What a noisy hotel room. I can hear every single car driving on madinah road.
Very very very low speed internet

فندق جداً مزعج استطيع سماع السيارات على طريق المدينه بوضوح.
سرعه الانترنت بطيئه جداً جداً جداً

كانت مناسبتي في بداية اجازه الربيع 2020قاعة الفيروز,
اولا/ يوم الزواج اكتشف ان المكيف عطلان تبع غرفه العروس فقط وضعوا مكيف صحراوي للعروس هل هذا يعقل!
ثانيا/ لم يتم تقديم اي ضيافة للعروس سواء معجنات قهوة شاي حتى الماء ابسط الاشياء لم يتم تقديمه.
اتواصلت مع الفندق وطلبت التواصل مع مسؤول القاعة تركت رقمي لكي يتواصلوا معي الاستاذ عدنان او عمر ومع ذلك لم يتصل بي احد.
ابداً بالنسبه لي لا يصنف من فنادق خمس نجوم ولا انصح به مطلقًا.

فندق قديم الأثاث متهالك معظم مواقف السيارات محجوزة ويجب عليك الوقوف بمواقف سوق جدة الدولي المجاور للفندق بحجة ان المواقف لشخصيات هامة ساكنة بالفندق وهاذا امر غير لائق الشئ الوحيد الذي يميز الفندق الأكل جيد لديهم

الموقع لا يناسب فندق خمس نجوم و كذلك بعض الموظفين في الأمن و الاستقبال لا يعلمون عن الأنشطة والاجتماعات القائمة لذا قد يدلك ادهم الى المكان الخطأ

بوفيه فطور رمضان من اسوأ بوفيهات الفطور اللي جربتها في جده. الاكل مو متنوع ، الأصناف محدوده ، الاكل بارد، جوده الاكل مو بالمستوى المطلوب ، الخدمه سيئة ؛ يعني ما وفروا الماء على الطاولات. اللبن حاطينه في ترمس وصار مويه باللبن؛ المفروض يوفروا العبوات الصغيره. حتى العصير البرتقال لم يتم تعبئته بعد انتهاءه. وعند مقارنة السعر بالخدمات المقدمه ومقارنه بالفنادق الأخرى ، لا يستحق السعر. لا انصح بزيارته.

Very disappointing. Parking is terrible. Refrigerator in the room not working. Reception staff were great.

Men service in the Wedding was very cheap and bad, i didn't like it at all. You guys should care about Men more

Normal food, little expensive for food, meeting purpose also average arrangement even tea available was local brands

Older hotel but clean and functional. Food choices are limited but good tasting and appealing. Rooms are clean and generally ok, although older design.

Rooms are very nice. Staffs are very courteous and reliable. Foods are very good. I like their "kuzi" and other Mediterranean foods. The hotel is located along the main road of Jeddah and just five to ten minutes drive to the airport.

رائع المكان راقي وجميل. لكن التكيف بارد جدا في الممرات والأجواء الآن باردة. المفروض دورة المياة فيها شطاف نحن مسلمون. ماجربت الفطور

They don’t have enough parking because all parking reserved for one Guest Who’s live in hotel for 4 years.

Excellent hotel with a good ubication. Mr. Abdullah Alamendi and Mr. Abdulrahman Al Remi gave me a warm welcome and they treated me cordially. The breakfast very delicious.

My wedding was in alfauroz wedding hall. My husband and I were so in close in touch with the hotel to prepare for our big day. Yet, Ghaidaa the female bride assistant in the female hall was NOT available during the event. Always she is sitting outside the hall and I hardly, the bride, call her to her cell phone to do what mom need. Despite that I made sure to introduce her to mom before the weeding and in the wedding day. Therefore, we were short in chairs and can’t find her to add more, the flowers that is needed to be use in the aisle were with her and she despiser and didn’t event give it to mom or my sisters, and the philibino girls were everywhere in the aisle that they were in every single picture and video-not professional at aaall. In addition, one time the philibino girl pull my dress so hard that I was about to fall on my back. And at the cake, she stood up tall with us cutting the cake and fought with my husband on the way we should cut the cake!
We want it to live our day so naturally and that’s all about my husband and I. Apparently in the video, the philibino girl were wit us EVERYWHERE like If that was her wish as long as she was not event trying to be unseen.
They really really disappointed me in my very special day and they made all the pre wedding plans and meeting with the them is just so USELESS.

الفندق لايصنف من الفنادق الخمسه نجوم وسعر الليله الواحدة تعتبر غاليه ب 551 ريال الفندق قديم والحمام لايوجد فيه شطاف وعند الطلب تم تركيب الشطاف بطريقه سيئه جدا كانها شقق مفروشه وليش فندق خمسة نجوم والمكيف لايعمل بشكل جيد كانه مكيف صحراوي الفندق سيء جدا فرش الغرف بالون البيج من كثر عدم الاهتمام لون السجاد بيج واسود متسخ.

Very nice place, clean, tidy & well trained team with their proper approach to their guests, good job!

القاعات مجهزة بش كل جيد جداً للندوات وورش العمل

مجهزة بالاجهزة والمقاعد وكذالك بركن المشروبات الساخنة والسناكات

كنت أحد الحضور بدورة الفنون الصحفية التي نظمها الإتحاد السعودي للإعلام الرياضي للفترة من 2019/4/8 وكان الفندق في أتم جاهزيته لإستقبال هذا الحدث.

Very nice place. I really enjoyed my Stay. Good hospitality, politness from all staff clean and neat. Food is nice I want to come back to it.

It is a nice hotel with good atmosphere. The breakfast is nice; staff are semi-useful; rooms are adequate; the prices are reasonable. This is my layover hotel for Jeddah. It is unremarkable, and would suffice for a day stay.
