It’s was wonderful staying at this hotel great rooms, great service, great staff, great management appositely I will back to stay at this hotel big thanks to Marriott Jabal Omar team.

مكانى المفضل بكل زياره لمكه المكرمه
خصوصيه و هدوء و ستاف أكثر من رائع
بنات الإستقبال جدا حبوبين و ذوق

بعيد عن الحرم ١٠ دقائق مشي تقريبا، ولكن يوفرون باصات على مدار الساعة. كل الأشياء الثانية ممتازة

ماريوت جبل عمر. فندق نظيف يمتاز بوسع الغرف مقارنه بالمنافسين الموظفين ودودين بشكل عام يوجد مصلى مطل على الساحات بوجهه نظري اقيمه 3,5 /5 للاسباب التالية:

١- التنقل بالباص الى الحرم او منطقة السوق والخدمات وذلك في الوقت الراهن
ومكان تجمع الباصات على منطقه مرتفعه قليلاً وبالتالي متعبه لكبار السن والمزعج في ذلك انه لايوجد الا باص واحد لنقل الترددي في العودة ستكون في قيد الانتظار حتى يصل الباص لنقلك الى الفندق.

2-دورات المياة مستواها اقل من المأمول من فندق ماريوت.

اللهم لك حمد والشكر كانت من افضل الفنادق الي اقمت فيها ليلتين ماتدري تمدح الاستقبال والتعامل ولا تمدح الغرف والفطور والله كلمه حق تجربه رائعه وبأذن الله تتكرر وشاكر للاستقبال

اشكر موظفة استاذه رازان من تعاملها معنا والله يسهل امرها امنيه تعطونها ترقيه لو مدير على طول ترقيه وزياده راتب لانها تكفي اسلوبها رائع

سكنت ليلتين كانت الخدمة رائعة
ونظام الباصات ممتاز ٢٤ ساعة متوفرة
لكن الملاحظة على مفارش الاسرة اغلبها كانت مهترئة باهتة ومحببة
اتمنى يجددونها

Excellent and wonderful stay. Just 3/5 mins walk to HARAM.
Served grand breakfast every morning. Staff was extremely courteous. Love to stay again in sha Allah.

تعامل سئ في الدفع حجزت غرفتين بالخطأ عن طريق بوكنق ولا رجعوا لي حق الغرفة الثانية ٧٥٠ ريال
والملاحظه الثانيه السور الخطر حق الأدوار المكشوفه يمكن يسقط طفل شقي لا سمح الله من أحد الأدوار الثلاثة عشر ولا يوقع إلا على الدور الثاني

من أجمل الفنادق الي أخذتها بجبل عمر!
قريب من الحرم وفيه باصات ترددية من الفندق إلى الحرم والعكس ، مطل على الحرم على توسعة الملك عبدالله ، تعامل الموظفين راقي وصلنا ١٠ صباح ودخلونا على طول على غرفتنا الغرف كانت نظيفة جدًا وحتى زجاج الغرف نظيف صراحة فندق يستاهل كل ريال تدفعه فيه مناسب الكبار السن وللعوائل ، وفيه مسجد مطل على الحرم وتصلي مع الحرم!
أن شاءالله بتكونون وجهتي للمكة كل مرة

Horrible parking. Caused damage to my car due to poor design. Security staff don't care or guide people. Don't use or risk severe damage to your car.

رائع جدا ماشاء كبير ومرتبين وعندهم باصات توصلك لما الحرم وبعد ما تخلص العمرة كمان ترجعك بس عندهم المواقف ايه نعم كبير بس تتوه فيها الأرقام في كل دور تتكرر انا عن نفسي توهت عن سيارتي لغايه مالقيتها بس الحق ينقال يجي معاك حق الأمن يدلك على المكان جزاهم الله كل خير ويجازي حكومتنا على التيسير على المعتمرين والحجاج وتوفير سبل لراحتهم اقف لهم تحية وتقدير

Lovely and comfortable excellent staff super breakfast Adil at the front desk is a great lifeline to the hotel Would like to visit again.

