مكان جميل ومرتب يمتاز بالنظافة والهدوء يعاب عليه قلة الخدمات من مراكز تجارية ومطاعم ومحطات وقود.

We always love to go there.feels like you’re in another country.highly recommended.the beach is so nice.good for family and a group.

It is such a great to spend time walking around, biking or having diner there.
They have a few good restaurants there, beach, kart race and some other things to enjoy it around.
I enjoy biking there, as they have huge and long biking facilities around with bike track along the whole place which can be up to 25 km far in one direction (from bay lasan hotel up panda supermarket and even farther.

تغيرت منذ ذهابي لها اخر مره قبل سنتين. مثل جمانه بارك بعض العاب الاطفال مكسوره والحمامات غير نظيفة.
لكن الشوارع نظيفه والهدوء الجميل.

شاطيء جميل وهاديء ومجاني فقط يحتاج لتوفير خدمات أكثر قريبة من الشاطيء كذلك منقذ وتحديد للمنطقة العميقة

Best place to relax and unwind, watch the sunset or enjoy early morning wind and sound of waves. I just wish people will leave with all of their trash, to keep this place always beautiful

Super love the place i like the fresh air, fantastic views its nice to dive on the sea and i really want to ride on the yacht next time InshaAllah.

For refreshment, i recommend YAM BEACH, a SR100 entrace fee.

Online registration is a must. And a one time SR30 parking fee in any designated area.

The lifestyle is really amazing but the city needs more investments in the hospitality industry specially more restaurants & more resorts

Excellent beach for families, many more places to explore at the kaec, the movie theater kmax has 3d experience, juman go carting and also juman park is there.
The bus ride is 20sr for adult and free for kids, they tour u around the kaec, its totally a new world

Nice place to spend a weekend. The beach is free and open for everyone and there are bathrooms and shower rooms closeby. The restaurants are high end and expensive, so bringing food and drinks from outside with all picnic essentials is recommended.

This is the closes best beach in Jeddah. There are many things to do and visit for all family members. Beach, sightseeing, strolling, picnic, dining, water activities, basketball, tennis, go karting, and may more. There is activity for everyone.
This place is also great for meditation. Seat on your chosen spot and see the views and enjoy the calmness of the sea.

I prefer coming here in the morning time 7am-10am best time.

By 3pm, many excursionist will start to arrive.

4-7pm best for sunset viewing.
And also high tea overlooking the gleaming sea.

Dining wont be a problem, you will have just enough restaurants to choose from.

There are accommodations and hotels in the area.

Travel time is around 1 hour from Jeddah.

Pay a visit it is worth it.

This otherwise busy place was surprisingly quiet and empty. Considering that it may be due to Ramadaan or social distancing rules or the humidity. Our picnic on the beach was pleasant and relaxing. Exactly what we needed after a long work week. Called it off with a coffee from Starbucks-excellent and friendly service.

KAEC - 120 Kms from Jeddah (Aziziyah) - Approx. 90 minutes drive - Gatepass compulsory (pre-registration is advised else counters at the main entrance serve very well) - SR 30 Parking Ticket for full day on Weekends (not sure of weekdays).

Family outing areas: YAM Beach, Hejaz Boulevard - with lots of fun activities for the children and a very clean beach front, park, sit-outs, motorized buggy ride, Karting, Resorts, etc.

Excellent getaway on the weekend - visit the place during weekdays to avoid the weekend rush and hustle-bustle.

Amazing place for group or family and very accessible.
Vist in winter it's very cold and nice weather.

It is the emerging economic city we can spend our evening in a calm and beautiful location far from city notices and hustle. Families can send their time with children as lot of parks are available. The beach is main that the children can spend their time more as it is not deep enough for almost half kilometers.
