Razan is a very good helper mashallah always helped us throughout our stay alhamdullilah , when we came she gave us a really good room as per our choice so greatful for that.

The service so good in alnoor restaurant by waiter khaled yahya thanks khaled you are great and hasen al malki and ghoulam nabi

Al Noor resturant food is good and the resiption Nadiyqh Al-Barakati was very helpful Thank youuu <3

Roinul kabir is very cooperative and helpful.very good staff and services and hotel is also very near to harum shareef. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I stayed at this hotel for 16 nights.
The best thing about this hotel is the short distance to Haram.
Old rooms.
Long waiting times for elevators during prayer times.
In a restaurant at breakfast and dinner one should always take care to grab a table Before taking food.
The food selection is reasonable for breakfast and at dinner there is no food selection.
The hotel does not deserve 5 stars.
The price is more expensive compared to the other hotels that are located nearby and that are newer and higher quality.

Excellent location and service, stayed at tower 3 room no. 1519 - excellent service from mr.habib and Masood all taken care by them perfectly

It's located adjacent to the Holy Kaaba. The hotel is very good with parking, room service & WiFi facilities. Service staff are cooperative & helpful.

Extremely poor hygiene. The staff was nice but very unhelpful.
Had a good view of the mosque but apart from that does not deserve to be called a 5 star hotel.
The carpets had dirt and debris (a lot of it)
And the way to the hotel is closed of most of the time (by the local police, can’t really blame the hotel) but super hard to get dropped off close by. Crazy.

An excellent hotel, 110m to elHaram facing King Fahd gate is the best part abt this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and kind, esp the housekeeping staff Shahab serve & made sure we felt like own home.
Just a bit compliments abt lift was very busy especially during prayers time and drop off/pickup point a bit far from lobby. Overall I love staying here

Makkah towers
The pros include being very close to the Haram with easy access, good food, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. The cons include the difficult access from outside the hotel when you first check in, especially if you arrive by the shuttle bus from Makkah HHR station, cleanliness of toilets and missing some room amenities. The items were provided later on but it would have been better if they were already available and cleanliness ensured. They serve great food at Rayhan buffet restaurant, so try not to miss it if the cost is affordable.
A tip: go for the rooms with the city view for a better price and value for money.

Terrible reception service while checking in. Reception staff have too much attitude and don't want to help foreigners.
Housekeeping staff are excellent and very helpful with services in the room and restaurant was fantastic. The manager Muhammed Al Alhalbi was very good and treated us well. And the Egg station chef Amin was especially very helpful. He made for us what we needed and he made very good Eggs as well.

بعد تجربة لمدة خمس ليالي استطيع القول أن الفندق في كثير من الإيجابيات وأهمها قربه من الحرم، بالإضافة بالاهتمام بالنظافة للغرفة في كل مره، وبشاشة الموظفين في جميع الأوقات وسرعة خدمتهم.

Our kids will remember it. They didn’t want to leave the kids centre, which showed us that they really Elias a good time. We would like to thank Muneera for taking care of then when we were performing Umra.
Because there were a lot of people, we came late but she stayed after the end of her shift.

عند طلب غرفه مطله على الكعبه لا تتوقعها مثل ما معروض في موقعها الالكتروني الاطلاله جزيئه وليست كامله ويضيف صوره للاطلالة

يوجد فندق وابراج لازم تفرق بينها قبل الحجز

المواقف غير مجانيه لعملاء الفندق.

ممتاز ك موقع ، دخول مباشر على الحرم وتعامل موظفين الاستقبال جدا سلس ومحترم ، ولكن بالنبسه للفطور ماعجبني ابدا ومايستاهل القيمه ، المخاد جدا قاسيه ، والدخول بالسياره للفندق جدا صعب

The restaurant has not enough selection of cuisine juice was not fresh extremely hard to locate (had to ask the guard) tables not prepared no hot drinks served on the table.
Old Architetture the shutters do not open
the room service was ok
The room was nice but it needed extra touches (more tea, cookies, fruits, napkins)
The parking is way too expensive 7sr per hour we stayed 1 day and we ended up with 147sr
Rooms and bathrooms were spacious.
View was below average.

I'm styaying at this hotel during performing umrah. Very convenient places. The room housekeeping named samiullah (61102) is a very friendly person. Will come back again to this hotel.

I have found the service of the house keeping staff samiullah and Ella's satisfactory I have been a regular guest in makkah towers and this stayed as a guest in Tower 62010 inshallah come back again

Tooo much bad experience. Receptionist Took too much time. We already booked rooms but they Didn't have rooms at that time. Bad room services.
Buffet breakfast is really bad all items are cold. First time I just face this type of bad experience in any hotel.

الخدمة سيئة ع الرغم من ارتفاع السعر من ناحية سكن او موقف سيارة. ولا اهتمام بالعميل وحتى اذا اراد الخروج تجاهل او تاخير ف ارسال العامل لاخراج الحقائب و ف الاخير نضطر حمل حقائبنا بنفسنا. حتي يتسجل عليك دفع جديد للغرفة او تسجيل دفع اكثر للموقف. ع الرغم من ان مافي زحمة عند الاستقبال. يعني اهم شي تسجل دخول وبعدها احلم تطلع بسهولة. يعني العميل قادم للعمرة والعبادة وليس للسياحة. والله حتى نجمة كثيرة. تعليقي ع التعامل وليس المكان او الموقع. لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله.
