمه. احجزوا الوقت المناسب من نفس موقعهم ويفضل تحضروا قبل الموعد بربع ساعه أو ١٠ دقايق هل ممكن نعيد التجربة؟ ايوا لأنه في غرف ثانية بثيمات وقصص مختلفة

حجزت ع ١٠: ١٥ قلي فيها ناس ودخلنا ١٠: ٣٠ واخرني ع فلم.
يجبرون الشخص يسوي تقييم هنا عشان يعطونه خصم ٥٪؜ ، يعني لا تصدق اللي تشوفه.
معامله عاديه والمكان كويس صراحه.

A fun place for family, friends, colleagues or couples. The rooms are outstanding. Loved the variety of choices & the attention to details in every maze.
The prices are competitive. I would definitely recommend the experience.

I had a fantastic time. Experiences like no other. I literally Cannot wait to try all the rooms.

غرفة سجين الحرب
الإيجابيات: - الالغاز منطقية مقارنة مع غرف هروب من شركات أخرى.

السلبيات: - التنظيم سيء داخل الغرفة و يضلل اللاعبين، على سبيل المثال في هذه الغرفة احد الأقفال كتب عليه "لا تفتح" ، و تبين اخر الوقت ان فتح القفل مطلوب لحل احد الالغاز.
تأخر في الوقت لمدة ١٥ دقيقة بسبب تأخر خروج احد الفرق و ترتيب الالغاز في الغرفة.
عدم إعطاء تلميحات عند طلبها، المفترض السماح ب ٥ تلميحات بناء على كلام الموظف.
السعر مبالغ فيه مقارنة بالغرف في الشركات الأخرى.

حاولت إيصال السلبية الأولى للمنظمين، لكن ردهم ان كل شيء واضح.
لا انصح بهذه التجربة الا اذا تم تصحيح النقطة السلبية الأولى على الاقل.

Not professional staff, went there for the high ratings though found out that they ask you to rate the place before you enter the room so they give you 5% discount.

اولاً: السعر مره مره مبالغ فيه. 173 ريال. و ما يستاهل انه يكون ب 173 ريال. المفروض يكون ب 70 ريال بالكثير. احنا اخترنا حمام الدم. و كان حلو بس مو مره لانه محبوسين في غرفة وحدة مافي متاهه. و انو فكرة اننا محبوسين في غرفة وحدة عشان نحل اللغز. مو حلوة لو انها غرفتين كان حلو. لكن غرفة وحدة مو حلو. برضو ما يخوف. مره مايخوف. يعني غالبا بلاهه كنت متوقعه انه شي افضل و انه يخوف او يحمس فعلا. و اعيد: السعر مره مبالغ فيه على الفاضي

In case you want a different activity to do with your friends you can come here! I tried the black & white room with my husband and my family, it was an amazing experience. Everything made sense and was not impossible to solve actually. I want to go back to try the abandoned shelter, I heard it's even better! And it was recommended by them. I highly recommend their rooms I think they put a lot of thought into making their rooms ️
