جدا راقي وجميل وتعامل ممتاز من موظفات الاستقبال خصوصا مدام جورجيت ان شاء الله ماكون غلطة في اسمها
نظافه واحترافيه عاليه من ايام فرعهم القديم
انا عميله دائمه لهم خدمات تنظيف الحواجب وتركيب الرموش عندهم جدا جميله واحترافيه مع نجمه وكوثر جدا ممتازات
والشعر عندهم سلمي قص وسيشوار وصبغات ومعالجات جدا ممتازه
خدمة تنظيف البشره عندهم جدا جميله واحترافيه
لكن الصراحه الشي الوحيد الي يحتاج شويه يدققو فيه المنيكور والبديكور للاسف اكثر من مره جربت شغل الموظفه ليس احترافي لست الوحيده الي قلت كده مره وانا اعمل حواجبي سمعت عميله تنتقد كمان الخدمه وتحكيني
من وقتها بس اروح الصالون للحواجز وخدمات الشعر

Very kind people, the environment is so welcoming and relaxing. There are many types of services and the booking process was smooth. Professional and quick. Definitely will visit again inshallah.

I was there last week.i have good experience.
The color and the treatment was very very good. I was really scared because i have very damage hairs but Inas did very great job.
Big thank you to the Inas and Mina.

Madam Layla is the best. But I don’t recommend the products, it is much expensive, I prefer to order on line. But I would come back for Madam layla️.

Maison de joelle is practically the best place in jeddah I loved the team as well as the manager she was very helpful, sweet and welcoming.the experience as a whole was really heart warming. Excellent service and very comforting atmosphere. I just loved everything about it. Thank you for the great work you did. All the best always

Ladies at reception were nice and welcoming. Pedicure and manicure were ok in general although the lady who did my manicure was about to cause a bleeding. Thankfully, it turned out to be something superficial. She was mad or she’d doesn’t know how to put on a smile while working.who knows
On the other hand, the pedicure lady was good and she was really friendly.
Face threading, the “specialist” didn’t bother to clean the hair near the nose and I had to grab a mini mirror just to show her the areas on my face that STILL have hair.
The same lady did my eyebrows and it was really shameful. I kept telling her to cut more of the eyebrows hair. Also the areas under my eyebrows weren’t clean and there was still hair so I asked her to remove it and she said she couldn’t with a thread! So I asked her to use a tweezer and she said she didn’t know how! I booked online and when it came to eyebrows cleaning it said (threading/tweezing)! I went home with half cleaned eyebrows and I have a booking for eyebrows cleaning this Monday in another salon.
The toilet was a mess.it smelled like cigarettes and there was no paper towel! The lady who came out of the toilet was a STAFF and she didn’t bother to stop by the sink and wash her hands!
I’m a regular customer at Maison De Joelle Salon in Riyadh and I must say Jeddah’s branch was nothing but a disappointment and it’s nothing compared to the one in Riyadh.

مساء الخير
زرت الصالون قبل ايام وتعتبر ثاني زيارة ليا عندهم
ادارتهم واستقبالهم راقي وجميل وتعاملهم لطيف والصالون نظيف واشكرهم لرقي التعامل
لكن الصراحة طلبت اقص شعري قصة معينة وتم الشرح وعرض صورة وبالنهاية طلعت بقصة ثانية غير تماماً عن اللي ابغاه! ؟
للحق من رقيهم في التعامل ما اعترضت على القصة ، داه اولاً
وثانياً لانه الشعر ما حيرجع ولا المبلغ.
المبلغ ٢١٠ لقص الشعر كامل بالنسبة للصوالين الثانية وشغلهم في اعطاء النتيجة المطلوبة لقص الشعر حسب رغبة العميلة يُعتبر كثير.
كانت تجربتي الاولى لقص الشعر ولن تتكرر مرة اخرى.

فيه ألوان تنور الوجه وتغطي عيوب البشرة وفيه العكس. جدًا مبسوووطة بجلسة تحليل الألوان الشخصية مع مدام جورجيت كانت رائعة لانه بعدها حنزل السوق واختار بالضبط الألوان المناسبة اللي تبين بشرتي نضرة، شابة، وتندمج بشكل أفضل مع لوني. شكرًا مدام جوجو عرفتيني عالباليت المناسب

Very nice and friendly staff. Love the ambience of the place. Makes me feel de stressed from work. Definitely bringing my friends here and definitely will be back and be my regular nail salon for my nails. 10/10

صراحه اسوء عمل شفتو بحياتي لا وبعد ما حرقت شعري قالت انتي مسويه سحب فعشان كذا جيتهم شعري طويل قصوه وما عطوني نتيجه مرضيه والسعر مره مره غالي صراحه سيئ جدا جدا الشغل يشتغلو بالشعر بطريقه تقليديه جدا. بالنسبه للتعامل كان فالمستوى مع مدام ايناس.

I had a good experience here. The staff were very attentive to detail and listened to what I wanted; also the manager speaks perfect English so she could help. Super friendly people and I'm happy with my haircut.

I met Madam Jorget a colour analysts. She taught me a lot about color. I knew how to choose my outfit, accessories and jewels. Thanx alot.

Had a manicure with Sarah. It was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I will go to a pedicure in no time. I can recommend the place. It’s fantastic! Staff is very caring.

ماشاء الله عملت عند سائده بكار اكستنشن مايكرو وشغلها اكثر من ممتاز و المديره ايناس تهتم و تتابع كل شي ️

صراحة مكان جدًا راقي وتعاملهم أرقى خصوصًا مس إيناس كنت جايه عشان اعمل اكستنشن لكن تفاجأت بحل تاني واللي هوا الشبكة حقيقي تجربه فريده وحلوه ورجعت لي الثقة بنفسي ، كل الشكر لميزون دي جويل.

I just got my hair cut and colored! They were excellent! I needed my hair stripped of all color then recolored the color I wanted! They took their time and were very patient and professional! My stylist was Saeda and I can’t say enough nice things about her! Thank you to all the staff for making me feel relaxed! Wonderful experience!

جيتهم ثاني مره و عملت شعري عند مدام ليلى كاااااااانت رائعه رائعه والله العظيم بدون اي مبالغه شغل يجنن ، و عملت برمننت ميك اب عند مارلين ، كانت مذهله شغله ب امانه و ذمة و ضميرررررررر ، الحمدلله كان من اجمل القرارت اللي اخذتها بحياتي اني اروح لصالون جويل.

I did lip contour with Marlene and I turned out great! She was very precise and professional at her job so I highly recommend asking for her if you’re planning on doing the same procedure. I’m extremely happy with the results and I’ll be definitely coming again very soon

I did microblading was done by Marlene; she did a good work, she have a great experience.
I Loved her work and also, the staff was friendly.

I did lips tattoo done by The prettiest Marline it was extremely amazing and she is so nice and cooperative. ️

Extremely disappointed

The hairdresser was smoking outside the salon, didn't expect that at all being pregnant that's the last thing i want to smell in a professional hair salon, stinking of smoke & breathing bad breath at clients.

My haircut wasn't finished properly they really messed up my hair
couldn't even ask the lady to cut my split ends very well because she was busy talking to another lady.
I wasted my time money and damaged my hair