جميل و الغرف واسعة طلبت غدا في الغرفة وصل في وقته و كان الذ وجبة غدا اكلتها في فندق
لكن بوفيه الإفطار ضيق و زحمة وفوضوية من بعض النزلاء الذين لا يحترمون النعمة
و كذلك الباصات فوضى ولا يوجد لها تنظيم مع انه يمكن تنظيم صعود النزلاء الى الباصات العائدة من الحرم
واتمنى سرعة انجاز السلالم الموصلة الى الحرم حتى نتجنب فوضى الباصات

Such a hotel that support for jemaah needs. Clean, full of hospitality. All the way is beyond my expectation.

We booked a room for four people but the size of the room was so small that it could hardly fit the extra two beds. Further, I had to call for the beds though it should had been pre-arranged as I had advance booking. Service is extremely poor. Everyday we found only two water bottles provided for four people and though they respond to the calls, hardly someone bothers to come and provide with water. Breakfast was average and very strangely there were no spoons on the tables in the mornings. The worst check-out experience that I ever had was with this hotel. I called and waited for twenty minutes but nobody came to take our bags. I had two elderly ladies with me and they had to carry their own bags as we were a little excess on luggage. Shuttle was also a little inefficient especially in the mornings and could'nt find one even after waiting for some while. My expectation for this hotel was very high as it was a Marriott affiliate but was disappointed very badly.

I used their carpark. 30min to 60min for 15 SAR and 1hr to 6hr for 50 SAR. Very convenient and close to Haram (5min walking and 1 min by a free bus)

اكثر من رائعه حسن الاستقبال ونظافة الغرف وسرعة تنفيذ ماتطلب بلا تردد وبكل اقتدار.

Simply awesome, my booking was cancelled due to a lock on my credit card by my bank here in Canada. I was not able to contact my bank due to communication issues between two countries. I was helpless and the hotel said my booking is cancelled and they have no rooms available except a junior suite.in higher price range. I search all over Makkah and found no place to stay running around everywhere. I book the junior suite with the cash I had for 1 night. Great customer service by Adel and his team at Jabal Omar marriott. I sorted my credit card issue via conference call to my brother in law and my bank. Big lesson I learn never leave country without telling your bank. Our suite was had 2 rooms with Great view of Masjid ul Haram. May Allah bless all the staff who helped me and my family also breakfast was awesome and huge variety of food.

The hotel is wonderfull. Clean and well organized. Breakfast open buffet is delicious with wide variety. And fresh stations of eggs and falafel and ftesh baked bakery.
Employees at diffetent positions are helpful respectfull and professional. They are approaching you to make sure you are satisfied and enjoying during your stay. I remember from reception Samih, and jasem bajser, and from room service Abd shakoor.

Brought the two cards with me to Canada because I’d like to return to same hotel next when I go to Makkah! V clean and spacious rooms, excellent room service.would love it if you include iron in your room as well. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Makkah.reasonable room rate as well.one excellent thing is 24 hour free bus service to haram which is like 2 mins bus from hotel

بصراحه فندق سئ والسعر مرتفع حتى ادوات النظافه في دورة المياه ليست متوفره إلا إذا طلبهم النزيل ودق عليهم هذيك الساعه يجيبونها والله شي غريب

لايوجد لديهم مواقف سيارات خاصة بالفندق ويلزمون الناس على دفع قيمة موقف سيارة لشركة أخرى وبأسعار مرتفعة

شيء غير لائق بفندق عالمي

فندق راقِ جداً شديد النظافه والهدوووء مريح للغايه هناك نقل للحرم يعمل مدار ٢٤ ساعه تجربه ستتكرر كثيراً بإذن الله. لذلك اشتركت بعضويه لديهم

Shuttle service every 2 min approx. Close to the haram. 2 minutes drive. No microwave oven. 3 lifts faulty out of 5 for the past 3 days. Could improve the service. Shuttle make it very convenient.

Very close to the Holy Ka'aba, indeed it is very nice Hotel to stay during the period of your Hajj and Umrah. I also visited the Hotel

Nice and comfortable hotel with good shuttling bus from to holly Harm. The breakfast was with less variety available also the waitrs act like a watchdog. Overall rating is excellent.
