عندي سوال يعني ليش كنتاكي رافع الأسعار كانه شي مميز لا طعم مميز ولا جوده مميز وأسعار جدا جد جدا مرتفعه ايش 4 قطع دجاج 33 ريال عليه ايه لا طعم مميز ولا جوده مميزة

Bad service bad manners from the workers got my entire order wrong and then said I had to pay more to make the order right the food was so bad not like the other kfc and DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC IT IS VERY BAD

المطعم مغلق والناس مليانه المول والمطاعم الي على يمينه وعلى يساره كلها مفتوحه وشغاله وتستقبل زباين كثير ايش المطعم التعبان ذا الي يقفل الساعه 11: 40. بعد ماحصلته مغلق رجعت طلبت من ماكدونالد كثر الله خيرهم

I walked from aziz mall to abu tammam at tai.but look at the video I'm soo disappointed, and also the cashier she doesn't smile great or welcome the customer, I work also at the past good industry but it's the first time i complain, kfc aziz mall food court do you think I'm a cat you give me like this order? ! 0/5

Very bad, really shocked I ordered cheesy fries for 15sr, after receiving the order it's worth for 5sr may be very less qty, they gave in burger box, without tissue, the staff doesn't know Abt the tissue or spoon for the order, I have ordered in other branches usually they will provide in round box with acceptable qty, totally waste of money,

أخلاق الموظفين سيئة للغاية ، وكل مرة الطلب مختلف كنت اطلب زنجر روبيان ومرة حطلي معاه صوص علبتين وتاني مرة قالي لا ما يجي معاه صوص لازم تشتري ولما مرة غلطو بالطلب كانو يتعاملو وكأني بشحت منهم!

يوم الثلاثاء الساعه ١١ م كنت متواجدة هناك من اسوأ الفروع قلباً وقالباً كمية البطاطس كانت غير مرضية بتاتاً وذهب لأخبر الموظف هوا موظف مصري واتضح انه السوبر فايزر اخبرته عن كمية البطاطس لكم ان تتخيلو ماذا قال لي قال ان هذه الكمية محدودة و بمعيار معين اين جملة. (العميل على حق) وفقدت شهيتي في كل الطعام وقلت ماذا لو كنت اريد استرجاع الطعام قال لي ستحصل مشكلة كبيرة وجعلني اغضب وقام بإرجاع المبلغ في النهاية وتم ارجاع الطلب ماذا لو قام بزيادة الكمية وانتهت المشكلة لكن شعرت بأنه كان يريد فقط العناد لا اسلوب ولا خدمة ولا جودة من افشل المطاعم بسبب موظفيه اتمنى اخذ كلامي بعين الإعتبار (ومو عشان مطعم عالمي يتم تجاهل التعليقات)

موظف مصري مشغول يسولف مع صديقة غلط في طلبي كله معطيني طلب ثاني ادارة المطعم سيئة جداً جداً ولا ادارة بوفية بيض

The worst service crew in kfc the staff here is crazy change your staff here all of the staff here and manager not friendly and not the customers choice they do own what they want!

Today 14 May at 1 pm. I ordered 3 piece meal. At the time receiving order there is only one tissue. A asked for more tissues the person on the counter ask me are you eating tissue. This behavior is unacceptable. KFC must teach their staff manners how to treat customers.

The cashier is very rude and not friendly today at 6pm kindly requesting your team to change a cashier please take a action on him. Next is twiter

Bouble buckets and feast for two never served here, in fact the crew don't know what are those. Never go to this place again.

Did not take my order even after waiting for 10mins. I left after asking for service which I did not receive

I ordered lunch box but I received small part wings in near to nick bone chicken the fries was burn.it is the standard because it lunchbox? I think i don't deserve it.
