Makarim Umm Al Qura

We have experienced great service, friendly and professional staff (Miss Amjad). The restaurant Host who welcomed us every morning for breakfast deserves 5 stars rating for his service and amazing food available at any time. Hotel rooms are spacious and reasonably priced; the bus shuttle service to and from the Haram reduces the distance which isn't walking distance to the masjid.
A tip for the hotel owners.the hotel is due an upgrade amenities wise and lobby; for instance instead of a waiting room make the lobby a cosy living room with comfortable couches and multiple TVs on the walls.

Waslm the hospitality and the food, the place is excellent. Food of high quality and lots of it. Thoroughly enjoy service

The Hotel is a good value for money. Booked from their official website. They allowed early checkin ànd everything was ready. Beds and room and washroom are clean. The reception staff is very polite and helping always dealing with smile. The bus service need improvement they have 2 buses one stands at one side unfortunately one of the bus got accident during our stay. Had to take taxi twice during 5 days stay due to unavailability of bus. A small grocery store inside hotel is available. Lifts are good and easily available.

فندق ممتاز وراقي وقريب لمن يريد البعد عن زحمة الفنادق جنب الحرم ويوفر مواقف وعندهم باصات تودي للحرم وترجعك ويعتبر قريب نوع ما

الاسعار تعتبر غاليه مقابل الخدمه ٤٥٠ ريال لليوم الواحد لاتشمل شى حتى الانترنت لايوجد وبدون افطار اعتذر لنفسي كوني لم ابحث عن مايناسبها

بصراحه زرته في تاريخ 13 مارس 2020

انصدمت من نظافه الغرف بصراحه كانت سيئه جدا والممرات فيها رائحه كريهة

اتمنى من الادارة التفتيش المستمر وسؤال من يستأجرون باستمرار. انا دائما استاجر من مكارم ام القرى ولكن هذه المرة تغيرت نظرتي له اتمنى ان يعودوا لسابق عهدهم

Perfect place to stay if you're on businesses or religious trip. Good breakfast and dinner menu. If you want to visit Haram then bus will take you their without any charges, and you can find bus infront of the hotel every half hour. Their staff treats you nice.

ممتازين وسارت لي مشكله وحلها الاستاذ سلطان الانصاري صراحة ماقصر وموظفين الاستقبال كلهم اخلاق ويخدموك ، اللي زعلني نطلب النظافه ويجون ينظفون مشي حالك ابدا مايليقو بسمعة الفندق

مكان نظيف و هدواء و يوجد باصات لتنقل بين الحرم و الفندق و كذا يوجد مطعم و سوبر ماركت و محل هدايا و حلاق و محل عطور والأهم مواقف سيارات

Excellent experience, high level of the services provided by concierge. I was angry regarding the cleaning, put they offer me another room, and in case the other room is not up to our satisfied they informed us to make an upgrade for us to make us happy. In fact the replacement room was better than the previous one so we dont ask for changing the room or the upgrade they offer. Thank you for comfortable stay keep it up.

مكان جميل لكن كنت أتمنى أن تكون خدمة الغرف فعالة وليست عند الطلب فقط وبالنسبة للثلاجة بالغرفة استبدلوها بأخرى بها نفس العيب. لا يوجد بها رفوف

اقامة ممتعه ومريحة الغرف لا ترقى لمستوى النظافه لكن تعامل فريق خدمة النزلاء يجبرك ماتنقص نقطه شكرا لهم

At first the bus time wasn't accurate, we had to take taxi twice. But after complaining I think the problem was fixed. The room was comfortable and cozy. However, it needs mor lights and power outlets (doesn't make sense to have only 2 outlets for 3 beds room). The breakfast is good (not recommended for lebanese people).

Excellent 5 star service. Staff is very cooperative and can speak English efficiently. I always find this hotel awesome and suggest people to choose.

طبعا حاولت أكلمكم على الرقم اللي واضعينه وما تردون.

The hotel is good overall, This is not the first time I visit Makarem hotel. Previous times were much better, and I was served as five stars hotel.

This time, my room is set well, i.e no dental set, no hand towels, no foot towels, no slippers. These are usually set for any five stars hotel. The cleanness is not perfect, and the room furniture needs to be renewed. I can't say this is a five stars hotel.

Excellent service from bellman until checking out process, friendly customer service in the restaurant & reception. Free bus service. Room need some improvement and cleanliness. Overall was very good

فندق جميل ورائع ونظيف وحسن تعامل الإستقبال وتوفر الموصلات للحرم ع مدار 24 ساعه ذهابأً واياباً.
شيئ واحد كان غير متوفر وجود مطاعم حول الفندق لانه مطعم الفندق اسعارهم غاليه وخياليه.

الفندق بشكل عام جيد يقضي الحاجة وأسعاره مقبولة ليست مرتفعه ولا منخفضة. ولكن دورة المياة تحتاج بعض الصيانه والنظافة. اما بالنسبة لباقي الخدمات كالنقل فالباصات ممتازه ومريحه ومتوفره بشكل دائم. والانترنت تغطيته جيده في الغرف مقارنة بغيره متوفر. وتعامل موظفي الفندق لبق وجميل.

Very nice hotel. Customer service oriented. Great value of money. Provide exceptional services such as welcome coffee in the lobby, welcome gift for kids and welcome call from Guest service manager.

Very nice place for harm visitors, it is not in busy area beside harm or faraway from harm. I had very easy comfortable visit. The hotel itself is great.reasonable price and excellent customer service.
I recommend it to Makkah visitors.

خدمات ممتازة واكثر من المتوقع ، الفندق موقعه ممتاز بعيد عن زحمة الحرم و سعره مناسب جدا و خدماته افضل من فنادق القريبة من الحرم. كنت احتاج بعد الأماكن للتسوق والهدايا و تم مساعدتي من علاقات النزلاء و الاستقبال.

خدمة ممتازة من الأخوات في الاستقبال ادخلت البهجة في قلوب أطفالي. لمسات الاهتمام بالضيوف واضحة. اشكر ادارة الفندق على مبادرة الترحيب بالضيوف الصغار كما وضحت لي الأخت في الاستقبال
