تجربتي مع كايا تجاوزت السنه و في كل مره فيها القى تعامل راقي من قسم الاستقبال الاستاذه ابتهال حقيقه قمه في الرقي في التعامل هؤلاء واجهة العياده و العياده المتميزه الي تحرص على استقطاب موظفين أكفاء مثل الاستاذه ابتهال

I am so glad I found this place! It deserves all the good reviews it has. Receptionists are the friendliest in the city, the dermatologist is quite knowledgeable, and the sessions are done by professionals who are friendly and skillful.

The place is also run by an incredibly friendly and helpful manager. She also sets up extravagant company trips for the employees which has obviously been reflected in the business.

The staff is very professional and they have a wonderful Doctors and they are cooperative with us Thank you Kaya

The best place for male laser sessions the mr.abdualkarem is highly polite and professional

I totally recommend Kaya Skin Clinic if you want very professional doctors and service. The attention to the costumer is very good and all the ladies at the reception speak English and answer swiftly on what's app. Abdulkarim is very good and kind and very professional regarding the preapration of the patient before the treatment. The treatments are exceptional and with good results. Give it a try!

العيادة جدا مرتبة واستقبال جدا لطيف خاصة الموظفة ابتهال الله يسعدها توصل تلمريض للدكتورة ومنتبهة لادق التفاصيل. واحب اشكر الدكتورة اريج على تعاملها الراقي ولطفها الله يسعدها شكرا لكم كايا

تجربتي مع دكتور اريج والعيادة مره سي حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل دفعت حوالي أربع الف واكثر ولا أستفدت شي ونصب واحتيال مثل عيادات كايا ماشفت يقولون كلام حلوا وكذا عشان يضحكون على المريض عشان سمعتهم ولا شغلهم سي إلي تسوي في جالسة واحده او جالستين ويعطي نتيجه لا يخلونه عدت جلسات عشان يستفيدون في نهاية نتيجه تراب غير مرضيا وغير تكفلت العلاج من صيدليه ولا استفدت شي فلوس على فاضلي واحده من موظفات استقبال اماني بس (ماني) متاكد من الاسم سوريه مدري لبناني وقحة و قليلة ادب بشكل ماتخيل تبي تاخذ جوالي عشان تكتب عن عيادتهم كلام حلوا في تعليق إلي جالس اكتب الحين منه حسبي الله عليه ونعم الوكيل كانت تبي تستغلني بس ماعطيته مجال مره حجت انه تبي تساعدني في تقيم العيادة وانا ماطلبت منه اصلن مريضه ملقوفه واضح الحركه ذي انهم حراميه وأغلب تعليقات كله كذب من عندهم تاليف زي ماكنت تبي تستغلني عشان صالحهم تقشير الكيمائية سي جدا ولا انصح اي احد يسوي عندهم بذات دكتور أريج شغلها سي مره ولا تستهل نجمة واحده خدمة المواعيد عندهم زفت بشهور تنتظر ولا يقولون افضل عيادة سلامات اخس عيادة من حيث شغل كله نصب في نصب اللهم اني قد بلغت اللهم فاشهد

ماشاءالله تبارك الرحمن عيادة اكثر من رائعة و يقدمون خدمات مميزة و طاقم الاستقبال تعامل راقي و مبدع ، و راح تكون عيادة الاولى.

صار لي اتعامل مع المكان اكثر من 3 سنوات
مؤخرا العيادة اصبحت سيئة جداا جدا من ناحية المواعيد
محد يرد على الاتصالات عشان احجز موعد ومرة رحت خلتني انتظر ساعه كاملة وانا حاجزة موعد قبل اجي وقالت لي انتي تاخرتي ودخلتي وحدة بدالك
طاقم الاستقبال اصبح سيء جدا جدا لا اخلاق ولا رد على الاتصالات صار لي يومين ادق احاول احجز موعد محد يرد ويوم السبت مكتوب العيادة مفتوحة والتليفون يقول العيادة مغلقة
هذي الاسباب خلتني اسيب العيادة بعد ما تعاملت معاهم فترة طويلة بسبب موظفين الحجز والاستقبال

اشكر الممرضه Czarina سوت لي تنظيف بشره ممتاز جدا ودقيقه ونظيفه وطيبه شكراً لها

بس اتمنى يخفضوا اسعار الجلسات لانها جدا جدا جدا
غاليه ومبالغ فيها يعني حرام سويت تنظيف بشره ب٧٥٠ مره اوووووووڤر السعر على تنظيف بشره فقط

اذا في اقل من نجم يستاهل
في وحده بالاستقبال سيئه جدا
التعامل قبل الدفع جيد بعد الدفع السيء
‎ ‎حجزت اربع جلسات والحين مابي شي ليت بس ترجعون حقي مابي شي منك ابد

One year ago, I wrote a very positive review about the clinic based on the clinic’s request. However, the ONLY reason I am continuing in this unprofessional clinic is because of Dr Areej, but the customer service are not professional, and do not respect their clients which got me EXTREMELY disappointed since I have been with them for more than 3 years.

The way I was treated was extremely unprofessional and they do not have clarity on the prices, they rarely send me the receipt no matter how many times I ask them to do so and finally is their high level of “ignorance” as they keep asking me about my Nationality because of the payment, despite updating it on their system many times. I did experience several bad incidents before but I never wanted to complain. This time it is just TOO MUCH and I literally hate this clinic now.

خدمة ممتازة. حبذا لو يتم فتح حساب على تويتر أو الانستقرام وتكون خاصة لمدينة جدة للاطلاع أول بأول على العروض المقدمة سواء للبشرة أو لليزر+ لعملاء كايا عروض خاصة بهم نستاهل

تعامل الموظفين في الاستقبال جدا رائع ومتعاونين والدكتوره اريج ممتازه وشاطره جد من سنين اتعامل معاهم من افضل العيادات ف التجميل والليزر

I love the manager of that place and nurses they are so nice and caring and the place is very clean

I've there for the last 2 years for my hair lost then they give me a Doctor's prescription for my hair so far it was good and i love the result that time.

This clinic provides excellent services. The clinic is very clean and welcoming. They have experienced staff and doctors. I recommend Dr Areej (Dermatologist) she is a very professional and an excellent doctor who really cares about her patients. She makes you feel comfortable during the treatments.

Very disappointed! I had a facial there. When it came to the payment they convinced me to get a package - pay for 2 facials and get one for free. So I paid for the package. That was in October. After 2 months on the first week of December I decided to repeat my treatment, called them for appointment but they said they don’t have a material any more to make this facial and offered me instead another one, which is 3 times more expensive. So I need to pay even more and extra. I rejected and preferred to receive my normal facial the one I already paid for. Although they said they will let me know as soon as the material comes. After 3 weeks from that I contacted them back via WhatsApp and look at the conversation: no greetings, no explanations, no apologies. No response on my request to receive money back. It’s absolutely horrible service and no respect to the clients!
Give me my money back!

دكتور عبادة فناااااان جدًا، أتمنى تكون له مواعيد إضافية
الإستقبال ككل خصوصًا أماني جدًا لطيفة و متعاونة

للاسف خدمة العملا جدا سيئه كانت في موظفه اسمها هبه رائعه وحريصه على تقديم خدمه لرضا العميل الان الخدمه جدا سيئه ومافي تواصل وتتصل محد يرد ومافي ارسال واتس للعميل.

I really like how they cooperate and deal professionally with customers. Even though, they are overloaded. Amani the receptionist is very nice and super helpful.
They use sensitized equipments and they are on time…

Very bad at time management, as it took 1 and half after preparing me for second session for doctor fi start the session an excuse that dr engaged with other client every time they keep saying 5 minutes, it really disappointing.

I just did a hair removal laser session with Zarina and I highly recommend her. She made me feel comfortable and she was very professional. And the receptionist Amani is doing a great job as well. Glad to choose Kaya for doing my laser hair removal sessions

I’ve had three appointments here and each time they have been 30-45mins late. No notifying or managing me, they just leave me in the waiting room. This time I’m currently sat in the clinic room half-naked after them telling me to take my shirt off and I’ve been waiting 30mins. Let’s hope I don’t have to wait any longer. Awful service.

Services was good at the first two appointments, but after that they either don't pick up the calls, or they said "we will call you back for the appointment inshallah" but never called back. I have been calling them for five times and am really disappointed with their scheduling ability.

An amazing first impression, the staff were very friendly, and Dr. Areeg explained everything about my condition and the treatment thoroughly.
I would definitely recommend it

This was my first experience with Kaya clinics/laser hair removal. I had the treatment session with Czarina. She was very professional. The receptionists Renad and Heba were also very kind and helpful and were able to find me appointments that suited my short stay in Jeddah with a very short notice given to them. I’m so happy with the experience and the service provided, definitely recommend it.

مرحبًا بالجميع فقط لإبلاغك بعدم محاولة زيارة هذه العيادة ، فالطبيب ليس جيدًا والاستقبال غير مهني ، إنه مكلف حقًا لا يستحق كل هذا العناء ، هناك خدمة سيئة حقًا يحرقون بشرتي وأنا أدفع مقابل 4 جلسات ثم عندما أزور بلدي في الجلسة الثانية ، أخبروني أن لديّ 2 متبقية لأن جلستي الأولى أستهلك 2 مل ولم يخبرني أحد بذلك. وهم يطلبون مني دائمًا أن أدفع هاهاها لجميع العمال الأجانب الذين يرغبون في تجربة الخدمة هناك لا تضيع وقتك وأموالك لزيارة هذه العيادة التي لن تنفقها مقابل لا شيء. أنا أدفع 3 آلاف ريال مقابل لا شيء

Hello, I have been visiting Kaya skin clinic for the past about 2 years to treat freckles and pigmentation of face and alhmdlillah I’m so happy to get these issues rightly diagnosed and treated by Dr Areej, the staff Hiba and Amani are one of the most cheerful and supportive who make the overall experience one to look forward to, Thankyou!

It is very clear when visiting Kaya Skin Clinic that the reception staff welcome and have the skill in their work, especially the receptionist, Mrs. Amani, whom I thank for her speed in completing my appointment procedures with all the tact of ethics and high professionalism, until my visit to the clinic ended with complete satisfaction with the service provided.

أولا الموقع غير دقيق والدخول للعيادات من الجهة المقابلة للشارع وليس من الخلف.

ثانيا حضرت لهم على موعد مسبق وللأسف تأخرنا كثير في الدخول ومسوين عرض خمسين بالمية ولما توصل يقولوا الخصم على العلاج.
والوصفة عندهم لها سعر غير سعر العلاج. التعامل أكيد بيكون جميل لأنك دفعت لكن الخدمات والتمكن المهني دون المأمول.

اجمل مكان لليزر وانظف مكان وجودة ومهنيه عاليه
لي معاهم ثلاث سنوات ولا افكر اغير عن كايا

Horrible customer service
“the customer is always wrong and we’re right “ that’s their attitude towards customers once they’re paid
they tell u they have retouch sessions but then again you need to get the doctor’s approval for the retouch sessions even tho they’re paid.the nurses are nice but the supervisor and the receptionists have really bad attitude.

I have been in a few clinics before and I would like to express my gratitude to all workers in Kaya Clinic. All workers make a huge difference from what I had experienced before. Everyone is very friendly and nice.
Dr. Asmah is very professional, open to my problems, and she always comes up with nice suggestions according my concerns. I really feel treated individually and not as “one more” patient. She really care. She is that kind of doctor that one can trust. Believe me there is no doubts once one enter inside the clinic. You feel special. Thank all.

All I can say Is absolutely amazing service I had experience In KAYA’s clinic in jeddah, they have a good dermatologist, down to the receptionist to the nurses, the facilities, the cleanliness of the clinic etc2x, I can say EXCELLENT! Even my session is not yet done, I have that feelings the result after this will give me a new look, now I just finish my 2nd session on Fractional CO2 laser, And I can predict what will the result will come, If you guys can see my face now, its totally different before Im just happy thats it. I even recommend this clinic to my colleague, You guys reading this, And you have problem with you skin or hair, KAYA’s CLINIC is there to make you more confident
